Since I bought my car from these guys there has been nothing but dishonesty and disrespect if I could rate this lower than 1 star I would. The guy who sold my car to me and my girlfriend even tried talking to her behind my back. I have been taking my car here for service for a year. Everytime I get the full inspection and oil change wash package. All of the sudden I have a ton of work to be done and I have been taking it here almost monthly. Down to even the vending machines these people are dishonest snakes. I tired to get my money back because the vending machine item got stuck and the lady said because I used card there was nothing she could do. 1$ for a water bottle is not a lot to ask. This will be my last visit. Really disgusted with these people if you had to go here make sure you talk to Moe he at least offered some honesty.

So many BAD EXPERIENCES. Only go because wife bought a GOVERNMENT MOTORS P.O.S. and its 2 miles from home. After $700 on a 32k mile vehicle, check engine light came on 3 minutes after leaving service center!

Big dealership with a commercial sales dept, parts, new and used and huge body and service center. Usually fairly quiet, doesnt draw alot of customers onto the lot as I can tell but they must do ok, the size of it and its longevity in this location speaks to that.

I went here to have them fix a KNOWN issue with models of my vehicle. It was posted bulletin 11054, and unfortunately I was out of warranty but I decided to say okay and just have the dealership do it. I went into service telling them exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, they said it would be an outrageous price of around $200.. I said whatever and let them take the truck.2 hours later, they tell me its actually going to be 600 and some change because the entire system shorted out. I asked if they could just do what I asked them to do and they said no. Flat out lied to my face. Went down to NAPA, bought my own parts (for a fraction of their cost) and replaced only what needed to be replaced. I really wanted to avoid spending an hour in this heat but I did it anyways.Low and behold I didnt have to replace my entire AC system. Just a wire and resistor. These people are crooks and try to take advantage of people wether you know what youre doing or not. Theres a reason dealerships have a bad reputation and this dealership definitely holds to that standard.Waste of $130 for them to tell me what I already knew and insisted on them doing, and wasted 2 hours of my time for something you could visibly see just by opening the passenger door. I would never do business here, whether it be parts, service, or sales. Lost all of my respect.

Dont let them tell you all the other things that should/needs to be done when you take your vehicle in for servicing. I guess im a slow learner becuase I trusted them since they were the professionals! After several visits for minor things, like oil change etc. And thousands of dollars later for work that really didnt have to be done, I said enough is enough! Took it to a different dealer and they said that the work I was told needed to be done was not needed! Please beware of this place.

Don’t buy parts here if u need return sometime they find every excuse in the book not to give your money back as if your stealing from there billion dollar company lol it’s a joke

Vehicles out front looked like they hadnt been cleaned in over a week.

I felt gypt out of money but had no other choice. Also they kept my car longer than I think they should have. They did not try to work with me financially when I was low on cash.

Guy at the parts pick up departent was very rude like very very rude I asked for a part they gave me the wrong one I asked if I could get the set that the had on display and he just went off and started screaming this is literally the first bad review I’ve wrote.
