Trust worthy company, that care about there customers. COVID-19 has affected a lot of business. They really work hard and care.Make excellent products and you can count on LLJ for all your wire harness needs.Definitely would recommend!

Ordered a loop back harness an amp rack and a amplifier from them and asked them could they install the amplifier to the amp rack and they agreed and said it would be no problem.. was told it would ship out towards the end of the month. A month and a half later would not answer texts or emails so I just decided to ask to cancel. Only then they messaged me back and said it would be shipping soon. I received a shipping notice saying my harness and amp rack had shipped so I message them asking was the amplifier included. They assured me everything I ordered was shipped. Got my package and guess what? No amplifier!! Also I ordered the harness with wire furls. So I tried contacting them with texts and emails again. No answer! I then went ahead contacted my card company and that day get a message saying it was going to ship that day. Still waiting!!!

Ordered a custom loop harness to add in a mono and 4ch amp in my 2019 Silverado. Still in the building process. But I understand because it’s all hand made and custom. Customer service has been fantastic. Helped me a ton throughout the ordering process and has been keeping me updated on shipping delays through email. Thanks LLJ! Ordered a harness and signal processor for a 2020 Silverado 2500HD. Harness is top notch quality and worked exactly like expected. Awesome being able to just plug the harness in and not mess with splicing into the factory system. I get to keep the factory cameras and car play with the factory radio, but still get the additional power from adding my own amplifiers and speakers / subwoofers.

Got my order today. Lead time for my custom harness was about a week. Ordered t-harness with an audiocontrol lc-1.800 for some subs. Everything is pre-wired and ready to go. They shipped 2-day usps. There was a delay, but it was usps fault, not llj. No complaints based on this experience. Will definitely use them in the future for any other needs i may have.

I ordered a special wiring harness for my 2019 Chevy Trailboss with Bose system. The harness was professionally built and looks amazing. No splicing and everything looks custom and clean. I even made a change to my order after it was submitted. LLJ worked with me and helped me tailor the harness to exactly what I need. Excellent product and great workmanship along with customer service.

Took my Honda Accord for lots of work in the past. New components front, new double din, sound skin deadening all the way, JL audio W6, phoenix gold amps and more. Luis did phenomenal work each time.

Ordered a GM plug and play for 2016 Silverado and I am very satisfied. Unfortunately it was out of stock for about two Months but I shall say the wait was worth it. Other Main car audio stores wanted over double the price. Super easy to install and very Professional harness and packaging was top notch. Definitely would recommend

Placed an order on February 3rd and read there was a 12+ day lead time. I understand that it might take a bit but would be nice to get updates after spending $100 a month ago and still have no product. No reply to emails or phone calls. Maybe hire some more people if your that behind.

Buy elsewhere. Seriously. And before they give you some spiel about lead times, I waited more than double (yes, I’m business days). Then told I was emailed (wasn’t, in fact I emailed them) but my harness would ship that day. Didn’t ship. Followed up (week later at this point), still didn’t ship. Order cancelled just waiting for my refund now.

If I could give them less stars I would. As other suckers have said, Buyer Beware! 12 day lead time, 6 weeks later, still no product, no answers to texts, or emails, and you cannot even call. They have ZERO communication until I sent a text and an email to cancel my order and then they shipped it the next day. Save yourself the frustration and several weeks and go to Plug N Play Kits dot com and save money and time.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Ordered with an expected lead time of 18 days. After 30 I texted and emailed, as they do not except calls. no response for days and rude when they did respond. I finally emailed to cancel my order and they responded 4 days later to say my product had shipped. Ok fine at least I finally got what I ordered, installed and the new harness fried my ACM which is $400 to replace now. Save yourself the headache and buy from plugnplaykits. Nice guy who answers the PHONE!!! LLJ Customs is trash and now I have $672 in nothing.

Seems like a great company, but at this point after reading shipping reviews I dont know what to believe, we are moving in a week or so out of state so this item could possibly not be here by then, I had ordered nearly 3 weeks ago after seeing a 9 day lead time and I have consistently tried to contact the company by phone and it goes to voicemail every single time. I can’t get a refund and at this point I am not even sure if the product will arrive. Not trying to hate on this business because I suppose small businesses fully. I would love to know when my item will be en route I have been waiting for my subs to be fully functional for months now and I am counting on LLJ to make this possible within the next few days. I dont have a lot of money as it is so I hope this wasn’t a scam.

