Love the supplies & stock available. Never enough cashiers, especially at busy times, such as Christmas. Pricey, but not outrageously so. Friendly & knowledgeable staff.

This place is wonderfully dangerous to any crafty person. The staff is kind and knows their business. I always enjoy my visits!

The manager, Michael is extremely unprofessional, he doesnt make things right for the customer even if the error was on Hobby Lobbys side, and he acts smug and impolite while handling customer issues. I called corporate and they made his stores mistake right, but it shouldve never escalated that far to begin with. Truly disappointed. I hope they get a new manager in the door because I love Hobby Lobby, but until then, Ill be making my trips to Rapid Citys store!

I love Hobby Lobby itself, but unfortunately Im going to have back off for a while. My neighbor, who has one of the worst attitudes, Is working there. Therefore, Im staying away. He is so incredibly depressing with a permanent scowl and has ruined it for me.

Staff was friendly and very busy with a lot of customers and freight needing put on shelves. Selections were excellent as always.

Hobby Lobby no longer does the 40% off coupon, claiming that they always have discounts/sales. Not true, I have been in there numerous times... no discounts/ sales. Deeply disappointed in Hobby Lobby for doing that at a time when the coupon is needed.

Great store! Very organized, clean, and the employees are so helpful.

Only my second time in, they need to be clear on their signage. Sale was table decor but included plaques which hang on a wall, when questioned several employees including management about it, no one really knew details, so I just went to the register to have the plaque rung up, when I questioned the sales associate from that dept she got rude which in turn was met back with a rude me. Not impressed this trip with customer service, especially when one sales associate stated they have had problems with other sales associates.

So we really like the Gillette store, but the store/general manager was very rude and short with us. We visited the store on 8/29/20 at around 5:20pm we were checking out and were interested in this lighted tree, brown color and Flowers lit up that was right by the entrance/exit. We asked if it could be boxed and the manager responded, No it cant be boxed, take it the way it is he was very impolite and established he had no time to wait on us. He needs to go through customer service training again if he plans to be a store manager. Not impressed at all!!!

I had a framing job I needed done for work, and Jessica in the framing department very patiently went over my options, explained the timeline and — when she learned that the frame Id picked out was indefinitely out of stock — went over my options for a replacement frame.Its a beautiful framing job, and it was a pleasant experience.

This store is clean and very well organized. The prices are great and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable.
