I have been taking my car here for awhile because I really do trust these guys. They always take good care of me and give me discounts if I’m having quite a bit of work done on my vehicle. They’re super friendly and professional. I definitely don’t feel cheated. I haven’t lived in Glendale for awhile now but I still come here whenever my car needs maintenance done on it. Highly recommend this location.

This is a great professional location if you need your car serviced. Gary is a wonderful manager, and all the guys are very professional. I have to apologize for some miss judgment. I have lost my wallet and was thinking that it was stolen there but, several months later when I took the car for detailed cleaning they found my wallet underneath passenger sit side ways and tyey gave it to me.So, my deepest apologies for any inconvenience.

Robert and Gary are fast, professional, and efficient. Unfortunately, I am near a Just Tires that does not offer this type of service and the personnel looks stressed, tired, and unhappy. It adds to the stress you are already coming in with as a costumer, so I appreciated Gary’s and Robert’s professionalism. My car needed some TLC and Glendale Just Tires delivered! I have been coming to Just Tires in Glendale for about 5 years now. I have to say that the customer service experience here has always been top notch. I received excellent customer service again today from Robert. Not only is their customer service excellent, but their car service is excellent as well. I feel like their pricing is fair and even when I didnt accept their recommendations they always kept their professionalism and courtesy. I have never had to take back my car because of a mistake they made (like my experience at Pep Boys) and the work is always quality. So just wanted to make sure these guys know how much I appreciate their consistent, excellent customer and car service!

I scheduled an appointment with them using their website. When I reached there I was told they never had the (cheaper) tire in stock and they offered me to install an expensive tire. I told them my appointment clearly mentioned availability of the (cheaper) tire. I had to leave the store without any work done. I will complaint to State of California Consumer Protection Division. This is a clear example of bait and switch.

Assistant Manager Mauricio was very helpful, called I was in a rush needed my tires to be checked and sure enough I get there and he checked my tires immediately no nails just needed air and my light came off. His sense of urgency to help me and how quickly he did definitely will bring my other cars here. If your in Glendale Just Tires ask for Mauricio!!!!

This place is owned by Goodyear tires and run by Gary Papazian. The place is clean inside out. Muliple bays and huge private parking lot. They replaced four tires, balancing and checking most everything else in less than two hours. So much so that I had to go to the shop and the mechanic who personally did the work.The service is fast and the staff were friendly. The prices and selections vary. True professional services are rendered here.

Work was done quickly and efficiently. The staff was helpful. Specifically, Mauricio, he was patient in explain the tire warranty package to me. Very helpful.

I had a nail in my tire I went to this place a guy name Mauricio answer the phone I asked him what he charges for a nail in a tire they told me $35 plus tax I told him that was a lot he says that’s what we charge, what a rip off this is considered robbing you blind a tire repair only cost $15 and that I will never give this place another thought again and I suggest everyone do the research before going there.

Blew one of my tires by hitting a horrible pothole at echo park. Inquired to several places that might have the tires I needed. Spoke to Ramon over the phone and was told that they have the tire size I needed. Drove down from echo park with my donut wheel to Glendale and was greeted and helped by Ramon. He gave me a good quote and deal. Ended up replacing all my tires since one is fully blown off and the others have been punctured and patched before. The waiting room is also spacious and social distancing is not a problem. They also offer water bottle and have filtered water that definitely helpful amid this heat wave. Staff are professional and really friendly. Will definitely come back again and recommended.

Gary and the other guys offered me great service. As someone worried about the epidemic I am very happy that they are keeping the place very clean and following the guidelines to keep us safe. A lot of places aren’t following suit. Thank you so much!

Bought 4 brand new tires for an upcoming trip across the country. We had 2 flat tires on the trip, within weeks of purchase. Although the tires were guaranteed for 65k miles, they would not replace one of them and CHARGED 60 bucks to replace the other. We also had to wait hours for them to replace one of the brand new tires that went flat on our trip. I was not pleased.

Fast and efficient.

It was 5:30 p.m. on a week night when I discovered I had a nail in my tire and needed an immediate repair. I couldnt get service on my phone to call around for an open shop. I decided it was too late and took the chance to drive home with the nail embedded. But, while driving, I just happened to see a Just Tires on the corner. I had never heard of it but the exterior and interior were clean and very attractive. I pulled in thinking Id have to make an appt. but a technician told me they were open until 6 p.m. and he happily took me right in. There was no impatience or rushing me through. I was treated with a great deal of respect by everyone on the staff. While they administered service, I was directed to a very nice waiting room, with big picture windows, comfortable seating, a big screen TV, and free ice-cold bottles of water. The advisors consulted with me while I was waiting and provided excellent & trustworthy information without pressure. The staff members were extremely knowledgeable. The advisor in the waiting room had an excellent sense of humor, as well as making sure I was comfortable. Within a half an hour, my car was finished and I was on my way. Prior to this experience, I ignorantly thought that all tire repair shops were dirty, greasy, run-down garages with cynical mechanics doing double duty on labor and customer intake!!! Obviously, Ive never needed this kind of shop because if I had, I wouldve known that Just Tires was a top-notch business with what I assume is an excellent reputation based on my experience. I got a flat on the freeway on my way to work and AAA towed me here. The staff was friendly and I got a great price on some Goodyear tires, but it took over 2 hours to put on 2 tires! And I was the only one in the waiting room most of the time. I had asked to please hurry as I had appointments to get to, but I feel my needs didnt matter because its not like I could drive out to another place. If they had been quicker I would have given 5 stars.