Buyer beware! Ordered a harness from LLJcustom which is advertised as taking up to two weeks to ship if not in stock. Four weeks later, I still do not have my product. They are not responding to my emails, they do not answer the phone.

Great my cars harness was difficult and they worked with me to get the right one should have it next week,with no additional cost just have to send the old one back 2017 equinox is a pain to add a aftermarket sub.customer service is above any place I’ve ever ordered from great experience,UPDATE got my new harness 5 minutes it was in and done(already had amp wires ran)great company that will help you get it right even if it takes a few weeks and several emails but a 2017 equinox is a difficult vehicle to add a sub to the factory radio and LLJ customs got it done

Placed an order on the 25TH of January. I emailed them over 5 times and got no response. The last 3 emails have been me requesting a refund and still got nothing. The customer service sucks and I still haven’t got my refund. They’re slow but quick to take your money! I advise stay away from this company. They suck!Added NOTE: I did read it thank you. I tried contacting you soon after ordering to cancel. I haven’t got the refund yet....I was told that you hadn’t even started the custom harness. Regardless. I haven’t got my refund...and if there is no refund on custom then I haven’t got my hardness.

This shop has the worst customer service I have ever received. In addition, the wiring harness I purchased didn’t work, and the amplifier was broken. This is after waiting almost 3 months for the product. They never once offered an apology for their faulty products or broken amplifier. I will never do business with LLJ Customs again, nor recommend them to anyone. It amazes me this shop is still in business after this many poor reviews. Reply to their comeback: Of course they deny this, but I have everything documented. When I ordered the item, it was a 15+ business day lead time. It took 52 business days to arrive. I took extreme care to not let emotion enter my review and only gave the facts. Please see my attached photos for the text exchange I had with LLJ for proof of how they treat customers.

If you need a harness right now this is not the company you want to buy from because of the lead time.However, if you have 4-5 weeks to wait to get your harness their products are worth every penny! I own a 2014 Ram and I purchased a harness and I’m so glad I waited because I didn’t have to do any wire splicing and it was literally plug and play. I will definitely be buying their products again!

First and foremost the harness is good quality. I ordered the harness right after Christmas and it was going to be a good lead time before receiving. I finally received the harness and amp board FYI you have to sign for it which I was not home at the time so they sent it to the advance Auto parts which there I did not have to sign just show ID. Getting home and opening up box packaging was good noticing the amp board was 3 in shorter than what it was supposed to be . Loopback harness look to be with the right one I installed it and noticed my tweeters and the dash are not working. Looking up other pictures of loopback harnesses only wires were exposed are the component wires . Contacted them about the amp board they said they would contact me when they correct one is packaged and ready to ship then emailing me the return slip for the wrong and board. Recontacted them about the harness and sending pictures was told they needed to talk to technician to figure out problem and still waiting on resolution contacted them three times today no response Im not one to complain I just want what I ordered knowing after I post this I probably wont receive the correct amp board or the correct harness . You cant even talk to customer service you have to email them and that may take a couple of days

I ordered a t harness for my 2017 2500 Denali. I had some concerns about the order menu as there are lots of options with abbreviations and numbers that I was unfamiliar with. I used the text service and got my questions answered a couple hours later. The lead time is long. This is however clearly stated when you order. I waited about three weeks for mine. This was not a concern as I just wanted a quality product that I could remove for warranty work. The harness was packaged nicely, and worked perfectly. Probably no easier option out there for your remote turn on leads. The wiring is a larger gauge matching the factory harness exactly and was very well put together.

Sound is great! Now I can blast my music down the neighborhood 😆

Ordered a T harness they said I had a 10 day wait it took about a month to get to me. Plugged the harness in and it didnt work they sent the wrong harness an I couldnt get customer service to email me back

Do not waste your time or your money. I ordered an amp rack in early August. No where on the website does it say anything about leadtime for product. Now all of a sudden we are 1 to 2 weeks out. Which is fine and acceptable, but now we are halfway through October and still no product. When asked to refund the money, they refuse.Since I can’t reply... I have been told numerous times that this would ship out. I’ve been told mid September and first week of October. If you don’t have the product, return my money.

