I called to have food delivered for a retirement party for my nearby Veterinarian Hospital, as the Team there takes wonderful care of my fur babies AND I knew just who to call! What a joke! Came here to get a breakfast sandwich for my wife after she delivered our baby and she didn’t want hospital food. Order a toasted bagel with egg sausage and cheese, didn’t think I needed to open it up and check such a simple order. Got back to the hospital she opened up an cold non toasted bagel, cold egg, hey a warm sausage which was cool, and no cream cheese or any cheese for that matter! $9 on a bagel sandwich. All the manager could say was “we are training a new person” well I think they need to train a new manger! Very poor service!!

As we entered I had gone between two of your delicious menu items and as I settled on one with our knowledge or prompt the gentleman mentioned the other I had thought of as another great option! I was sold and it was amazing!!!! As I checked out and asked about discounts we connected on the appreciation of our Military families and I was elated at the young woman’s radiant sincerity... you have a great team serving today and even though this was an impromptu stop before an appointment I’ll make my way to this location because of this incredible customer service!!

This my only bagels place i go into. They never get anything wrong, at all. Ive been coming here since 2016, the manager is awesome and the associates get everything right, even when busy and loaded with people, they hear you and make it happen

My order Was simple but they got it completely wrong they have is my order off to someone else another customer they opened it and they closed they give it back to them and they still gave me that same order that had been touched by someone else to me

HMMMMMMMMMMMWhat can I say. Here we go. I have been going to Einstein Bagels for about 25 years in FL, AZ TX and a few airports. The bagels are GOOD, THE ATMOSHERE is not like NY or NJ or MA but lets be honest I do not think any chain can compare to the local bagel shop in the above states.But I have been to about 50 different Einstein Bagels locations.And I can honestly say in 25 years I have not had a problem. And any issue I may have had was handled satisfactorily by talking to a manager.The only issue now is their coffee. It seems they have changed the brand again. I guess it is not as easy to get a good coffee everyone likes.I also would like to see a few more bread items for breakfast. BRING BACK THE CHALLAH ROLL!!!!!!!!!!Dont forget to ask for the senior discount.Hope to see you there!!!!!!!!!!!

Good food. While they do offer curbside they dont do curbside. We sat outside waiting for our food and it never came out. We called and no one picked up the phone. Went inside and grabbed my food without the assistance of an employee. It was just sitting there in their pickup spot. Horrible customer service. Your food saved you from a 1 star review.

Interesting new selections in bageland. Didnt try it, but the stuffed churro bagel looked amazing. The excellent egg sandwiches are usually my go-to, and they didnt disappoint.

Delicious, artisan flavor in a chain store establishment. Although all of their toppings and sandwiches are first class, top quality, their claim to fame is their fresh made, original bagel topped with a smear. Simplicity is best when something iconic is fresh, well made

Online order and curbside pick up was on top of it today. App needs to have a way to check in, because you have to call in when you get there and no options on phone tree for curbside pick up. Everything bagel and plain smear, classic go to for a bagel fix. Ive had locks and it was good, not something I have often. Do and smear is good, we like sauce and dips, so we always order 2 tubs for 6 bagels, some left over I so, not enough is not okay ;)

Today I went to Einsteins to grab some bagels and Im so happy I did. I have been awhile and I forgot how nice it was to have fresh soft Bagels with real flavor. I even fell for the chocolate chip coffee cake dessert at the counter. It was definitely a good idea. Next time I go back Ill be getting that coffee cake again.

Flavorful bagels, delicious! Fresh made egg and bagel sandwiches, the best! Quick and friendly service. I think 59th & Tbird staff make the best bagels, better than some of the other locations. Enjoy the coffee too 😊

I usually love their food and the curbside pickup was really nice. However, this time I got home and the Texas brisket sandwich did not come with the jalapeño bacon bagel (which I was excited to try), the chocolate birthday cake doughnut was not sliced and filled with chocolate so it was just a regular doughnut, and the churro party doughnut was really lacking in cream cheese frosting. I was happy with the regular menu items that were ordered but these were new specials and they were definitely not worth it. I will be back again but I will stick to the old standard menu items from now on.

