Everyone at the Glendale uBreakiFix was professional, friendly, and helpful! Jennifer helped me with questions and set aside my parts when I called on a Tues. Andrew (manager), along with Adam #1 and Adam #2, made sure to address my concerns and fix my phone quickly the next day (Weds). My Pixel 4XL was basically inoperable and not only did they fix it fast - they made sure that the extended warranty covered the bum battery. Andrew also gave me an amazing deal on replacing my nonfunctional rear camera! AND I have 90 days to make sure all works as it should or I can bring it back. I will send family, friends and acquaintances (& maybe even some strangers) here for help. This is the place for tech solutions and great customer service. They have earned a loyal customer!P.S. Google says I have two reviews. I couldnt see the first one I tried to post, so I wrote another. I still cant see it! Made an appointment for 5 pm two days before the actual appointment and received several emails confirming and reminding me of my appointment. When I arrived, there was a handwritten sign on the door saying they close at 4. I completely understand the difficulties with operating with COVID, but I was upset that their online booking system and their listed hours on their website do not reflect their actual business hours. It would have at least been appreciated to have been reached out to by the business so I could have rescheduled and not wasted an hour of my time driving during rush hour, especially since I made the appointment well in advance.

I find this company overall to have slippery customer service. This place my guy was very nice and resolved one issue, promised to order a part and call the next day to verify it was there and then never did. I called 3 days later to make sure the part was there only to be told by the regular IT guy they dont do my kind of phone. Very frustrating 😕

Very trusting and professional. I had a scheduled appt today, 8-23-21 at 10am at the store in Glendale. I thought I was going to need a charging port replaced. The tech took a quick look and noticed a small metal piece that broke off from my charger that I didnt see broke off inside. He removed the obstruction in less than a few seconds, cleaned it up, no charge. Will be back for sure. Professional, quick and trustworthy!

I would like to start off by saying thank you, and would also like to give a huge shout out to the staff here for their efficiency, and ability to deliver quality service in a beautiful timely fashion. My personal experience there, I walked in I could tell it was very busy that day. I thought it was going to take a while, but I was genuinely impressed by the communication, and ability to work under pressure, and still maintain a positive attitude. By the time I was helped (which did not take nearly as long as I anticipated) I could see right away myself it was like a well oiled machine. I told the gentleman what issue i was having, and he was able to identify the issue and what part i needed, and the estimated price so fast I myself didnt even need to share what I thought the issue was. In my case it was the battery port. They gave me an estimated completion time, so I went to eat down the street, they called me about 10 - 15 minutes before the time they gave me to come back. (Had to take my food to go) At that point I asked the cashier to just roll out the red carpet already. I didnt even get this kind of service at the restaurant I went to. My best suggestion, dont take my word for it, go and see for yourselves, I cant nor would i be able to make this up if my life depended on it. This review was genuinely earned. Good job to everyone working there. I have a cosmetic issue with my phone currently and I will be going back again.

I was sent there to get my Samsung Note 10 fixed by Verizon. I went there they have signs all over saying they are an authorized Samsung repair facility. They had NO parts for my phone and wouldnt be able to fix it. They said I could try the Pasadena store or check back after they get a shipment in. Save yourself the time and energy and just go somewhere else since they obviously cant fix phones.

I hopped in here after waiting an hour for an apple genius bar apt. I had something stuck in my charging port, and they pulled it out immediately and for FREE. Incredibly kind and helpful.

Broke the screen on my iphone 11 pro. Came in and spoke to Andrew. While I was figuring out whether or not I had insurance he peeled off the tempered glass to reveal that my screen wasn’t cracked! Hallelujah it’s not cracked!! He replaced my tempered glass, and gave me a great price for it.Parked right in front. Easy. Whole exchange took maybe 5min. ✌️