Stay away from this company! They are super unprofessional and the customer service is the worst iv ever seen. I placed my order back in 1/17/21 for a loop harness and component set option which of course money was deducted on immediately. I also emailed and texted them exactly what my set up was just to be sure i was getting what i needed and after a few days they responded and said all was good on my order. So then i waited and on 2/15 they emailed me sum BS that the component set i requested on my initial order was not available. So i kindly asked that they refund my money since my order hadn’t shipped yet and they were unable to fulfill my complete order. They responded that their policy is no refunds after 48hrs but yet they waited a whole f***ing month to tell me they werent going to be able to send me what i ordered. These people are a joke stay away !

It took about 3 weeks for my T-harness for my 2017 Silverado to come in. It was well worth the wait. The product performed as promised and was so easy to install. This is a small business owner and each product is custom made. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent product but it will not be an order today and have the harness tomorrow type of thing. If you can wait a little, then its worth it. Top notch product once you get it.

I ordered a custom t harness for my 2017 Nissan about 5 months ago...the website said to allow for 1-2 weeks as they are custom harnesses which was completely reasonable. Since my purchase I have gotten but one email from the company telling me they have accepted my money (what a shock). In the following 2 months I attempted to get a status update on my order multiple times as well as get a refund but to no avail. Eventually I gave up and just put it off. it appears this company does produce quality audio equipment but is managed extremely poorly and has no problem accepting payment for work they cannot deliver on. As a business owner myself I cannot recommend using this company unless you don’t mind paying top dollar for a product you may or may not receive. Really wish I read the reviews

Absolutely horrible company. I want to give it 0 Stars but I cant. I have waited for over 2 weeks for my product to even start being built and it hasnt and they already took my money. Their cancellation policy despite your order even being in the production status is that you only have 48 hours to cancel. This explains why this company has horrible reviews and the same common complaints. Looks like management needs to take note and adjust the way business is being conducted.

Worst service ever! Order back in January and said there was a delay for approx 10 to 12 days for delivery. They are not accepting phone calls, assuming because everyone is going through the same thing as I am and they are only accepting emails which they are not responding back to. Would not recommend buying anything from this place.

I purchased a custom T-Harness for my 2017 Silverado Crew Cab with 8 screen. It worked perfectly for adding a subwoofer to my factory stereo. The quality of the harness was also top notch. Very well made and included the harness, the LOC, a pry tool, remote wire connections, and a miniature screwdriver. Overall, the packaging and product looked fantastic. LLJs website also takes apple pay if you use your iphone to make your purchase which is pretty cool.Installation was very straight forward. Remove the trim, remove the stereo, unplug the factory wiring harness and connect your T harness. LLJ also has a youtube tutorial that helped a lot during this installation if you have any questions or concerns on how to do it yourself.As other people have mentioned, shipping took about three weeks before i received it but i was very pleased with the product. I understand that this is custom made-to-order harness and that the owner of LLJ Customs has been working to improve shipping times so i took a chance and am very happy with what I purchased. I will definitely keep them in mind for future car audio purchases.

I ordered an ANC bypass harness 21 Feb, i emailed them for a shipping update amd received a response 7 Mar that they will send it out 9 Mar.Its 16 Mar and a shipping label has been created and has not shipped out yet according to the UPS tracking.Way too long just to get my item. I wouldve bought somewhere else if i wouldve read the reviews first and known they suck on shipping.Just read their own responses on customer reviews. Its obvious their customer service isnt that great.

Awesome company! I emailed back and forth for a few days, I had a lot of questions. They were extremely helpful, they didnt try to upsell me (Ive had many shops try to talk me into their top selling products). I got what I needed, it made everything so much easier. They really put thought into their product, even their packaging.

I ordered a harness over a month ago, they wouldn’t respond to emails or texts at first, after I finally got them to reply over 2 weeks after I ordered it, they said it would ship later in the week, now I’ve been waiting over a month, and 2 days ago a shipping ticket was created but it still hasn’t arrived to a shipping facility. I have never been a customer to leave poor reviews because I’m an easy going guy, but I have been lied to, and I honestly think this is a joke.

