Service was extremely fast for having just two employees working. Got a dipped cone and a sundae waited less then a minute.Get your Dilly Dilly :)Great seating area!My Local DQ also has an Orange Julius so it offers a lot of variety. The drive up menu board is easy to see and easy to order from. The customer service is always friendly, service with a smile and the food is always delicious and has a good presentation. Its a bit pricey but cheaper than other places and totally worth the price. I had such a wonderful experience in the drive though today thanks to the cashier Jordan! He was super polite and courteous. Covid has kept us locked in for a while and I have found most people these days are annoyed or irritated, so it was nice to get out and and have such a pleasant experience! Jordan deserved a shout out!

Their lobby is still closed and they make their employees wear a mask. The owner reached out to me and unfortunately the link provided I cannot access. You can read it for yourself, but it is not about the health and safety of employees and customers. Before making unilateral decisions, I feel that the owner to do more than just trust what the government tells them. There are competing studies that have been done that show that masking and social distancing is a useless proposition to prevent infection of covid-19.The average age of the mployees are either high school kids or early 20s. The statistics show an overwhelming favor that they have nothing to fear or worry about. This owner is only perpetuating a culture of fear and unnecessary safety precautions which in turn are in reality harming their long-term mental health as well as their regular health. Those masks are not being replaced every 15 minutes which means they are contaminated with bacteria cultures that are then being breathed on to every customers food all day long. This is why we breathe freely. The 1918 Spanish flu pandemic and resulting scientific studies after showed without question that wearing mask did nothing to stop the spread of the flu. If they did then we would have conquered the flu many years ago. We havent in the flu still exist, even if they are not counting it this year.Again, I implore that you open the lobby because other businesses are doing so successfully and allow your employees and customers to choose. It is no more your right to tell your employees what to do in regards to their health as well as your customers, as it is anybody elses. The only one who gets to choose is the individual and they have the right to decide what is and is not safe for them.I love dairy Queen and the staff there is fantastic and wonderful. All I ask is that you treat them like the men and women they are and stop giving in to the fear culture that has enveloped us. Look at the dashboard, read the statistics and do research above and beyond the CDC guidelines. They have a right to choose, do not take away that freedom and that Liberty and that right to decide what is best for each individual. Your employees wearing a mask and your lobby being closed does not make me feel safe, it fills me and countless others with a silent resentment that I will no longer keep quiet about. This is called living life and you cannot live life in a bubble or youre not living at all, you are merely existing. Also I challenge you to ask your employees to tell the truth without fear of repercussion. Ask them how many times they came to work feeling under the weather and how many times theyve hit it just so they dont have their store get closed or be forced to take two weeks off from work without pay? I bet you if you did that you would have a sobering response if they knew that they would not get in trouble whatsoever or there would be no repercussions for their honesty. If you have ever seen the show house, there is something that the great doctor on the show loves to say every episode.Everybody lies.Nobody wants to be that employee that gets their store shut down or their colleagues forced to stay home for 2 weeks without pay. They are only conforming because they have to in order to pay their bills. So please, save your safety garbage or public relations. It isnt going to work on me.

My family really loves Dairy Queen, but our recent experiences have been both confusing and frustrating. Before the shutdowns, three members of our family, including myself, each bought a key tag that qualifies for a 99¢ Blizzard with purchase of a Blizzard of equal or greater value. Dine-in is not open yet (understandably so) so we tried to take three orders at the drive-thru. We all brought our key tags, and were ready to show all of them at the window, but the employee (maybe the manager) informed us that we could not run the three orders together; wed have to go through the drive-thru three times. This is the second time we experienced this. Were a little confused: why could we not run the three orders?

I love Dairy Queen, but I think its pricier than it should be. Also, I dont know why this location has chosen to close as early on the weekends as they do?! Were always wanting to go here late, but since theyre not open, we go to Sonic which is often insanely busy this late. Dairy Queen on Gilbert and Pecos, youre losing out on A TON of business! Cant wait to see if the new DQ being built on Market St. stays open late!

I finally found a DQ that still has Orange Julius! I burst through the door with the desperation of a man that hasnt tasted a strawberry banana Julius for at least six weeks. Wearily, I stagger to the counter and asked for the delicious sweet nectar while gasping for air. I expected them to tell me that they only have milkshakes despite the moniker on the building clearly stating Orange Julius. I was shaken to my core when they began to make the frosty beverage with no excuses. While this DQ is way off my route to my office, Im contemplating leaving my job so that I can be closer to this store. Ill buy a sharpie and make a sign asking for spare change just so I can feed my addiction.Thank you DQ! Youve renewed my faith in humanity.

My family of 3 drove to your restaurant in our PJs to get ice cream. We were expecting to go through the drive through but were met with milk crates blocking the drive thru. I knew that the store was not suppose to close until 10pm. I went into your establishment at 933. I was ignored by 3!!! Yes 3 of your staff members . They continued to ignore me while they cleaned and kept their backs towards me . Then a 4th employee walked in right past me standing at the counter and to the back of the store. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I took pictures of your staff members that are timedstamped and shows them blatantly igorning me. I intend on telling every single person I come across this horrible experience. There was a family of 6 already sitting and eating they stated that they had been turning people away for awhile already .