Tl;dr Adam correctly diagnosed a charging problem of an iPad and fixed it without charging me.My 7-year-old sons iPad broke on his birthday. Apple store at Americana wanted $249 to replace the charging port. A local repair shop wanted $149 to replace the charging port (board level repair: which is correct). I called uBreakiFix in Glendale to get a quote. I was told to come in and let them see the device. When I arrived, Adam inspected the device and assessed that a metallic object had lodged inside the port. He quickly removed it and did not charge me. My son is going to have a great birthday. Dont know where to start honestly. I had experienced a dead pixel on my phone and came in with warranty to get my phones screen swapped. Little did I know I was going to leave with my phone in worse shape than ever.First issue, I picked up my phone after repair and noticed dust in the camera lens... a LOT of dust. I told the worker up front and he said it looks fine unless I have OCD about it. What? Thats not how I paid for my phone and definitely not how it should be especially since my camera quality wont be top shape.Second issue, I went home to swap my SIM card back from my second phone into the phone and saw my Micro SD card not in my Note as I had given it to them. Yeah, my fault leaving it in there but I would expect it back inside after the repair. Had to make another trip the day after and pick it up once again, whatever.Third and hopefully final issue, I was inspecting my phone today since I use it caseless and noticed quite a lot of dust accumulating along the sides. Little did I notice that the frame is separated from the back glass and wasnt glued properly so dust is settling in there and catching onto the ridges.I am definitely never coming back here again. Very unprofessional work. Maybe its because they had to do it for free for warranty purposes. Time to wait 20 days until the Samsung store can fix the mess for me!

Great facility. Was in there probably 15 mins total. The “mechanic” identified the problem, tried several solutions, in ascending cost order until the problem was resolved. Covid compliant, 5 star service!Covid Update: No chin diapers here. Everyone wears a mask and great social distancing lines to follow on the ground. Felt very safe dealing with everyone in the store.Regular review: Went to a different location and had terrible service and an even worse repair. Went into Glendale location, and everyone there, including superstar Andrew who helped me out, was on point. They helped me get my phone fixed through their warranty and went above and beyond with helping me get it done. The repair took longer than a few days, but they even loaned me a comparable temp phone for the time being so I wasnt left outside in the dark. They truly figured out how to make the best of a really bad situation.Thanks to all of the team, next time you need a UbreakiFix and this is maybe your third closest store.... Still make the drive, itll be worth it.

Brought my phone in to be fixed and the guy in the front could not have been better. He explained to me how everything works so I knew what was going on, told me about the type of phone and why itll be a different process (I have a Google pixel 3 so they needed certain parts) and he told me about a 4 hour wait, which was perfect for me. And when I came back after 4 hours he had my phone, screen fixed, cleaned out my charging port (it wasnt charging and turns out it was because it was dirty) and even charged my phone. Best service, great quality work, my phone works and looks great, and Im very happy. Highly recommend.

Dont have all the parts you may need

Spoke with Andrew, who was brutally honest when I asked him to replace my battery on my Note 5. I know I have seen kits to replace it myself pretty cheaply, but there is also a high chance of breaking other components. I saw that on DIY videos. But Andrew doesnt use cheap after market batteries, and being labor intensive and a high chance of breaking more parts, he told me it would probably be cheaper to buy a replacement Note 5. I appreciate the honesty!

I walked in the store no one at reception, I called in the back and said is anyone here, person yelled back I’ll be there in a minute. I waited five minutes and walked out.Unbelievable they won’t have somebody come out and just acknowledge that you’re even in the store. No Recommendation. They should learn businesses, Not just computers

Easiest 5 stars Ive ever given! Excellent service! I went in around 4 and they closed at 5 that day so I honestly wasnt expecting them to be able to get me in but they managed to do it! It was slightly pricey at $130 to fix the glass on my iPhone 6s however they managed to squeeze me in before closing and replace my glass in under 20 minutes!!! The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful and polite. And my phone looks and works good as new!! Highly recommend them for your technology fixes!!!

I went in with 1% left on my phone because the port wasnt charging. I had tried cleaning it to no avail. They checked and saw it still had some connectivity so tried cleaning but that did not work either so they popped the cover and reseated the plug and everything started working. When I asked how much it was I was told no charge, its just good customer service!

Like most big tech repair services, they dont know what they are talking about. Waited 40 minutes to be told my screen couldnt be replaced because of a board issue. Ita a brand new phone. It doesnt have a board issue. You just dont know what youre doing. 2 stars because the lady helping me out up from was nice. 1 star for whoever was in the back pretending to know how to repair phones.

True proffecionals! They fixed mt laptop in less than 5 hours! They dont charge for diagnostics and for cleaning if there is a need to clean to see whether they can fix it or not (in my case it was a liquid damage).
