The rude man working today blames his costumers for the the faulty devices he sells them. Don’t bother going in this re-seller can’t do anything to help you. Just call Verizon directly, they are far more helpful.

Upon walking in the appearance of the store was very clean. My husband, son and I were immediately greeted and told by the employee he was the only one working and he would be with us as soon as he was done helping the current customer. When it was our turn Desmond was professional and very informative to all our questions. It took a little longer than expected but that was do to me not being prepared and bringing everything I needed to switch two of my kid phones over from another carrier. Needless to say Desmond was patient and polite. We plan on going back to the Wolf Ranch location in a few weeks when its time for my husband and I upgrade. Hope we have the pleasure of working with Desmond again. I give this location a 4 out of 5 just because the store doesnt have a large selection to pick from.

Desmond was super helpful with helping us replace a broken phone. Even though he was the only one working and there were several other customers, he managed to help us get everything set up relatively quickly.

I went in to this version store with a broken phone and soul, no insurance, and needing the exact phone due to dotage limitations. Chase, I don’t know his last name, was extremely helpful in assisting me with my issue of getting my phone fixed, and due to him going out of his way to assist me I will be coming to y’all and referring y’all business in the future. Hands down the best experience I’ve had and I didn’t even have to purchase anything!

So I wish you could all see my face right now there is a giant smile on it. Why you might ask, this is my first review ever and I’ve been trying to do this forever. Chase helped me to figure out how to actually leave a Google review which no one else has ever been able to help me do. Now I know that might seem odd but that should just tell you the degree of professionalism in this particular Verizon store. Chase Austin Matt and Sarah have been helping me for well over a year now at this location and there is the same degree of professionalism used and have satisfied my every need every visit. This Verizon Retailer is the BEST that I have ever seen! I have been here numerous times to replace a problem phone, buy items and trouble shoot problems. They are always patient, available and super helpful!!!! Every difficulty that has come up they have helped me to resolve while there. Ive had to deal with other Verizon locations in the Dallas area and there is a huge difference in the service I received here! I would not go any place else to buy a phone or accessories. Shout out to Austin and Chase who were especially patient and helpful today . (and other times!) You two are the BEST! I appreciate yall!!!

I had a wonderful experience working with Caroline T! She helped me find the best plan that worked with my brother and I, assisting us with gaining our own, independent account. Due to poor execution of their own processes my transaction and service from this location has been wrong since day one. After spending several weeks trying to get everything corrected I got most of the promised promotions and credits— Not all though. Most of the staff is helpful enough, up to fixing all the problems they created. Im going to chalk up the last promotion I’m missing as a reminder to avoid that store and probably Verizon in general in the future.

I went in with a junk phone and wanted to upgrade. I go into these things with low expectations based on previous experiences but this time was different. Matthew helped me get into a new phone, the galaxy a50. He convinced me it was the ideal phone for my needs and he wasnt wrong. This was hands down the best experience I have had and I highly recommend going here for your needs ( and wants) haha. Matthew made my transition seamless and quick. I forgot to mention I had a 6 year old with me too and he didnt even have time to complain because it was so quick haha. Thanks Matthew!

Best customer service I’ve ever received I couldn’t afford to purchase the galaxy note 9 to acquire The special Galaxy fortnite skin and they allowed me to use there device for almost 2 hours just to download and play the required games to receive the skin. I would 100 percent recommend going here for a phone that you need they have a great selection and amazing customer service.

The customer service tha I received was amazing. Her name was Caroline Trinidad. She went way above and beyond to assist me through the entire prosecutors. I had been a Sprint customer for 13 years and because of the outstanding customer service that I received from Caroline I switched to Verizon. If I had an opening on my staff I would offer her a job. This is not a corporate location, so when they advertise promotions, there is NO recourse for you, when they do not provide the promotion you were told in store. Just before Christmas 2017 we were upgrading 1 of our phones. While in the store there were printed signs on the wall advertising Buy 1 iphone 8, get 1 free. As we were already buying one iphone 8, we were sold on adding a new line of service for our other child, as that second phone on the new line would be free. But on our next bill, we were charged the monthly cost for both phones. I called Verizon and they said promotions apply after the second month and we would receive a credit. Months later when there was not credit, I called yet again. This time Verizon said, they have no record of any promotion and if the non-corporate location was offering a promotion, they would have needed to note that on the account, and there were no notes. So we are now paying $699 for a phone that we only got because we were told it was free on the promotion. They use shady practices to sell phones and have no follow up to protect consumers.

2 workers inside with customers. Wouldnt acknowledge me, say hi or we will be right with you, nothing. I walk very slowly out not a good bye or nothing. I came to pay phone bill no kiosk. I was willing to wait but to completely ignore folks is not ok.

The store has only one sales person. Once we arrived we were told by the sales person behind the counter, Ill be with you in about 10 minutes. 15 minutes later I approached the counter and asked politely how much longer it may be til we could be helped. The sales person said, Hummmm, it will be about 15 minutes more.They need more employees at that location.

Pretty upset dont believe all the deals they hype Ive been with them for 8 years now. Had a upgrade si I did the deal was If I got the note 8 or s9 I get my tablet for 80 dollars total. Needless to say they are charging me 300$ full price for the junk. Talk about loyalty, said part is I dont care about the money part its the principle. Dont act like you didnt tell me exactly why you didnt mean. Here nor there I should have read more into it the just taking the salesmans word. Tisk tisk

The people that work at this store are Excellent! I wont shop anywhere else, my husband and I went to the store on Williams Drive and those people are RUDE and dont care about anything except taking your money. We came to the Verizon-Gowireless store at Wolf Ranch and Kathy was so pleasant to work with. She really listened to our needs and made sure to get everything right. The way the team there worked together to get us taken care of and out the door without a hassle was great! We will be back for anything we need in the future and will recommend everyone we know to this location!
