I came in to order a mattress and got excellent service from Polin. She is the reason I wanted to purchase from this location because she was great BUT when I called to place my order a man named Carlos answered and I specifically stated that I needed a mattress soon. Carlos LIED and said the mattress that I wanted was available at another location and would be delivered to me within the next couple of days. I NEVER GOT A CALL confirming my delivery so I called the store the next day after hours of waiting for my delivery that never showed up and the man on the phone said my name was not on the delivery list and that mattress wouldn’t be available for the next couple of weeks. BUT OF COURSE MY MONEY PROCESSED BUT NOT MY DELIVERY. Moral of the story Carlos is a liar who just tries to make a sale. I definitely wouldn’t trust him. I took my money across the street to Sit N Sleep. They were super hands on, quick and helpful.

Writing my two year review after putting the mattress to use. I have back problems because of work and wanted something firm. Polin Bekner was of huge help and walked around the entire store showing me each bed individually. Got their “tempurpedic” version and it’s still as firm as the same month I bought it. Thanks Polin for the pain relief!

I went to Ortho Mattress this afternoon in Glendale in hopes to find a new mattress in a timely fashion. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the store manager. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each mattress. He was very honest and not pushy at all, which was a huge plus after visiting many other stores in the area. Sepher, the store manager, was very patient and helped me choose the right bed that worked for me. On top of this impeccable customer service, I also will be receiving my brand new bed tomorrow. Delivered to my bedroom, set up and they even take away my old one to save me the hassle! 10/10 would recommend this place and will be returning for any future bed needs. The worst costumer experience ever! The call center doesn’t work at all. We bought a self brand mattress and in only one month start to have sunk areas. That was back in November and until now we don’t have any answer. We miss our old mattress because was in a better shape that this one (and also spend 550$) I don’t recommend this store at all!!!Update: they give us a second mattress (we pay for the delivery) and in a month the same thing happened. We rather put it on a trash a buy another one.Also, they forced you at the store to put them five stars on google to give you some POP from the store.
