I called around 4 pm on a Friday afternoon to get a price on a screen repair. Scott gave me the amount and said hes open until 5 today. 10 minutes later I had the phone dropped off; 30 minutes after that I had a repaired phone in hand. He was thorough, testing it out to make sure that there werent any other problems, and offered a screen protector at a great price as we were checking out. Weve used iLabs in the past, and they continue to do great work.

This is the worst place ever, I had been there a total of 3 times. The first time he fixed my screen he said there was something wrong with my speaker and wanted to charge me for that and I said no thank you I will take the broken speaker then the screen stopped working, took it back second time fixed my screen and now all of a sudden my speaker works. Now the phone is coming apart at the middle and he refuse to fix it and wanted to give me a 20% discount saying it’s in rough shape and that the way I had taken it previously. Find another place, this place is overpriced for the quality of work.

Called the guy about a phone he was advertising and he said to come in. It was a 45 minute drive for me and I told him that and he said he would be there. When I got there he said he didnt have the phone. He made me waste 1.5 hours on a 60 mile trip for nothing. I am very displeased.

Ive been to ilabs in Georgetown 4 times now. Ive had screen replacements and charging issues. Every time I come in staff is super awesome. But what really gets me is their honesty and integrity. Today my phone wouldnt charge. He opened up my phone and had a quick fix in under 5 minutes. Best part was he didnt have to replace anything and didnt charge me at all!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I got my iphone fixed about a month ago and that same night my phone screen cracked again. My screen also doesn’t register my touch sometimes and I just have to keep hitting it over and over till it goes. My phone has only gotten worse since. I paid $100 to have it fixed. Granted the man who helped was very nice and informative. Also fast service. I was told that the glass he used could have been a cheaper or different type of glass then what other company’s use. Or that the glass could of been faulty. In my option I would have been better off just getting it fixed at the phone repair store in Walmart. I will not be returning here, and would not recommend it to anyone either.

My world stopped spinning when my iPhone 5s battery died yesterday. It wouldnt take a charge. I run my business from my phone so I was panicked. I called iLabs, left a message and they called me back as soon as they opened. I took the phone in and in 10 minutes I was back in action. Fast, reasonably priced service. Thank you, Scott!!

So the original service was done in the now closed Round Rock location by Chris. I dont want to waste a review on a page that wont get any traffic anymore, so here it goes:Brought my iphone 6s in for a screen repair. Service was super friendly and finished within 20 min.After it as replaced I realized that my phone was constantly overheating and the (new) battery drained very quickly.I returned it to iLabs and they replaced the screen again and the battery/overheating issues disappeared.However, the touchscreen started to act erratic, sometimes it works, sometime it doesnt and I have to go into sleep mode and back so it actually engages. I have the feeling they fried the touch IC chips while repairing it.I went back to iLabs explained what was happening and I was told that this could ONLY be a software issue and there is nothing they could do.I am super disappointed as the customer service was excellent in the beginning and now they downt want to hear anything about it.If they mess up, they dont clean up their mess which actually impacts my every day life, because my phone is so annoying now.

I took my IPhone 6 to iLabs on Sep 9, 2016 for repair of a cracked screen. They were very responsive and did the repair quickly at a cost of $97.43. Within a 2-3 weeks I noticed the phone froze at times so I took it to Apple (Domain) as I assumed it was another issue. They ran a test and confirmed that the screen was faulty. I returned the phone to iLabs and they replaced the screen at no charge. About a month later the phone began to freeze again and became difficult to use so I returned to Apple and had them replace the screen at a cost of $139.64. The phone has worked well since and I sent iLabs a note and asked if a partial refund was possible and got no reply. UPDATE 3/20/17 - since posting this review, I have been contacted by iLabs and have been satisfied with their response.

Thank goodness for iLabs! I definitely hold the record for most dropped and cracked iphones! After cracking my phone for the millionth time I contacted Brent and he had it fixed that day within 20 minutes for a great price! Unfortunately, I dropped it again that very next week, this time causing more damage than just a crack! I ended up getting an upgrade to the iPhone 5 and Brent offered me cash for the broken one! I appreciate Brents friendliness, honesty, and efficient work! I highly recommend ILabs!

DO NOT SHOP HERE.I recently had a friend go here to repair her iphone that stopped working. Upon getting the phone back she discovered that the camera had stopped functioning. She took the phone to another Iphone repair store, whom informed her that her phone was missing several parts! Upon learning that the phone had just recently been worked on she was then informed that iLabs most likely stole the parts from her phone.Do not buy services from iLabs.Wether or not they stole the parts the phone came back with parts missing, which in unaccaptable.

My iphone microphone pooped out on me a while back. I couldnt be heard when on a call. Very Annoying! I contacted another place in Georgetown that claimed to do iphone repairs; but in fact, only wanted to fix screens. I was told I might as well just get a new phone. No thank you! I found ilabs and checked out their website. I love that they show you how much its going to cost for each different repair on their site. I walked in knowing it would only cost $40 to fix my mic. Transparent pricing. About time!!!!My experience was great! Theyre located inside of the Co-op just off the square. I stopped by and was able to talk to the owner/tech right away. I was just planning on dropping it off and having to wait a few hours so I went down the street to grab a bite to eat. 25 minutes later I got a call on my business phone. It was my iphone #. The owner was calling me from my phone to let me know it was fixed and ready to be picked up. SUPER FAST!!! And the phone sounded perfect.I stopped to pick up my phone and sure enough, no hidden costs. $40 to fix the phone. No BS. No upsale. Just excellent service and quality work. I was told to contact them if I had any issues and they would make it right, and I believe them.This is one small business in Georgetown that you need to support. Great prices. Fast service. Highly recommended!!!
