I made the mistake of taking my phone here not just once but twice (both for screen repairs), and both times, they made the problem worse and still charged me. The first time, they were pleasant enough to deal with, so I didn’t want to make a big deal of it and ended up paying someone else to repair their shoddy repair. But the second time, I immediately started having battery issues after my screen repair, and when I came back to address it, the guy I dealt with was rude and condescending, and claimed that I was just trying to get free stuff, then proceeded to make chauvinist remarks to the point that I walked away in shock that this was acceptable behavior for a business. I ended up taking it to masterminds (further west on foothill) to get their “repairs” repaired. I’ve learned my lesson and will drive a bit farther to get the job done right the first time at MM. I’ve also learned to take “glowing” online reviews with a grain of salt and pay a bit more attention to warning signs from negative reviews.

I had an amazing experience just now. Needed to repair a phone they didnt have the part (just out of stock) for and the tech was helpful and offered advice on how to fix it so it works again! Totally above and beyond what I was expecting. This is gonna be the place for me to repair any computer issues I might have. Thank you again!

George and Roman are the most professional tech guys I’ve ever met, they answer every questions and will fix almost anything. Highly recommend for all issues with phones and computers!

Where to start? Owners are rude and disrespectful to customers. Took in a phone for a simple battery replacement. I was told to come back in 45 minutes. I requested a text notification but he assured me that it would be ready and I should just come by. When I came back, the guy hadnt even started on the repair. Ok, fine. I waited in my car outside and saw him leave the store to chat with his bros for 20 mins and admire his friends new car, all while the customer waited. When I took the phone home the hardware volume buttons no longer worked. Took it back the next day and he said that incorrectly installed the battery and that it was now fixed. That time, while I waited in my car outside, the guy left his empty store and went next door to Subway to get dinner. Two weeks later, battery is dead and phone wont charge or boot. Going back for a third time, I was told that they would look into it right away. Different guy, and the only one in the store. As I waited outside he left the store and asked his friend whose car they should take. I intercepted him to ask about the phone. He grudgingly went back inside and then told me it was the logic board. When I told him that I went in for a simple battery replacement and now have a phone that no longer works he turned to his co-worked, and mocked my complaint. I dont speak Armenian so I dont know what he said, but the mockery and cartoonish baby-voice was plain enough. When I asked him if he was mocking me he didnt argue but said there was nothing they could do. I told him about my experience the first two times and said that it was poor customer service. Then out of the blue he screamed at the top of his voice that I should get out of the store. I tried to launch the video app on my phone so I could record the scene but of course the phone didnt work. This place seems like a front for something. There is a constant streaming in and out of people who dont appear to have any phone to repair, and the merchandise on the walls is old and dusty. I dont know who they got to write these reviews but if you read closely youll find a couple of similar complaints. I went to the Electronics Beyond in LCF and it was great, but is now closed, so I tried this one. Never again. Avoid at all costs.

Always super friendly and helpful. I go here for my AV needs (mostly audio), and if they dont have an a specific adapter or cable, theyll order it for you. The staff is always kind, which goes a long way for customer retention.

My screen was cracked on my IPhone. I looked up repair places near me. Electronics and Beyond came up. The reviews were very good. I brought my phone in to be fixed. After 20 minuets and a reasonable price. My phone was like new. All the reviews were correct. I definitely recommend this place if you need your screen fixed.Denise

Love these guys! Just walked into the store and the two brothers had enough time to repair my iPhone 6 Plus! Took them 10 minutes only!! My phone looks good as new and Im very satisfied. Oh boy! I am so happy that the Electronics Beyond repair shop is in Town. I just unfortunately drop my iPhone 8+ and shattered the entire screen. Luckily Arthur was here and was able to fix my phone in no time. He was very friendly and super quick! Extremely unprofessional and they remove negative reviews to boost their ratings!!!! I have left my electronic with them for months trying to contact them and they haven’t gotten back to me at all and screen my calls! What is going on? This is going to become a small claims matter. Awesome.Dropped my Nexus 5 on pavement. THUD. Screen was cracked everywhere.Called a couple of places - Electronics Beyond picked up, quoted a reasonable price that day, and told me exactly when the parts would be in.4 days later, the parts come in (exactly when they said the parts were going to come in), and I went in to get the phone fixed. They were busy that day, so they told me it would take about 2-3 hours. I leave, come back 3 hours later, and its ready. No wait. No hassle.Great service, friendly staff, great repair. Id go back again.

Expert, fast, friendly tech repairs

Unfortunately I am very clumsy. I dropped my iPhone 7 and broke the glass. I called local repair shops and a few of them quoted me over $100. My mom has been to Electronics Beyond before and she recommended to call them. Not only did they quote me a lot less but there was no waiting time. Arthur repaired my iPhone broken glass screen in no time. Even hooked me up with a tempered glass screen protector. I definitely recommend Electronics Beyond! Thank you guys and very nice job!

Last night I had my iPhone on charge while it was updating. After waking up in the morning I noticed that my iPhone kept showing the Apple logo. It would come to my front page for about 5 seconds and it would shut off again. I was referred to come to Electronics Beyond by a family friend and boy was I so glad Arthur was there to help me. After he diagnosted the phone he informed me that the last repair shop actually used an aftermarket screen and that the new update detected that it was a cheap quality screen. I was super happy that Arthur detected the issue and repalced it with an original iPhone screen along with an original battery because my battery was already acting weird. He gave me a very good deal for both replacements and was finished with the repair in no more than 30 minutes. You guys are amazing I highly suggest Electronics Beyond to all the readers, friends and family!
