I recently bought the Interceptor from the Gilbert AZ location. I was thrilled that they were open on a Sunday! Mike was great to work with and patiently answered my questions. He took me on a test ride and showed me the features of the bike, and made sure I was comfortable with operating it. I have been enjoying this bike VERY much! Im so happy with this purchase and definitely recommend a Pedego!

The wife and I rented a couple of bikes on a Sunday afternoon. The owner Mike was there to give us a quick overview on how they worked and we were off. There is a great canal path right off the shop that goes for miles in either direction. We had a blast as these bikes are great fun! The people working in the shop couldnt be more friendly and knowledgeable.

Recently shopped at Pedego Gilbert and the service was amazing! I was trying to help my grandfather purchase a bike and the store had exactly what he was looking for. Purchased a Pedego Elevate eMTB and just love it! Visited the Gilbert store and asked a lot of questions about ebikes and all my questions were answered. But when i saw the Elevate EMTB i knew that was the bike i wanted. Purchased it and 2 weeks later i have over 200 miles on it. This MTB is amazing! I even scheduled an appointed to get it tuned up a week later and there were no issues. Great place!

I walked into Toms Gilbert store at 459 N Gilbert Road looking for an e bike, and drove away about 3 hours later with a new Pedego Element! Tom answered every single question I had, went on a test ride with me answering my questions as we rode, set my seat height and taught me the basics of initiating battery assistance. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable, and makes the buying experience fun!

My wife and I heard from a friend about Pedego Gilbert and electric bikes. Both of us want to ride bikes more, but we simply havent set out to ride standard peddle bikes like we planned. So, we stopped by the Pedego Gilbert store to learn more about what they offered. We discovered how perfect the concept seemed. Then, they took us out on a demo ride and that sealed the deal. Amazingly fun! I saw the smile on my wifes face and that was it...I bought two Interceptor bikes on the spot! In the past few days we have been out riding, exploring all over our area like never before. My wife is smiling as we peddle and non-peddle doing 20 mph everywhere. My suggestion is go talk to the folks at Pedego Gilbert. Take a demo ride and trust the reviews here! Get out exploring and have some fun as an adult. Just recently I had the best experience with a group of friends. We decided to go and check out Pedego Electric Bikes in Gilbert because we heard great things! Boy, were we impressed. When we first arrived, for our scheduled time, we were greeted by owners Mike and Kristin Curtin. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the electric bikes and helped us until we were comfortable with taking our first ride.We were new to the area so Mike hopped on a bike with our group and showed us the amazing bike path. Are you on a golf trip and looking for something to do while your partner golfs for the second time that day? If you’re thinking of renting electric bikes this is your sign to do it and the place to do it! They were able to get us in 30 minutes after we called and were so nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and the customer service was 10/10! They took us out, showed us the best scenic route and even suggested places to stop to get drinks/food! We had a blast and will definitely be renting again!

Our experience was amazing! We signed up for the bike-boat-bike tour that is offered on the website. Mike and his crew were great. Two of us had never ridden an electric bike and they were very patient and thorough in explaining how to operate the bikes. We rode 10 miles to Lake Tempe and boarded Mike’s pontoon boat, captained by Spencer, and had a wonderful cruise and lunch. After lunch we biked back to Pedego of Gilbert. We appreciated not having an exact finish time and we could enjoy our ride! We would highly recommend this adventure!!! Thank you Mike and crew!!!

If you’re looking for an electric bike this is the place to go. These bikes are amazing and the customer service is even more impressive. Mike, the owner, goes out of his way to make sure they find the right bike for you. They have everything from cruiser style bikes to even trail riding ones. We needed a large bike for someone over 250 pounds and they were able to help us out. We were even able to get the huge fat tires for it. This a great place and great people!

Mike was extremely helpful in our search for an ebike. I wanted a 2 wheeler and my wife needed a trike due to some physical disabilities. Mike was able to get a trike and she test rode it and loved it. I bought the Element and my wife got the trike, and we love em! I decided to take my 17 year old daughter while we were in the valley this last week. She was less than excited as she thought she was “too cool” but she didn’t have a choice. I cant stop smiling. I just purchased my Boomerang with Mag wheels. Tom Luman/sales & tech and Mike Curtis/Owner are both incredibly ebike knowledgeable. I enjoyed test riding the different Pedego models which made chosing one very difficult. All models were of high quality and individually had their advantages. Im 66 years old and needed a bike where I could keep up with my kids and grandkids. The Boomerang was perfect for me.The Gilbert Store has a big hill to test- ride. Im 190 pounds but had zero trouble climbing the steep bridge hill. I did feel a little shaky coming down the hill...I must remember just how quickly the Boomerang accelerates! Im sure Ill learn quickly.The best part is the 5 year warranty the company backs 100%. My wife and I had been looking at electric bikes for a while and just happened to drive by Pedego in Gilbert. I am so glad we did! Mike took the time to show us the pros and cons of the different models and let us take them out for a test ride. He was helpful and informative without being a high pressure salesman. In fact, the entire staff was helpful and friendly . They even delivered our bikes to our home the next day. Since then, we have had a few questions and Mike has continued to be responsive and helpful. The customer service is great!

