Staff half unmasked despite posted mask requirement on the door. I may have asked the staff if they were vaccinated and ordered something but customers were welcomed in without masks as well. Lost my appetite thoroughly.

If you are too lazy to go buy almond milk, soy milk, and coconut milk, because your truck didn’t bring it you probably should post this information before people get stuck in a 20 minute line that they can’t leave. Seems like common cents to me. There are literally so many places to post this info but instead the geniuses at Starbucks didn’t post this information until you get to the speaker and are stuck in the line.

No gluten free food options the lobby was closed and the line was well into the street. staff was friendly and trying their best to deal with the rush. staff 5/5 but bad location for long lines

Billy was so wonderful to us and our drinks were very good.

The employees are pretty much indifferent to the customers, they are not mean or anything. The internet speeds are really nice, the location was very clean for the two days I spent there.

Shows they open at 5 i work at 530 and sat at the window for 20 min and noone even bothered to come let us know that even tho it says 5 online they dont open until 530 so wasted my time finally called and it was a mobile order so couldnt even get a refund not impressed with the employees so no coffee today i guess way to go Starbucks

KY3 wine was about 12 deep but staff was so friendly and seemed to handle it efficiently. Pricing is high as always, but you cant argue with delicious.

Ive had decent experiences here in the past but for like the past year ive gone there, like maybe 20 some odd times, they never can never manage to just make the coffee correctly. So after many disappointing visits im probably not going to come back here again. City Brew is definitely the best option for coffee in Gillette.

Can no longer mobile order for in store pickup as they are not consistently open. You order and end up waiting 45+ min in the drive thru. And always out of everything, especially nitro.

Nice location. Friendly baristas are quick to have your order filled. Using the Mobile app to order is a snap. They have it ready for pickup within minutes

Can yall stop messing up our orders. How do you mix up a southwest veggi with a bacon bacon gouda. Everytime we go there they get something in our order wrong..😴

Wish it was bigger or we had more of them. Always so busy. Always friendly, have yet for me to ever see them mess up an order.

This Starbucks seems to have major issues with staffing and customer service. Amazing coffee also served at The Local, The Ice Cream Cafe, Frontier Relics and several others.

Apparently they’re closing earlier than 4:30 like posted hours. Sat in the drive thru at 3:50 with no response while people in front were being helped. Pulled up to the window and they locked it and ignored us. Merry Christmas I guess

The pace of the place is nice. Drinks from refreshers to coffee are easy for on the go. Long lines are common. Keep pumpin out new drinks too.

Everyone who works there was super rude. I get it, they were really busy. They were arguing with each other and seemed confused on several orders.

Monday-Friday my drink comes out perfect. The weekend crew struggles. But they are always amazing!

Considering that its in the heart of Wyoming where pretty much theres nothing else. This is an oasis in the desert.

Great customer service here. My mobile orders or drive orders have always been fast in the morning. I walked in one to order and Tessa was took my order. She is very polite and i noticed she knows how to give great customer service even during a rush/when theres a line. Keep up the great work!

I love Starbucks! One of my favorite places to get coffee :) the staff is always friendly, the service is always fast even when they have a crazy long line! Its definitely a top notch business. My favorite drink to order is a Carmel Frappuccino with extra frap roast and extra Carmel drizzle! Tray next time I stop by, you will not be disappointed ;)

I love starbucks but this one is always painfully slow. Takes 10-15 to get my drink on a good day -- drive thru is no better. The layout of this parking lot is horrible too, the line is always backed up and its painful to maneuver in and out of traffic just go get a coffee. When I finally do get my coffee, its always pretty good.

Dumpbucks more like it. Super good if you like Cake Fondant in a cup.

Great staff. Great service. I may be biased because for several years I was a regular here. They knew my drink and had it ready for me by the time I was ready to pay. You cant beat service like that.That said, this staff (and the City of Gillette) deserves a much nicer, more spacious, location. Drive through is squeezed, very little parking, and the narrow service area makes it more crowded than the DMV at times. Still well worth it!

Good coffee but not as good as city brew

Place is usually packed to the gills. Its a very long wait for anything that isnt coffee. Drive-thru is always spilling into the street. They didnt set this place up right and being the only one in town its always too crowded for me. Ive been given cold drinks that were supposed to be hot before.

I walked in, second in line. Ordered a mocha and a toasted bagle with cream cheese. Got the bagle, speed the cheese, and ate it before I got my mocha ( took way to Long to get the mocha ). After I got on the road I found that the mocha was missing the chocolate. At least the bagle was good.

2 of the 3 people in front of me were given drinks different from what theyd ordered. They were promptly remade to order, it just seemed disorganized. I was waiting for my drink for a bit before someone asked what Id ordered and realized the order hadnt been entered when I paid. The staff were nice and friendly, it just seemed disorganized and the service was subsequently slow

Nice building with plenty of seating and outlets for laptops. The parking lot is small, but that wasnt up to them. The drinks are the Starbucks quality that you would expect.

The people that work there are excellent! Food is the same overpriced items that are at every starbucks, but what makes it different here is the staff. They are friendly and really personable. Maybe could use some more AC plug ins for laptops and such.