I wish I would have checked the Google review on this company prior to ordering! Both their Facebook and website had positive reviews but after trying to leave my own review, the company in turn deleted both of them! No wonder they have good reviews as they are filtering through them!As the others have mentioned here both their customer service and shipping information is unbecoming of honest business conduct. Originally placed a order for a Bose t harness for a system install on December 6th, 2021. I placed this order for a system that I had bought as a Christmas present as their website said any orders before 12/15/2020 would ship before Christmas. Two weeks after I texted the number listed on their site and was informed my order would ship the following week. Following week came, and attempted to get a follow up on my order that had not shipped yet. They informed me again that my order would ship the following week. Waited two more weeks and NO shipping information was sent. Finally sent another text on January 7th, 2021 and was informed that my order was being prepared and I would receive shipping information soon. I asked for a refund at this time in which they refused. This OBVIOUSLY was not the case as today, two more weeks later I finally receive shipping information on my package. A package that I now have NO use for as I had to pursue another alternative to my wiring solution. I have no problem waiting for a quality product if that was the expectation however, I do not appreciate the constant lies regarding my order status or the complete disregard for your customers. Will not be doing business with this company again and I would advise that if you are thinking of purchasing their products, please reconsider.

I would not purchase anything from these guys. I placed my order in October of 2020 and I have yet to recieve my order. I sent several text and emails requesting updates and I have only recieved little to no response back from them. I have also requested to cancel my order and have my funds refunded and I have yet to hear back from them. March 17th I made an order ...its now April 17 and my order hasnt shipped ....no updates, I hope this wasnt a scam I sent a text to the number on the website and was told the item will be shipped Friday after weeks of texting and annoying them..I still didnt get a shipping number nor an email I spent about 200$ ill write another review in 3 weeks on if I get this item or not

1st came across this for custom harnesses and thought they were a bit too expensive. After realising what a pain it would be to splice into the speaker wires get the appropriate full range signal, I circled back and ordered this for my 2017 Dodge ram with the link2 LOC. Showed up 3 weeks later, without any issues. The harness was very well built and made plug and play installation of my amp, I wouldnt have considered installing my own without it. Recommend.

The product itself is very high quality and made with care. All the wires and connectors were carefully wrapped in tesa tape. The packaging was labeled well and the security tape around the package really shows the amount of care he puts into each product. Also the small tool that comes within the box is a nice touch too. The shipping itself was speedy, but the lead time was lengthy. There is a lot to consider though with the lead time as he does state it will take time since each products are hand made. Also the COVID situation really affects the ability for a small business to get limited parts. Overall the long wait is worth it since the product is very well built and was beyond my expectations!

I ordered a wiring harness, and requested the compnay call to ensure I was ordering the correct parts. They refused to call, and provided ZERO customer service. They did not contact me until I attempted to cancell my order. PAC now offers this wiring harness, already built, and delivered in 2 days from Amazon. I am all about supporting small buisness, but, this compnay is a complete failure at helping anyone.

I ordered a T harness for my Ford fusion and they basically ghosted me when I sent them messages until I made a comment about contacting PayPal and then suddenly they reply saying they are canceling my order and issuing a refund.

I ordered a harness from this business and had some trouble with the options on the purchase window that they had on their website. So i tried to reach put them before making my purchase that way they can help me pick out the right harness for my truck. I waited two weeks but no reply to my emails or text messages. So then i purchased the harness they had on their website that fits the description for my truck and stated in the comment that i need to talk to someone about the harness before they ship it out to me. A couple of days after the purchase they reach out to me and ask me what do i need help with. I told them i need help selecting the right harness for my truck and wasn’t sure if the one i purchased was the right one. So they ask me for the stereo information and the truck information, I even sent them pictures of the stereo harness. Then they told me the harness you need is this one, which was stated in a link that they sent me and I replied i will take that one and proceeded with the shipment. Once i received the harness i go to plug it in my truck and it is not the right one. I immediately sent them a message saying they sent me the wrong one and they replied “you ordered the wrong one”. I reminded them i sent them picture of the harness i wanted and I haven’t received a reply yet for weeks. They finally reply to my email and tell me that they do not accept any returns, yet they have a section in their website that explains returns and after 15 days of the buyer having the product, they only give you half of the refund money back. I called my bank and im disputing this purchase. It is a waste of time and money, DO NOT BUY FROM LLJCUSTOMS, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They responded to my emails in a respectful manor, even with covid going on. I also always knew the status of my harness.However if does take about 3-4 weeks to get your harness but they are custom made so I understood.Tonight we completed my install in my 2020 traverse and i am please.Thank you LLJ customs.

Great products top notch all the way to the packaging very professional. They even give you a trim puller to help with taking out your head unit out. Sounds great I hooked up a sub and amp in my truck. I purchased a t-harness with a av input module from llj customs. Made for a quick install and I didnt have to buy a head unit. Thank you

Purchased a Loop Back harness, I got tracking after 12 or so days, after reading the description is states they can take 15 business days. I emailed them and I guess they actually build their orders on a schedule which makes sense why it takes so long. The product is great it made my install really quick and simple. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for something quick and easy.

