This is the first review I’ve written but it’s worth it. Today was my first time going to this Mattress store with my mom, I found a GREAT mattress! WITH a GREAT price! The workers were very nice and had a lot of patience. (I laid down on almost all the beds) It’s hard to find a good price and a mattress that feels comfortable, but this place did NOT disappoint! I’m definitely recommending this place to everyone I know!

I rarely write reviews however the service I received from Mattress Star cant go unnoticed.Lucy from Mattress Star was incredible! I called multiple places to get a box spring as soon as possible- and Mattress Star not only had some available in stock for delivery the next day (I called close to closing time) but also gave me a great deal! The lady I talked to on the phone was very sweet and communicative. The delivery men were spot on on the ETA and delivered with ease. Go to Mattress Star to purchase your mattress! Before going to Mattress Star I went to another mattress store and I felt lost and the sales person was not very helpful. However, when I walked into Mattress Star I was instantly greeted by LUCY. She was kind, patient and so nice! She let me take my time laying on many mattresses and I never felt rushed. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy the mattress that day and she wasn’t pushy instead she took down my information and told me to call when I was ready to purchase it. On Tuesday I called her and was able to buy the mattress over the phone. By Sunday the mattress was delivered. I never write reviews for anyone. However, my experience with Lucy was so great that I have to let the world know. I highly recommend MATTRESS STAR!

My wife and I purchased a new mattress, box spring and frame back in 2015 from Mattress Star. In the last year the mattress started bowing on both sides. We contacted the store and shared our problem. The store owner contacted the mattress company who held the warranty. Someone came to the house, measured the bowing of the bed, took pictures and one week later we received a call from Mattress Star informing us that we would receive a full credit for the price of the mattress. That is amazing. We thought we might receive some credit but a full credit was an amazing. We returned to Mattress Star and purchased a new mattress. We were very happy with Lucy the store owner and how much time she spent with us in selecting the right mattress. We would definitely return to the store for any future bed needs. Thank you.

Lucy was a very great saleswoman. We had just moved into the area and we needed furniture and mattress for our new apartment. Lucys store was the first store we visited and we ended up buying all our furniture from the store. We had a complaint about the TV stand we purchased and Lucy was so accommodating, she handled our complaints and personally delivered a new TV stand to us. Lucy worked so well with us to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. All the furniture pieces ordered were of high quality and exceeded our expectations.

Wow! What a great experience. We were switching from a platform bed to a new traditional bed and realized at the last minute we needed new box springs. I called 5 other stores only to hear $250 and several days to deliver. Thank God I called Mattress Star next. Lucy was amazing. $175 and she could deliver same day for a very modest charge! But, the story gets way better. The box springs arrived before the new bed. When the new bed was assembled it was clear that I had ordered box springs that were too tall. I ordered the 8 1/2 tall and needed the 4 1/2 tall. I called Lucy and with a big phone smile, she said; No trouble at all. I am happy the exchange them! Wow! Best price around and beyond amazing customer service!!

This place is great. I needed an inexpensive mattress and I got a memory foam one for under 400. They even have the vacuum sealed so you can take them home the same day. I have never slept better.

We bought it 6 months ago for a nice price and we are very happy with it, great quality ! My husband and I had a bad backache before we changed to this mattress. We also loved the delivery crew, they were fast, professional, they delivered the new mattress and took the old one with them, for me that is a big plus since I dont like leaving bulky items in front of my house.

This business is TOP NOTCH I have to say. Went back to Mattress Star to look for a queen sized version of the Serta Sertapedic full sized bed that I bought from them six years ago. I clearly remember how helpful they were and wanted to also get the same brand since I got the best sleep on it. I was sad to learn that this brand was discontinued by the manufacturer. Still, I was able to find a great queen sized bed at Mattress Star with the help of LUCY. She was so patient and genuinely nice with me. Lucy is also very upfront with me on what she thought was the best bed for me (...told her I like soft ones). And, I ended up getting the Ashton Euro Top Spring Air mattress... delivered for free to my new apartment within three days of purchase. Sleeping extremely well ever since :)I really appreciate this business and wish them continued success.

Everything was going well during the sale until it was time to pay. They were only supposed to charge a small fraction of the bill to my account but when the guy came back he said he accidentally charged the whole thing. Now Im completely broke, my bank says Im negative, and its been 3 days since they said my money would be returned and it hasnt. They keep calling to apologize but havent shown any sign of actually helping the process move along. I called them today to find out what the status was with them returning the funds and they said nothing had been done, giving us the run around. They might be nice people but go somewhere that know how to use a credit card machine or theyll probably do the same to you.

We had such a wonderful experience with Matress Star. After visiting many matress stores Lucy helped us with all of our questions and recommended us with the perfect matress. This rating is long overdue. I shopped everywhere for a mattress (Yelped local stores, Macys, JC Penney, etc) and googled beds to have a good idea how to find the right mattress and bed frame. A few months ago, I stumbled upon Mattress Star by accident, but thankfully, Lucy Haikaz was there to assist. She spent hours on Saturday trying to figure out what I wanted. Even more, I made it difficult with her by adding a budget and stressing peculiarities that I wanted. She eventually showed me the perfect bed and mattress. I spent some time deliberating before making a deal with her. A few months later after sleeping in this bed, I can say I have the best mattress and bed I could have found for my budget and I couldnt be happier. Lucy will tell it to you like it is-- whats good, whats not, and she knows how to personalize the experience for each buyer. We love Mattress Star and we are NOT easy to please. I purchased a wonderful mattress at a great price several years ago from Mattress Star and was happy to have the same positive experience 6 or 7 years later, when I needed another one-and not because the new one wore out, either. We just needed an extra bed.Sarkis and Lucy are great at listening to our needs and wants as well as giving the absolute best options for our budget. They make the process easy and matter of fact, no nonsense, no silly or annoying phony sales techniques and no hassle. They listen and communicate the pros and cons of what we both wanted, for instance what we would compromise if we went for the short term budget restraints, versus the longer term value-based on OUR preferences. They do not push or pressure, rather they simply do a fantastic job explaining all of the options and then let us choose what works best for us. They do not attempt to push their stock on-hand to benefit themselves, but truly want us to get what we need, it’s pretty rad.They are knowledgable about what mattress best suits how we sleep (stomach sleeper, side sleeper), back pain issues (the best firmness and mattress construction), and great at explaining the differences between how mattresses are made and how different designs and materials work (pillow top, memory foam, spring formation and so on).When it comes to service, we were very pleased. Sarkis did a lot of heavy lifting, and helped us secure the mattress to the back of our little pickup truck so well that even a 20+ mile drive which included some fast and wild turns did not shake that baby loose! Lucky us, because we were ready for a nap after that road trip.Finally, we got a great and very fair, deal, because we are on a budget and not only were they generous in the deal that we got, but very pleasant too. And the process was fast-they gave us plenty of time to think, and when we needed to get going on to our next adventure on our long list of to-dos, they helped us wrap it up quickly and keep on truckin’. We had a better day, due to the fantastic experience that we had there, and I cannot remember when-if ever-that has happened before. The icing on the cake is that we ended up with such a quality mattress that it even has a 15 year warranty. What more could we want?! We are delighted, This is the only place to buy a mattress, we love them!