To start, the reason there are 2 stars is because I called a multitude of times and never got an answer. The phone rang and rang. The bagel was barely covered in schmeer, and despite my request the bagel was not toasted. I figured a bagel chain with such good reviews would be able to provide a product that was worth my time and money. This always seems to happen when a certain employee is working. I do not know his name but when I do find out his name I will gladly update this review..

My egg sandwich certainly could have been warmer & coffee was also cold, but I mentioned it & a fresh hot pot was made.

Good bagels.

First time ordering online for curbside was a big question mark. So once you place your order theres no instructions. Like call when you arrive or check in when arrive nothing like many other apps. Waited for 15min in the curbside pickup parking spot. Figured since it ask you what your are driving they would be looking for your truck to come out. Finally walked in to find my order on a pickup table for door dash.Grabbed my order and left nobody even asked me nothing. Someone else could have grabbed order and would go unnoticed.

A little hard to see behind the trees depending on which angle you come from but worth the search.Tables were pristinely clean, atmosphere was comfortable, and service was fast and accurate. The staff was pleasant, not peppy; if youre not a morning person [like me], than in-your-face-happy is never enjoyable. They are happy to help and dont force their happy on you - a wonderful way to ease into your morning.Tosted pretzel bagel with salmon cream cheese is amazing! Perfectly soft bagel interior countered by crispy, salty, crunchy outside. The salmon spread is decadently light and fluffy, with a taste that haunts your palate with fishy goodness long after the bagel is gone.Loved every moment; excited to go back!

Einstein bros is good. But this specific location is very unprofessional for whatever reason... It makes Einstein bros look bad tbh.

I had a bagel with egg, swiss and ham, $5.69. The location was busy and I am not sure why? It was just OK, not good enough to make me want to come back.

I’m new to the area and was immediately looking for an Einstein’s. I found 2 locations close to me. This one and another one at Bell and 43rd Ave. Wow!! What a difference? This Einstein’s has superb customer service!!! They are genuinely friendly. They are super fast and super delicious!! It shows that the employees really care about their customers!!!

15$ for 6 bagels and 2 cream cheese and I didnt see any gold flake on any of it

The general manager, Pablo Castro is always welcoming. Ive only met him twice. The first time was maybe 3 years ago. The second time was today. We talked as if we have been friends for years. A staff member by the name of Felipe went out of his way to make sure my order did not have any of my food allergies; he makes the best sandwiches! Even if I didnt like the bagels at Einstein Bros I would still go back for another because of Pablos friendly demeanor and warm heart towards people in general; and Felipes hard work. Thank goodness I like Einstein Bros bagels!

I really love going to this location. The food is good and reasonable but the main reason I love going here is the staff. They are always very friendly and welcoming thats it just makes me want to go there everyday if I could. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone thats looking to get a breakfast bagel sandwich.

1st time in and have bad customer service. They also messed up the order multiple times. For the amount of money you pay to eat there the food should be accurate and customer service should be on point or we could have went to any bagel shop

I would rate them higher, but they put weird stuff on their garlic bagels. i dont want sesame seed bagel, I want garlic bagel. But the blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese is not to be missed.

Bad customer service.. Rachelle was very rude. I also saw an older gentle man pick up two bagels off the floor and throw them away and then without changing his gloves move bagels from one basket to another.. yuck.

Ordered on the mobile app today. Waited 30min after it was supposed to be ready. Watched people walk in and order and get their bagels before me. It was chaos and unorganized. Left without my bagels and without a refund. Wont be back again

The manager at this location is a class act. He remembers his customers names and will always strike up conversation. He also is the fastest bagel slicer and cream cheese spreader in history. Im not even joking. He can get you in and out while feeling important better than most people at any type of restaurant.

