This shop is a joke when it’s comes to warranty, Truck is 2months and 2k miles away from warranty expiration, the transmission started slipping so took it in and they said it was a “glitch” in the software, which was not true, they just turned the transmission pressure up to get it past warranty, which made the transmission go out completely not even a week later, and now are claiming it’s not under warranty because they truck was miss used... it’s a simple work truck that goes from job site to job site

Diagnosis was that I needed to rebuild my transmission, I ended up buying a used one and had it installed at Adolphs, they were honest and I am very happy with my newer transmission! I will be back to service it here!

You never know who you can trust when it comes to your car getting fixed. I picked a chain repair shop at first because I figured itd be safer. AAMCO to be specific. They gave me a horrible quote. I asked around, googled around, and Yelped around and found Adolphs. This place was great and I recommend it to anyone. I had a feeling what was wrong with my car before I took it there. The check engine light came on and the diagnostic said solenoid needed to be checked. My car would nuno into low gear as I slowed down and when I turned it of and restarted it, it was fine. AAMCO basically wanted a rebuild, with a price STARTING at $1100. Tony at Adolphs basically confirmed, just by taking to be that its most likely a solenoid or computer issue, before he even drive it. After he test drove it, he was 99% sure thats what it was. I brought it in next week and he was done within hours. Final bill? $600. He saved me at least $500. They were knowledgable and easy to talk to. Honestly, if you need a second opinion, go to Adolphs. Theyll be my first opinion from now on.

We took our 2005 dodge magnum in. Turns out it was a minor fix and it was fixed fast and the price was right. Adolph and his crew were polite and clean.

I will never do business with them Drove my truck across town with transmission problems across town becouse was recommended to them got there at 4:30 p.m. Web site says open tell 5p.m. shop was locked up so I called them a woman from there business answered told her my problem and that I was out front could her the workers inside talking and them would not take my truck becouse they closed early becouse they had no more customers very unprofessional she even told me there business hours were from 8am to 5pm

Sike bad they asked for a problem i came in cause my car was skipping a gear they took my car got it back they said transmission issue nope was not the problem at all I got it back check engine light was on he also cut something on the bottom to make it worse very funny tried to say it was about 2K to fix very funny dont take it to this place big scam. Never again my car is fixed my new mechanic is honest only payed 200$ never go here.

On Friday April 17, 2015 I drove my vehicle, a 2007 suzuki forenza to Adolphs Automatic Transmission for problems with my vehicle. The check engine light was showing, and when I arrived at the repair shop, they asked me questions about the issue with my car, and I explained to the owner that the check engine light was on, and the gear somehow has malfunctioned, and that I also had a leak. I had trouble renting a vehicle that day and because of my schedule I couldnt stay for the repairs, after which the owner explained to me that the diagnosis showed that I had a leak from my radiator/coolant system and that I needed to repair the range sensor. So we set up a time and date for my car to have repairs done for Tuesday 04/21/2015. I brought my car to the shop to get fixed on that date, and I left it there and was assured the problem would get fixed, well I received a call the next day on Wednesday 04/22/2015 at around 12:30pm from the receptionist that my car was ready to be picked up, but I couldnt pick it up until Thursday 04/23/2015 cause of my schedule. On Thursday I retrieved my car, and they did not even show me the parts that they had replaced, just wanted me to pay, handed me my keys and I was off to test drive my car. As I was driving home I noticed some unrecognizable sounds that I never heard before, like something was loose, I arrived home and could smell antifreeze, I look down at the ground and the antifreeze was leaking out of my car, it was the same problem I had before, it was not fixed correctly. The next day, which is today Friday 04/24/2015 I took my car to the nearest mechanic, which was vavoline auto repair, and they put my car on the diagnosis machine and he had me come over to show me exactly where the leak was coming from, and to my disbelief it was leaking from a place that was suppose to had been replace, THE RADIATOR, he said the seal wasnt placed on properly, and the coolant bucket had been broken, like deliberately broken, it was a very sloppy job whoever the mechanic was that replaced my radiator, he did not replace it correctly. I then contacted Adolphs Transmission shop and explain to the receptionist the issue and she told me that I could bring it back in for a check. When I got there one of the mechanics put his hand inside of the hood and was feeling around for a leak, he never put my car up on the machine to check for the leak properly he used his hands and said, that there is no leak but I have antifreeze all over the ground of my garage, and I took my car to valvoline and they even checked it and I saw the leak for my own eyes. He then agreed that my coolant bucket, was cracked and thats why the antifreeze is squirting out, he then started calling around to find the parts to my car and there were no parts available, until he claimed he called a auto company and supposedly the parts were available, but it would take 3 hours to receive, by that time, they would be closing at 5pm, none of it made sense to me, so I waited 3hrs and even went to get lunch I came back to the shop and still no one showed up with the part, so it was time for me to go pick up my child, I had already wasted a whole day here at this shop waiting for nothing. The mechanic and owner told me as soon as they bring the part he would call me, and I never received a call, so Im thinking the part never showed up, and why didnt he follow up with the person that told him in 3 hrs he will bring the part, it all seem to fishy, something did not seem right about this situation, I felt like I had been scammed for my money and they knew that they did a sloppy job on my car but did not want to hold themselves accountable for it. The mechanic kept offering to use some sealing cement to seal up the crack and I told him that I want him to fix my car correctly, that I do not want a temporary fix, I want it done right, and he kept dishonoring my request.