Ordered an integration harness for a 2016 Ram 1500 with the 6 speaker 8.4 Uconnect system.The harness is fantastic build quality. It made the amp install really easy and straight forward.If your planning to order this harness be patient. Each harness is built to order so depending onhow many they have ahead of you it could take a while. But I have to say it’s worth the wait.

The harness for 2014 Bose has OEM amp outputs and inputs crossed and the owner is rude AF! and blame tech for a misconfigured wired harness. Speaker Color codes also out of phase which effects full sound when using summing device or monoblock sub amp. Had to cut harness plugs corner to force into OEM amp. Overpriced especially for being wired wrong. Listen to conversation on YT tonight! Started recording as soon as he started being rude. Was not expecting that low of professionalism and profanity. SMH

Day 10 of no contact from them. Website said 8 day wait for custom orders. No problem with waiting, but to have no contact after a text, 2 emails, and multiple calls. All i want is a simple update. I will be contacting better business bureau in the morning as well as my credit card company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Horrible company. Took close to 2 months to get my item. They never responded to any of my emails. My item got lost and delivered somewhere in Canada. Some might say that its the shipping companys mistake...but i made a purchase from LLJ, not usps, they are entirely responsible for my purchase until its in my posession. Llj customs has a terrible response time and Very poor customer service. The lead time on the product I ordered said 9 days to make the product. I order a product on August 30th and did not receive my order until September 20th. Almost a month. I reached out to LLJ customs to see about a return since my order took WAY too long to arrive. I emailed and called them multiple times and did not get a response. Finally they sent me a short, rude response saying they will not accept returns. If you’re looking for a good plug and play set up look somewhere else or pay someone to do it. Dealing with this company is not worth your time or money. I would NOT recommend this company! It’s been over 3 weeks since I placed my order with no tracking number or shipment information sent to me. The phone number goes straight to voicemail. Text and emails are not responded to either. This is a super sketchy company and I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them to anyone. My opinion might change after I receive my order (if I ever receive it) but still the fact is that the communication is much less than satisfactory.

Let me tell you. When you don’t want your new truck warranty voided because you added some new subs, amps, or just the door speakers then ONLY RELY ON THE BEST. You are here. You want professional wiring and a great team that truly cares about the customer shop here. I’m in California and they shipped me a own loop back harness kit. Incredible sound out of the box. easy plug and play. All I got from these so cal joker shops was no we need to splice your wires. You’re joking right. Go with the professionals here at LLJ.

I processed an order for a factory add on harness for my f150 . The Harness in the invoice showed the picture of the harness with the loc installed and a remote wire. Apparently the website required you to manually select all options for the harness even though the original image and description included the features. Not only did I not get the harness with the loc or remote wire I also had to wait almost a month before finding out it is not what I needed .Now the website has magically been redesigned after the shop admits they have done this with many customers because of their poor layout. 109$ DOWN THE DRAIN DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P/S If you need to contact this company forget about it, the only methods are text or email to a no reply address..

I’ve never seen a company like this. They really do make everything CUSTOM, they’re Dodge harness for my Alpine system worked perfectly. The product looks great very professional. Will definitely purchase again for my wife’s car.

The harness is great. Its their tech support that is non existent. On their page it says call us with any problems here to help. But only thing they help you with is to inform you what you should have bought, not how to remedy a problem

Took over a month and not worth the money.Dont order from them!I order a harness with a gain control even spoke to them via email and they informed me they would have the remote gain option. Upon receiving the harness I discovered no gain control. I informed them. Days later I get a response saying my order shows no gain control. Even though I have documentation Showing me asking and them agreeing.Still would like to get what I ordered....

