Worst experience ever. Gave us a phone that does not work with our service . Charges 15 dollars to factor rest the phone and tells us to come back when the phone has the issue again . Just putting a bandaid on a problem that he doesnt know how to fix and he refuses to give another phone that works with our service even though weve been telling him we have a problem with the phone for 4 months now . DO NOT BUY FROM HIM. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT AND TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. Shame on you

I am so glad I found this place!! I was so sure my phones sound problem couldnt be repaired so I was nervous when I walked in. Not only was it repaired, but it was done in 15 minutes and cost less than $20!!! And he gave me a candy rose with my receipt just to thank me for coming in! I would definitely recommend this place. Actually 10 stars will go back and add to. He let me come in to get my Wish order even though it was past the time. Then my phone service went out he let me connect to the business Wifi to pull up the Wish barcode, so he was very very patient. He did not send me away to come back later. This guy knows the importance of outstanding customer service, so thank you again! Ill be back in, quite alot, and most likely for a phone as well.

I took my iPad in to get my cracked screen fixed. There was a couple day delay on the parts coming in but once the parts came in they called me and informed that it would be ready to be picked up in two days. They had it fixed a day early and called to tell me it was ready. The price was more than fair and the customer service was great. I will use their service again.

My son broke his Iphone, the insurance demanded a $100 deductible and it would take several day to replace his phone.The people in this shop were very helpful. His phone was repaired for less than $ 70 in just 2 hours. They did repairs quickly and take real pride in their work. I will recommend them to anyone.

Its like a one stop shop for everything they even work on computers, laptops and tablets. Pretty much any apple products, Android products and any other computer devices.

My brother recommended me to get a screen protector and I came right into the store to place it on for $5. a real professional job done which is why I was worried about placing the tempered glaas on my own. 10/10 would recommend anything they have in store.
