We were treated at the door with friendly staff. Took a test drive on a new electric bike, the staff took time to answer all questions. GREAT place to get you biking needs satisfied¡!!!!

Doug and the rest of the staff were exceptional. Helped us find the perfect bikes and even helped load them up in the car for us.

We are Canadians down for the winter and have been getting our bikes and service done at Global in Gilbert for 3 years. We have worked mainly with Dustin and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure that we are taken care of. Even though its a busy shop, Dustin always takes the time to make sure we understand our options and is never pushy. All in all it has been and continues to be a great experience that adds to our enjoyment of the Phoenix area.

Global Bikes is a full service bike shop that serves the customer. I get fast service in a pleasant atmosphere.

We are brand new to the world of biking and stopped into Global Bikes in Ahwatukee to ask a few questions and get an idea for budgeting. We had no idea there was a bike shortage. I was looking for a rare 49” and my partner a 58”. Doug had no idea when or if they would get either of the bikes we were looking for within the next 9 months, but encouraged us to check back in. On a whim, we stopped in to check on inventory that was posted online. Doug did some digging online and located both of our bikes at the Gilbert location. Dylan, at Gilbert Global bikes, had both bikes pulled up and ready to ride when we arrived. They were a perfect fit and he set us up with all the gear we needed to get on the road that day.We were not expecting, AT ALL, to get our bikes that day. Our excitement and gratitude for Doug, Dylan, and Global Bikes is sky high. We are training for next summers RAGBRI and plan to spend some more time learning from these guys in the meantime!

Bought my first bike from Al and the guys at Global Bikes back in 2009 and have bought a couple more since. A lot of the guys have worked there for as long as Ive been going there and they know me and I know them. Guess you could say Im a denizen of their Gilbert shop (Hey Norm!!). They have always been super helpful with all my cycling needs.

Visited three locations today. Everyone I met was great. Had tune up at one, other location had some accessories but they suggested I go to the Gilbert location for all of them plus it’s where they have a professional bike fitter. David at Gilbert is the bike fitter. He spent a lot of time helping me along with the other great employees.

David was tremendous. Spent over an hour with me answering all of my many questions. Super helpful and patient.

The staff at Global Bikes is extremely friendly and easy to work with. I brought my bike there with a damaged dropper seat post and they were able to address the issue and install a new dropper post. The new set up is working great! The service team delivered within the time frame they stated and all for a very fair price. I will definitely keep bringing my bike here for service!

These folks are pros! My visit was fast, easy, and felt personalized. Theyve got a small shop full of cool bikes and bike stuff but at no point did I feel sold to. This shop was interested in getting me what I needed and then helping me to move on with the rest of my day. Well done Global Bikes!

I spend a lot of time in shops and consider myself picky about who I let work on my bike. With that being said I was more than happy to see that the workers here treat your bike like their own and take great care of it and return it quickly with all the fixes needed at a reasonable price. I think my bikes found their permanent shop in the valley!

We had an accident traveling with our Aventon ebike. It started dragging the front tire after partially falling off the bike rake. Bo was extremely friendly, competent and efficient in helping us get our bike repaired and replacing all the damaged parts. The whole staff at Global Bikes was very friendly and helpful.

Global Bikes had a big selection of bikes ready to go. I hadn’t seen actual bike inventory since the pandemic started so I was impressed. I called ahead to make sure their online stock was accurate and that the bike I wanted was really there. They confirmed it was and put it on hold for me until I got there. They quickly fit it to my son and let him test ride it and put all the accessories on that we wanted. Very quick and professional service. Loaded the bike up in my car and I was on my way...happy with my experience

Global bikes staff and service is professional. I recently brought in a bike that I bought new from them more than 10 years ago. They performed flat fix, replaced some parts, put new tubes and tires as it needed it and performed routine maintenance check. I was pleased with the service and am glad to have my bike back in great condition and ready to ride. Already did a mile test ride and everything operated as expected. The staff is friendly and always willing to help load and unload the bike from my truck. I have always bought my bikes here for a reason, excellent service and also professional maintenance for bikes.

Great LBS, lots to choose from, has a large selection of accessories. Went above and beyond to help and this hasnt been the first time! Appreciate your shop and all the people who have helped over the last two years, theyve all been really nice and friendly. Havent had a need to use them for any tune ups or large changes but thats only because Ive gone through so many bikes in those two years. Time will tell though and Ill update this review once or if I use them for maintenance I cant handle..

Bought some handle bar grips. Tried to tighten them on the bike and noticed it just stayed loose. Then realized the crack and I had just purchased an hour ago. I brought them back to return and the guy was kind and traded them out for me. Very polite and respectful.

I had my Rad mini folding ebike shipped directly to Global Bikes for them to assemble. They did an excellent job and had it ready by the date promised. The store manager even took the time to go over the different features and operating info with me when I picked it up.I highly recommend Global Bikes.