Wow! Had an awesome experience here. Ended up needing to get my tire patched. This was the only tire shop around me that was open past 6pm. Even though they were busy, Fernando helped me out and was very friendly and fast. Thanks again! Really appreciate it! Will definitely come here again.

Tire repair? Not really.Went to them to have a flat tire repaired. They said it was free but I did not realize that “free” means just plugging the punctured hole. No patching of the tire interior, no balancing. I guess you get what you “did not”pay for. I was willing to pay for the repair but instead I was given a botched job hoping I would purchase my replacement tires from them NOT! I bought ny replacement tires from more reputable tire comoany. Not from this questionable company with questionable intentions. GO ELSEWHERE.IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE.

On a road trip with my sister and we got a low tire pressure warning. We stopped by Just Tires because they were the only tire place in town open past 5:00. Mario checked our tire pressure and brought our tires up to appropriate pressure at. I charge. He even explained to me how the sensors work and recommended a local restaurant. Great service!!

I had to buy new tires. One popped. Drove into the closest place and I randomly asked a young guy here (Jose Aguilar). He was so helpful, informative, and efficient that I didnt feel ripped off at all; on the contrary, he explained everything I needed to know and guided me through my options. If everyone here treats customers how Jose treated me, then they have great dedication and managers here!

This is my go-to tire shop. Im all about saving as much time as possible and the guys at this shop have me in and out under an hour. The job is always done well and they treat their customers with respect (being a auto shop, thats very rare to come across). They also offer discounts to community service members!!

Robert took care of my car asap and got me a good deal on Goodyear tires.Place is clean, clean well cared for bathrooms, friendly professional staff, wide selection of tires, one stop car care place that can also do oil change, brakes and more. Free coffee, water, tv, various reading materials in waiting area. I highly recommend the place to friends and family.

Called them n I asked if they would fix my tire they said yes... And I told them Ill be there at 4:30pm... I got there 4:25 they made me wait for 15 min and they only had one car in there with 4 other employees just standing around and they said its too late now come back tomorrow...

Wow!!!! Mario is amazing!!!! as i was sitting in the lobby i noticed this one guy that came in with a BMW X1 with a flat repair interrupting Mario as he was billing out a senior citizen customer... as he proceeded to attend the client, he stopped to help the customer that held the phone to his face, the customer disregarded Marios hospitality and continued to help both clients at the same time... any ways.. Mario helped me service my alignment that very same time and i got nothing but full respect for Mario,ps.. dont let anyone discourage you, keep up the good work !!!!!

I have several high end cars and used several different Just Tires branches since past several years and to be honest I didnt experience the same kind of excellent service as I received by Mr. Mario Jimenez located at 423 South Central Ave, Glendale, CA. Mr. Jimenez general manager went above and beyond to get specific tires for my Grand Cherokee which he didnt have in his store. Due to urgent travel plan I needed 4 brand new specific high quality tires and it was an 11th hour request on Sunday. Other branches were not able to fulfill my needs but Mr. Jimenez went extra mile and got in before my arrival. I was very impressed and also witnessed several fully satisfied customers on that day. It shows great passion and dedication by him and his team. I always want to share positive comments with everyone who wishes to use their services because they truly deserve it. Mr. Jimenez please keep up the great work and excellent service. I will definitely recommend your branch to all my friends and relatives. Thank you.

I came here after calling Goodyear corporate office since I had a run flat tire with slow leak. Just Tire found a nail and patched up for me. Mario and Robert are both very pleasant to work with.

Lately I got two front tiers change and they fixed two small problem without charging me the was very nice. I am using there services last eight years and I am very happy.

They did a bad alignment job causing my tires to wear unevenly. Plus one time I went for an oil change and I specifically asked for 5w40 oil. They said they have it but after they drained all the oil the assistant manager said they only had 5w30. So I had to use 5w30. Never going back. To update, the corporate office contacted me and told me to go back to the store to see what they can do for me. I went back and they checked the alignment and said its not that bad. They said my car is designed that it wears on one side because its German. So I was skeptical and took my car to Firestone complete auto care. They checked my alignment and found out that its way off. Seems like just tires have bad alignment machines. I ended up buying my tires from firestone for a way better deal than just tires. Seems like just tires are just idiots. Go to Firestone.

These guys were super helpful but needed help with new guy training to get the tools back correctly into my truck. Not a huge deal considering their great long hours, easy parking and great location.

TPMS working before they fixed my tired and now not working after they fixed my tire. Took it back for them to do a hard reset and they said its the battery. Did not offer to help and or replace it. Bad customer service. DO NOT GO HERE!! EVER IN LIFE!!

I’ve always gone to this location and they’ve seemed helpful but I recently got a new wheel put on.. afterwards my tire scensor kept showing. They proclaimed to me that the scensor in my wheel was broken which was lucky for me because I had the one that was originally in my car -but instead of offering to switch them out they just said they were all faulty and offered me a replacement for $110. Bottom line my tire scensor was working and I went there and now it doesn’t.PLUS i waited in the recemption area for 20min before I had to go to the garage to find someone to assist me.Not worth it

Ive had my tires insured before.Americas Tire never charged me for anything like a new warranty for changing a tire.Ive also had my tires insured for 4 years with them and didnt have extra fees added on.Now here at Just Tires. Customer service is dull.They really dont explain anything to you, they expect you to know.For the first time having my tires insured here, I am paying extra fees. No point in paying 400$+ on insurance if youre still going to have to pay out of pocket.
