This is my second mattress from Sleep number. The first being purchased in 2007. As the fist mattress has lived its life it was time for a second.The sales people were very professional, they showed me all the features and even gave me an optional remote for the bed as so I didnt have to download another pesky APP to my phone.Thanks for the help and FYI, I updated the drop pin on Google as so no one else has to wonder the Mall for half an hour looking for your location.

Jesse was very kind and considerate. Also very knowledgeable about the products. He encouraged us to try out the bed we were interested in and showed us all of the features. He also introduced us to the sleep number app that will help us be more comfortable in our new bed. We would highly recommend Jesse to help you out.

Maria was wonderful to work with. She took the time to completely find our needs before she made suggestions. We were treated like valued customers even though we didnt buy that night. A week later, we ended up purchasing a mattress. She remembered almost all of the details of our visit. She is truly a wonderful person and saleslady.

I first visited SN at Arrowhead Town Center Mall a few months ago. I was treated politely and with considerable respect. I asked many questions as my wife could not be with me. The Associate Jessica, provided me with most of the answers I needed and I went to consult with the wife. We both returned to the store the other day and Jessica was able to assist us together. My wife had many questions which Jessica answered completely and we bought a SleepNumber Bed and adjustable bed frame. After the floors are redone in the bedroom it will be delivered the first week of September.

My experience at this store was exceptional! Carol, the manager spent a lot of time showing me my options and I selected exactly what I was looking for. I filled out the paperwork and purchased my bed. A couple of days later, I had to make some changes and called Carol and she was able to make some phone calls and walked me through what I needed to do to get things taken care of. I apologized numerous times and each time she made me feel like this was not a problem. I am so happy that the changes I needed to make were made. Carol did all the work and for that I am thankful!! We bought a bed 14 years ago when I had back surgery and it saved my life! Loved it! Decided its time to get a new one. Welllll.....not so happy this time around. Bought it on sale, and financed part of the price. Left the store thinking it was one price, including$200 delivery fee(which we agreed to, stupidly) called to ask a question few days later and were told it was going to be a higher payment. Then when we received the bill it was a different number. And...they dont tell you that after trying it out for 30 days it costs $200 to have them take it away. The quality was not equal to what we were charged. Devious sales people.

We visited the store which is in ARROWHEAD MALL. In the first place, the store was very clean. The man we spoke with was BILLY. He was very informative, and pleasant. We purchased a SLEEP NUMBER BED in 1998. We loved it, but as the years went by, our bed was just not that comfortable. It had something to do with the pillow-top we have. So, we decided to visit your store, and the first thing we noticed was the softness of the new sort of pillow-top. Much more comfortable than what we purchased in 1998. So, after 20 years, we bought a new bed. We take delivery Dec. 27, so it should work out, and if it doesn’t you guys will be the first to know.

Knowledgeable staff answered all our questions and helped us make an informed decision. We are looking forward to getting our new p5 sleep number bed. With a 25 year warranty, this will be that last mattress well ever need, but they also sell mattress covers, sheets and pillows.

We bought a bed from them really nice people with good customer service. They said 100 nights if you dont like it 100% money back guarantee. They LIE, we returned bed but they are making us pay a return fee and making us pay the taxes on a bed we dont own. Save your time and money. We got a bed a mattress firm for half the price. Buyer beware

I went in today in the afternoon Im in the market for a new pillow I was touching the pillows with hands just feeing them for firmness.This is coming from the “store manager” LOL Carol told me “if you want to feel the pillow you have to lay on them don’t put your hands all over them “ that’s the first thing she tells me not a how’s your day going or some customer service she was rude I hope my race didn’t have anything to do with it cause she was giving me dirty looks and just a snobby attitude but jus be aware y’all !!!

Pricing as a scam. They said there was a discount. And just added it onto the shipping and delivery. They changed mattress design so there’s a gap in the middle where the zipper is there’s no foam there anymore and there is no pillow top or anything on the bottom so the chambers make it hard for having asleep partner. Not comfortable. Keep hearing excuses. Sales person also told me that the original mattress that I wanted was not available and I sought online after I already purchased the new were one . I was completely excited at first and now I am completely dissatisfied with the product. Customer service is terrible.

I was ignored because I was alone while looking in the store.

My wife & I went into the store in the mall tonight. There was one sales lady helping a couple. Took about 5 minutes to say hello to us. Then another 5 minutes to come over to chat with us. Then she informed us she was the only employee in the store, but she would help both couples at same time. Then she went back to the other couple and kept talking so we finally left after another 5-10 minutes of just standing there. I guess my time is worth much to them! Really disappointing!