I’ve been buying bikes and having tune ups, tire replacements, and whatever else needed to keep my mountain biking fun clicking since 2008 or so. The guys who work here know biking, are friendly, and are just fun to chat with when you’re just in the store for a browse. It really has a small town, mom and pop vibe going for it!! It doesn’t hurt that they are a Specialized dealer!! I recommend checking Global Bikes out for your next bike purchase or maintenance.

A friend gave us a really great older bike that had been sitting for years that needed a full tune up. The team at Global tested the tires and fixed it up beautifully. They charged exactly what they said they would, and had it done the day they said they would. That, plus the friendly and helpful staff, made me a loyal customer - we will definitely be back.

I worked with Aaron at this location recently and he was great. It’s this kind of service that keeps me coming back. Decided to go get a bike Saturday. Headed out with family to go shop. Came across Global Bikes. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store. A friendly associate came up and guided us through the differences of bikes. He was extremely patient. I had no idea what I wanted. He let myself and my aunt test ride several bikes. He was friendly, patient and honest. He didn’t try to steer us towards the most expensive bikes but really listened to what wanted. We will definitely shop here again.

Very happy to this point. Have to pick the bike up Saturday. Impressed with the services they provide Aaron did a good job a a sakes person. Made me feel I purchased the best bike available for me.

Now is a difficult time to find a bike at all, so I was not sure I would be able to get the one I wanted anytime soon. When I called and talked the person at Global Bikes, they explained the wait list option, so I decided to place an order. The bike actually arrived much sooner than expected and in an even better color than what I was told was available. When I picked up the bike, it was already set up for me and ready to go. They did ask my if I had any questions before I finished paying, but I did not. It is nice that they were willing to take the time to make sure I understood everything about the new bike if needed. All in all, a very easy process and very nice people to work with.

I came in to get a flat tire replaced. They were super friendly and after only 10 minutes, I was walking out the door with a repaired tire ready for riding. I highly recommend this place.

I was rebuilding a thirty year old Schwinn Classic unicycle and having a really hard time finding a tire. After getting poor dismissive service from other bike shops I found Globals website, which showed a possible match at the Gilbert location.When I got to the store they were very busy. The person helping me was also on phones. But he was polite, patient, and never dismissive.And now I have a rideable antique unicycle, thank you Global.

Came in close to closing to get the tires changed on my brother’s bike. They had it fixed super quick the next day. Everyone there has always been nice and helpful every time I come in which isn’t too often.

Got my new (tubeless) tires installed within 20 minutes of me picking them out, just in time for me to make a big ride the next morning.Ive been in several times, whether for parts, apparel, accessories, service... Ive only ever had positive experiences, no matter which employee is helping me.

Called ahead for a new real wheel with sealed bearings. They said that had a few in stock or could order one and to just come on by. Drove 30 minutes and got the run around. Absolutely nothing in stock and was told that they couldnt order anything. Hmmm. Went home, got online and found several choices within minutes. I tried my best to support local business, but when you want it done right...

All of the staff that we spoke with were extremely kind and friendly. Dustin (service manager) went through the XC Enduro that was totaled due to me not putting it in the rack correctly... after walking through all the parts and whatnot that we’d need to rebuild he showed us some comparable bikes and found one that my wife loved. And not to mention the warranty that comes with their bikes (or at least specialized), lifetime frame and 10yr components... pretty awesome. 10/10 will definitely be back. Cheers! ~JG

Im new to cycling and intimidated by what I dont know! When I walked into Global Bikes today with my first flat tire, I was totally put at ease. In and out in 20 minutes and the fee was unbelievably reasonable. The whole experience way exceeded my expectations. Will return for their classes as soon as they start up again. Im back on the road! My new ebike had been stolen. I was looking for another bike. I had the battery from my bike that had been stolen. Tim was the associate who helped us find another bike and worked with us to give us a way to trade in the battery that I had on my bike that was stolen. I had been traveling on vacation from Wisconsin to Arizona and my vacation had been pretty messed up when my bike had been stolen. Tim helped me get another bike and I was able to get my vacation back on track. I am so great full for Tim’s help in working with me so I was able to buy another ebike and be able to get out on the bike trails and enjoy my vacation again. He also sold my boy friend and I more secure bike locks and a new helmet. Tim was so helpful and awesome!!

I was doing some searching to buy used bikes. Everyone that I talked to that bought from Global bikes had good comments. I went in to see them and unlike other bike shops they had a lot of bikes in stock. I came back later with my family and Aaron helped me fit all four of my kids with bikes. These were entry level, but good quality bikes. I like that they offer lifetime service for times when I don’t want to deal with it myself. Very impressed with the service. Aaron even stayed open after closing to help finalize the deal.
