Took my iPhone 7 for a battery replacement to another shop and when they gave it back to me it wasnt working. Brought it to Genesis and they opened it right in front of me. Showed me all the parts the other shop took out, and it turns out the other shop didnt plug the battery in properly. Very knowledgeable staff and very honest. If I have problems with other phones, Ill know to bring it to them.