Ordered a wiring harness for a 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 was a great purchase, took about three weeks for them to make and I ordered a audio control lc7i it was all wired and truly a plug and play experience. Their YouTube videos weren’t 100% thorough but they helped a bunch, it was a great purchase I feel the value was justified for how easy it was, people need to realize this is hands made stuff! Not created by a machine with endless supply to just ship out, I would purchase from them again

Before I bought it I sent them a message asking them what I needed and they sent me a link to the harness I needed and I got it today and it doesn’t even match the photo in the link I was sent and it doesn’t even plug in together . Tried to contact them several times today with no reply. What a waste of time and money. If they do reach back out and make it right then I have to wait another 3 weeks. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered

I would give is zero stars if I could!!! By far the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! If you want any type of customer service find another company! This guy will try to degrade you over text since he refuses to answer the phone and you get an automated text response. I asked for a time frame of production and delivery, I am then told I do not read. Yes I was fully aware of the item being custom made and that it would take a few days, but AFTER the order was placed and paid I get an email stating it is backordered. I asked him what that meant and he refuses to tell me any kind of time frame. I ask if I can cancel the order, sure but you will be charged $35 fee for such. WOW what a way to run a business! Why put a phone number on your website if you refuse to answer the phone. Then come to find out it really is not even a business, its his home address on his website. So long story short I have filed a claim with PayPal for the return of my money and I will be making sure I leave reviews on every website I find this guys products!!!

I placed my order for the GM Bose T-Harness with what I thought to be Front L/R and Rear L/R since I had ordered just the wires to send into my DSP. I even left a detailed note of my car make/model and what my goal was to do. I waited over a month to receive the harness I ordered, it shipped out over a week late when the order said it would. After seeing that I didn’t have my rear channel I sent a email asking if I could return it and pay the difference to upgrade to the 4 Channel where I was informed they don’t have a 4 channel option, despite this not being in the description as two options, Two Channel or Six Channel. The only offer they would make was to give me a store credit of the cost before tax and shipping and for me to mail it back at my expense and then they stated I would have to wait the standard lead time after already waiting over a month. Completely absurd. Product may be as advertised but horrible customer service and little to no communication with their customers. If I bought it I would’ve been in it for over 140$ for a wiring harness that they wouldn’t of even expedited for me as I’ve already waited for a product but due to a ill-described product in the description I didn’t know it was strictly 2 or 6 channel.TL;DRAvoid a headache, google a relatively close audio fabrication shop with good reviews and give them a call to see what they can do for you instead of this absolute nightmare.

They don’t keep there promises on the making of a loop harness, been waiting since the end of November, notify the BBB of Glendale Az, they also don’t reply on the status of your order after they know that they have gone over the 15 day lead time, BEWARE!!!!!!!! As you can see I gave this company a not so good review. I got my loop harness for my 2019/20 Silverado and it was a DREAM product. Everything went in place as if GM had done it from the factory, don’t be hot headed about the time frame it takes to build these harnesses like I was it’s well worth the wait, Hats off to the guys at LLJ customs y’all did a hell of a job on my loop harness, thanks again, I apologize, keep up the good work.

Not sure what is going on with this company . Ordered a harness for my Colorado on 1-14-20, the website said it had a 10-14 business day lead time. It’s now 2-20-20.. Have received no shipping confirmation . I’ve emailed them 4 times asking about a time frame. Tried to call 3 times. The sad part is they emailed me back 24 hours after I asked them about the product before I Ordered it. Now I can’t get a reply back. I don’t mind waiting. But if the lead time on the website is this misleading thats not good. but being left in the dark is the worst part . I don’t know if they just charged me and said screw you or there still waiting for parts to come in. Will update when/if something happens.UPDATE: It’s 3-9-20 and I received the package that I ordered on 1-14-20. I had this review at a 1 of 5 but after seeing the harness for myself (which I must say is excellent quality) once I received it I updated it to 4 of 5 stars. 5 star product but 1 star customer service. It was worth any kind of wait time. Would recommend for true plug n play.

Ordered a Wiring harness for a 2016 F150, Shipping time was terrible, It took 3 weeks for me to receive the harness. With that being said, the product was very nice, very nice braided cables, everything was plug and play. If youre looking for a good product and can wait a month, go with LLJ. If you cant wait a month go elsewhere.

Fast service, showed up to buy some speaker wire and they helped me tune my amp correctly at no extra cost.it sound so much better. Will definitely be coming back

Ordered a gm loopback harness on 12.11.19When I inquired about the harness by text on 12.16, they responded saying the harness would ship Thursday 12.19. Today is 1.9.20 and I STILL havent received tracking info! Im really confused about the customer service when they apparently make a great and sought after product.Ive emailed and texted with no response since.I would just like to know an accurate arrival date to schedule my install instead of a false date to put me off.Just installed the harness today.2/17/20 It is an amazing and professional product. Very glad I waited.

