Except low service prices, aspects of the services here are terrible. Waiting 2 hours for get my carss oil changed but not complete even the waiting line are 2 cars above my car. Low to unsatisfied services quality. Lousy workers. Go get oil change service from other places with higher price is worthier than waiting 2 or 3 hours waitings without being done.

The cashier inside named Sandra had an attitude and didn’t want to help me out at all she said that they were booked and didn’t want me to leave my tire a single tire on the other hand Josh was very nice and helped me and he told me the tire would be the top priority tomorrow if he was not able to do it the same day.
Takes 5hrs to replace a tire
Of all the times Ive come. They were able to do an oil change. Now all of a sudden they cant do it because of a rounded oil filter cap? Went straight home and pryed it off with no hassle. Worse of all I waited 2 hours just to have nothing done! Dont even waste your time coming here
I wanted to get an oil change and have been looking for a spare tire with rim. The guy at the counter said the current wait is 3 hrs and that they dont carry rims in a very dismissive manner.He did not seem interested in helping customers at all. My boyfriend had to ask if they can possibly order a rim. The guy said yes they could. He really should have offered rather than us having to dig for this info.We decided not to do the oil change or get the spare here. I almost always do my oil changes with walmart. They have great timing, customer service, and prices. Wont ever be going here though.
I have gone here on two different occasions when Ive had problems with my batteries theyre doors are still open but close to closing and I get told two different times that they cant help me when all I need is them to test my battery and let me buy one. to me as a business person when youre close for business you close your doors. Im very unsatisfied with trying to get service from these people at this location. Not to mention how terrible the food is every time I bought some fresh vegetables from there. So I give you a big five thumbs down all the way around

I came in at 7AM for a tire change and there was only one other car there. I waited over 4 hours for it to get done. It was ONE tire. They had at least 4 workers there just chit chatting. Never going here again.
Ive gotten my oil change here before on a few occasions no issue until 5-26-19. My husband got my oil change for my car because I was out of town. When I came back from town I started to,drive my car. Then my oil change light came on then off then on again. I went to my mechanic he said they most likely over-filled it but take it back to them. So I went back to Wal-Mart showed them the light then was told I needed to reset my oil meter so while tech stood there we did that but light remained on. Then was told it might be a sensor and go back to mechanic. So,once again was back at my mechanic. This time my mechanic diagnosed my problem. Not only was it a dead sensor but the last person who did my oil change broke my oil filter cap. There was a long plastic stick that was snapped off and floating around in my oil. This was causing the oil to spray all over my engine. So $200.00 dollars later I now have a new sensor, new oil filter cap, and another oil change including labor. Wal-Mart wont do anything because how do they know that their techs did it and not my mechanic. Do yourselves a huge favor dont get your oil done here. Buy your groceries even clothes or a plant maybe a firearm but for all thats good Dont let them touch your car. We certainly wont after this experience. After all what do you expect from a store that has the lowest prices around? Certainly not the best experience for an oil change. To bad I cant upload a picture of my broken cap on this review because believe me i would in a heartbeat.
They are underdogs when it comes to tire sales. People should be buying tires here more often. Very affordable.
Went expecting the worst based of other reviews and was pleasantly surprised. Andrew came right over when I pulled up, was very polite, took my info and said 25 minutes. I went to guest services for other reasons and by the time I got back to the oil center my car was done! Very happy with the service I received!

I called ahead because I purchased tires with roadside coverage at a different location. Even though they were closed, Carlos took my call. He found my information in their system. Then he printed it out so it would be ready the associates the next morning. He was patient, polite, and helpful. I know what a pain WalMart can be, short staffed, overwhelmed, underpaid, undertrained. Carlos could have just told me to call back in the morning, but he chose to help me instead.
Horrible service! After manager Allen decides he does not want to work on my moms car BEFORE even LOOKING at it. The department manager comes and tells him to do it... We wait for an hour and a half just to come back and see EVERY mechanic crowded together sharing laughs. (which was fine) THEN we look to see that a NEW car was in front of ours which Mr. Allen claims to have been there when no such car was in front of ours! Needless to say they are careless and should be fired! Will NEVER be coming here again! Oh, and thanks for making my mothers BIRTHDAY a special one Walmart. Thx for nothing!!!
Quick courteus efficient
Seems like after you get an oil change you also have to clean your car too. Drivers seat and passengers seat of my was stained with oil on my seats, steering wheel, floormats, door handles, and dashboard. Absolutley ridiculous, these low educated Wal-Mart mechanics need to designate someone to go inside of the cars that are not dirty .
Long wait, tried to charge me more than necessary even after I was quoted a specific rate. Unhappy with the inexperienced man who helped me. No name tag or it would be on here. Over two hours to change three tires. Bad
Horrible experience here Ill never bring my car here again .went in for two tires cause one went flat and had spare .the idiot that did my car took the spare of and put my new tire on backed my car out .we saw that the wheel was very wobbly .so they checked it again turned out the brake drum was stuck in my spare which they did not notice and they put my new one on with no brake drum and drove it like that which busted my wheel cylinder so it was leaking fluid and messed up my wheel bolts and nuts .and made me call a tow truck because they couldnt get the wheel back on because after driving it with the drum off it expanded the brakes .tow truck driver came and put it on so we could get home.spent all day next day getting this fixed 332$ later candi was wonderful in getting it resolved for me and reimbursed me
Ive come here multiple times this past year for oil changes and two tires. Ive always been happy with the service and the wait usually isnt too long.
Go in here all the time and have never once and a bead experince fast and friendly. I have found outnits better to go in the mornings during the week than any time on the weeksends they are usualy pretty busy

(EYE) For all the clients that are going to make oil changes to walmart, check the fluid levels since this is the second time it happens to me, the car will be turned on the check engine again and when they checked the car it did not have oil and there is no type of leak in the vehicle, apparently they have been doing less than their fair share because from the previous time I started to make the change and there was no more problem and now I send my wife back for the oil change and the same thing happens, I see it earlier I spoke with the supervisor and they filled it out but this time I will have to go talk again to see what is resolved because in the end the car will be broken, read it carefully so that you understand it, thank you