The location on 59th & Thunderbird Ave is consistently better than of the other locations Ive been to in Arizona .... The texture of the bagels are what bagels are supposed to be in my book ... The size perfect .... Flavors awesome .... Service always welcoming while being professional ans courteous ... When I crave bagels I only go here ....

This place is good for basic bagels, always has been, but beyond that its just par (not sub-par, but par). Of course thats only MY opinion. For my breakfast needs, Id rather find a better place with breakfast bagels that taste a bit more fresh and juicy. Maybe I just had a bad experience, but I still feel like Id go here again. Who knows, I did go pretty early when they were still kind of getting everything ready.

Picked up bagels Christmas eve day for Christmas morning. Ordered through catering person.Dont slice, dont slice, dont slice. They were sliced and some how Gourmet Apple Cinammon bagels turned into spinach bagels. Thanks allot team. If your expecting accuracy dont go here.

The staff here are awesome. Even when theyre busy they still take the time to make everything perfectly. I recommend the Chorizo Sunrise breakfast sandwich.

Really disappointed, this location shares the bathrooms with a Starbucks and the restrooms are filthy and this is my second time at this location and it’s in the same condition again, will never return to this specific location. The bagels are good as always as long as you don’t have to wash your hands or use the bathroom you’ll be fine.

Ive been going here since 2005 & I cannot say enough great things. The bagels are amazing, and the service from the manager Pablo just takes it above & beyond. Anytime Ive has a problem hes gone out of his way to fix it. They know my name, my order, and always ask how were doing. I love this place.

If you want a bahel, this is the place to go. They got plenty of different bagels and spreads for tons of different combinations. The coffee here is delicious. Im hoping they bring back the cinnamon coffee again this winter.

Clean, was being remodeled or something last time I went in so Im not sure how it looks now. A nice selection of bagels and toppings for said bagels. Their Potato rolls are my personal favorite; I dont recommend the pizza bagel though, left an odd taste in my mouth.

You have to get the chorizo sunrise with a lemonade. This location is attached to a Starbucks which is super cool. Great coffee and bagels at ease.

The two stars are for good and courteous customer service. The amount of dirt & built up mildew in the front counter area left me concerned for what might be in the back food prep area. Buckets of dirty water were sitting on the counter in front of the open ice container. Ice used in customer drinks. Thick dust on the shelves which I noticed while standing beside the counter waiting on my order. Tile backsplash walls were covered in dirt. Wont be back.

Apparently Turkey and cheese translates to egg and sausage. I cant eat egg like that do to health issues. Also all our bagels were asked to be toasted and 1 was not. Only 3 bagel on a slow Saturday afternoon with 3 ppl working and apparently our order didnt matter to them.

I give this place two stars due to them letting regulars jump ahead of the long line on a Saturday and taking dibs on the last available bagel or item then telling those who were ahead of that person that they now have to wait 15 mins for what they wanted! Youve lost my business and everyone else that I take here. Get it together!!!

I sat and had a bagel..little cream cheese. As I sat there, I first noticed the disgusting clogged filter on the bottom of the beverage cooler.. Gross!! I started looking at the floors and they were very gross, even under the racks by the counters that could easily be moved and swept but havent been in a long time . I went around the corner to get a knife and napkin and yuck!! Not just from that day but days and days of not cleaning around edges and such. Instead of employees standing around gossiping, they could be productive and clean. Poor management? This is a place where people eat and I just wanted to throw up! Bathrooms stink and dirty too! This place is disgusting!!

The food and coffee was wonderful. But I am extremely disappointed that when I ordered my food for here.. it was brought out to my table wrapped up as if it were Togo. Recently in my life I have been really concerned with the amount of trash I produce and in my opinion this was a huge waste and hurt to the environment. As well as a waste of money for the company. I do plan on contacting the corporate offices in hope they can contanct this location.

I love Einstein bagels, But, this location is bad. their bagels are fresh enough if you want yours toasted. if they were fresh I would go there several times a week. This location is a few blocks from my house, every couple of months I go in and each time I leave with a dry stale bagel.