Terrible customer service absolutely will not communicate with a customer. Wont respond to messages, wont answer the phone. Like others have said they WILL GLADLY TAKE YOUR MONEY for an order but 3 weeks later and still have not recieved purchase and zero returned emails or calls.

I purchased wiring harness for 14 Sierra, very impressed with quality, looks as if it came on truck from factory, does exactly what it is supposed to with no issues thus far, very pleased with product. With that being said I must say it took exactly one month from when I purchased product to the day it shipped to me, so patience is a virtue, to me the wait was not a huge deal, because I would rather have to wait a little bit longer than usual than have to cut into factory wiring. Also the comments about bad communication from seller, the phone system was always down when I called so I txt the number and got responses to my question, the were not the most timely but none the less he did communicate with me. Things were a bit sketchy when one week I was told it was shipping on Fri but then the next week when it hadnt shipped and I question again I was told lp7-2 was out of stock. Overall was not a bad experience, product by far was well worth the price and the wait, communication not bad could be better, but my biggest complaint would be time, a month seems a bit excessive to build these wiring harness, but as I said the wait was worth it for me. I would recommend this seller if you are wanting to avoid cutting factory wiring like myself, but be patient.

The sound was horrible had to have another company tap into my factory harnes after 2 weeks of calling LLj.... Don’t do it!!! These guys accept your money and go silent until you file a paypal complaint. Then they ship, or so they say, we will see if a package ever shows up.No response, no customer support. I hope the harness works. Do a little research, people say the same thing as me, they are super sketchy.Save yourself a headache and find a real reputable shop to give your money too. These guys will be out of business before too long if they keep this up.

Good product, got it for my Ram 1500 and the harness looks like a factory product. Works great, looks professional, and makes the job a whole lot easier.

Yes it takes forever and its probably worth the wait. I recieved an email stating that the lc8i would be shipped with my harness but I asked to switch to an lc7i earlier. I texted them and they got back to me right away and changed it again for me. I will be updating this review with time or when I get the harness and lc7i. People need to be patient. Good products are worth the wait.

Well i wish i would have read all of these post as i am having the same problem ordered a harnes. And still have not yet recived. It takes days to get any response and then they act like its my problem i have given orderer # and all after waiting a month i found a other company that makes the. Had it to me in 3 days. Started a claim with paypal seems. I stated i t has taken so long just please refund and was told no refunds the harness would take 20 mi. To build let me save you all some $$$ if you are looking to tap in for you wire the plug to the far right u will need the hree . And your ready to if not look up cidios on rhe web and you will find a white guy jat does tjem had mmine in 3 dsys

They took forever to send the product I ordered. I asked in comments when I ordered for instructions for where the Bose amp it plugs into is located in my 2019 Silverado with bucket seat and nothing.I Wright them a email asking no responses. So I went to there site to post a review and put 1 star and they won’t post it. I put in a 5 star review saying they won’t post the 1 star review and it went up instantly.Now knowing the integrity of there company I am afraid to use the harness at all so looks like I’m out $150.00 cause reading there return policy I can’t return it. I am going to put out as much info as I can to save others money and grief.

Shopped around a few places to install a couple amps in my 2019 Silverado. Everyone was asking for $800 plus to do the job. These guys have a plug and play harness that saved my warranty and made the process a lot easier and faster

All i got to say is horrible communication. Been trying to reach this people and no answer. Its been a month since i placed my order. Havent even gotten a tracking number. Going to dispute this. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!_______________________________________________ thats alll i was asking. For A response. I had to do all this to get your attention. I dont care if it would of took you 2 months to get that harness. All i wanted was some communication and information.

If I could put no stars i would. I have been waiting for a harness since March. Repeated calls to the company produce a different excuse each time. I love the one stating they have no record of my purchase, yet the tracking number and receipt are right here in front of me. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and dispute the purchase with Paypal. Thanks for wasting our time.

Please can I get a tracking number I ordered a loopback harness on 12.2.2019. I know there is a lead time but how long? Paypal has a 180 day purchase dispute time frame. If it will be past that on the lead time I will want my money back. I have tried everything from calling, texting, emails, online messaging, leaving comments on FB, and now this.

Ordered a T harness for my 16’ Silverado on 2-1-20, inquired on 2/4 about a confirmation email (since the money was taken out of my account) with them receiving my order or not and haven’t heard anything since and today is 2/10. I get their lead times are lengthy, but a company should at LEAST get back to the customer after numerous emails, texts and calls. My review will change if/when I get my order.