I spent my Sunday morning touring around Gilbert and Chandler on electric bikes with my kids. We visited Pedego Gilbert and tried both a tandem and single bike with a seat for a passenger. I was thankful for the helpful owner and his team who got us set up for a safe, fun ride. They knew everything about the bikes, and explained how to use the pedal assist and throttle. I was confident as I rode away to hit the canal trail.We rode about 10 miles, and I could not get the silly grin off my face the whole time! What a blast! Ive heard people say that an electric bike is cheating but I was pedaling most of time, the difference was that it was less stressful. When we came to a busy intersection, I was able to use the throttle to buzz across to safety! I would highly recommend trying or buying a Pedego from the shop in Gilbert. This shop took amazing care of my little family! Cant wait to go back and try the bike/boat tour listed on their website.

We signed up for the Bike-Boat-Bike Tour and had the most fantastic day! Mike and his team were a class act, outfitting us with the perfect eBikes for our ride along the canal to The Lakes in Tempe. Then Mike met us at Club54 with our preordered lunch where we were escorted aboard a pontoon boat with table settings & chilled wine worthy of a 5 star restaurant. We felt so pampered. The ride back was euphoric! Would highly recommend!!!!!

I was visiting from North Dakota and rented some bikes with friends and it was awesome! The bikes are great! I rented a trail tracker fat tire and it felt like a dirt bike. I could ride on any terrain at 20 mph! Never knew electric bikes could be so much fun. The owner Mike and all his coworkers were very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun outdoor adventure.

I absolutely loved my bike rental experience at Pedego-Gilbert! The decor and ambiance of the shop complements the authentically hospitable nature of the management. We enjoyed a nice ride along the canal, went to the park, and even got to enjoy some Dutch Bros coffee courtesy of the Pedego management. My friend and I were looking for an outing to partake in this weekend that wasnt too strenuous, but that also provided some fresh air and beautiful scenery. Pedego- Gilbert allowed us to check all the boxes! If that wasnt good enough, its located in the heart of Downtown Gilbert with food, entertainment, and so much fun all just a ride away! I live an hour away, but its worth the drive. It was just the self-care that I needed to end a stressful week at work. Ill be back soon!

I had a great experience renting an electric bike from Pedego in Gilbert, AZ. We did an early morning sunrise ride up Usury Pass. It was a beautiful ride! It was nice to be able to pedal as much as I wanted but have some assistance up the hills as my knees don’t like the hills like they used to. I highly recommend them for rental or if you are in the market to purchase one. They were very helpful!

Our group of four recently visited Pedego-Gilbert for a fun day Sunday bike ride. We left with so much more. The customer service was by far a five-star rating. Our experience was top notch from start to finish. Each step of our rental was explained in detail. Our bikes were matched to fit us for height and a test run of each was first provided by the employees to ensure bike readiness before our departure.The location of the nearby downtown Gilbert area offers a variety of adventure for all riders as well as the canal path. We rode 14 miles on our adventure and had the best experience. We will definitely return for a repeat ride in the near future.#hellofun

Purchased my Pedego bike from Mike at the Gilbert location about a week ago...Wow! So much fun!I decided to purchase an E-Bike instead of a Pelaton and couldn’t be happier with my decision. The quality, range, and warranty of a Pedigo bike is in a class of one. I am riding 15 to 20 miles a day and am very pleased with the overall performance. I would highly recommend Pedego Gilbert to anyone interested in upgrading their life with an E-bike.

Fantastic time on these bikes. We were Mike’s (& family) first group rental and it was excellent. Aome family came from out of town and wanted to see the area. Shop is coming together very nicely, they were super friendly too. Helped load 5 bikes into my truck and we biked the greenbelt in Scottsdale starting at the Tempe town lakes and did lunch along the way.Bikes went about 30 miles for us, multiple speeds, pedal assist and throttle make it almost effortless if you want it to be or you can easily peddle along.One bike had little snag with pedal assist but Mike was very good to us and credited back the entire full-day amount for that bike.Would recommend for any leisurely ride, or for a fun outting!Thank you Mike!

After having rented Pedigo e bikes several times and talking about buying some kind of e bike we did our research and were thinking about possibly purchasing Pedigo. We like how they ride and knowing that there is a Pedigo nearby to take your bike into if you have an issue is huge. We looked at our maps app and found the Pedigo closest to the Gilbert farmers market which we were going to that day. Mike the owner was there with his son and was happy to let us test ride them to see which size would work and if we wanted to maybe get a different model than what we had riden before. Mike is so friendly, easy to talk to and so very helpful. After taking our test rides we decided to take the plunge and purchase the Interceptor and City Commuter. We couldnt be happier! Our bikes were delivered within a few days and we took them on a 42 mile bike ride on the paths in Tucson. Mike is there for us if we have any questions. Thank you Mike and team!

I purchased my Commuter Lite Step thru (City Commuter: Lite Edition) bike from this location on October 18th. The owner, Mike, was very friendly and informative. I initially went to this store on October 4th and did a test ride. I decided to try other electric bike models, makes, etc. Mike helped me with my research. I had a knee replacement last year and appreciated Mikes generosity and his overall concern for the best bike for me. The Commuter Lite has a throttle and because of my knee replacement The Commuter Lite was the right choice. I have No Regrets! I LOVE MY BIKE!
