Went in to get some help with my phone and had such a pleasant visit. The 2 girls there and guy there were very polite. Really good customer service. Cant remember their names but I remember them saying they came from other stores. Highly recommended

Went in on 6/3 to ask about trade-in promotions. Asked rep about any current deals and his reply was for me to look online. Didnt make any effort to check or explain anything, just stood there staring at me. I can understand if there was a long line, but there was only 1 other person in the store. Yes, I can look online but I specifically came in because the deals online are difficult to sort through. If you dont want to do your job then step aside and let someone else whos dying for work right now take your place.
Today I visited this location with several issues on my phone which were promptly and efficiently addressed and I left the store a very happy customer!
My mom and I went to this location for the first time and we had a great experience. The store was very inviting. The store manager Marci Flanerty helped us. She has excellent customer service skills. She took the time to help, explain and respond to all our questions. Very knowledgeable. She made sure that when we left we were fully satisfied and left with a smile on our faces. We will definitely be returning to this location.

Not sure why they have store open, they refer everything to online, sure they want to sell new phones but they should be able to help and answer other questions as well.I have 3 stars because I do not know if it is their job to take care or they get paid just for selling phones and accessories. (If this is owned by Verizon then it is single * service) I think calling Verizon is more helpful than visiting the stores....Finally had to call Verizon ...they were able to take care of the issue.
Terrible customer service. I purchase a WiFi device, I returned it because it didn’t work. I was charged a restocking fee for a device that didn’t work. They also didn’t remove the device off my account. When I called the store the Manager Rudy told me to come back to the store he’ll refund the stocking fee and call customer service to have the charges removed. I told him I was on my way. When I arrived the store was close during business hours with a note on the door “On beak be back at 5:25 pm” don’t waste your time this is a 3rd party location which doesn’t show care or concern for their customers

We went to this store to inquire about increasing our data plan. Dominique handled our inquires in a professional, helpful and respectful review. We ended up with new phones at the same monthly rate. She offered continued support if we needed it (and we did). She is always helpful and considerate. We are very pleased with the results!

I decided to buy my Samsung galaxy note at this location, after I visited another Verizon store between bell rd and 99th and got disappointed with the staff. The manager, Marcy is one of the most patient, kind and knowledgeable retail clerks I have ever dealt with. She assisted my nephew and sister-in-law and went above and beyond to handle their situation. She did not try to hustle my sister-in-law to buy a new phone the minute things did not work out, instead she problem solved the situation. Great customer service! Beyond impressed!!
I upgraded my phone and had problems and was back and forth to the Verizon store.i would not rate the first rep highly.however today I met Rico and he was the greatest,he was eager to help solve the problem and had it fixed in a short time .he knows what to do and understands the working of the phone. Please read this review before going to this store!!!!!! This store is not a direct Verizon Wireless affiliated location. It is a third party store. So what does that mean? Verizon had been promoting the get $600 to change plans program to switch cell phone usage. So we went to this store because it had high reviews. The first time we went there was only one rep available in the evening. They had one old couple they were helping, one lady in line and then my wife and I show up with our 2 year old daughter. The Verizon lady said it would only take about 45 min. We sat there for an hour and a half. Then our baby needed to use the restroom and they refused to let us use their restroom so we left and she was very uncaring. Now I must add that we already ordered our phones so we wanted them and did not want to order another pair. So I went back to this same store to get the phones and it took over 2 hrs to set up the account and move data from the old phones to the new phone. After which we were told that we were eligible for ALL rebates that Verizon offered. However instead of getting the rebates started, this lady did nothing but give us unclear instructions on how to get the rebates. So I wound up getting a call to review my experience. I told Verizon about what happened and they informed me of the correct way to submit the rebates which I had to do myself. Now we submitted the rebates (correctly) and got screwed. We just got informed that because this is not a Verizon approved retailer, we did not get one of the rebates of $300. So they told a boldfaced lie about getting rebates. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!! I dont want anyone to deal with what we had to endure. They dont even deserve one star and especially dont deserve the 4.8 stars. It took 2.5 months to get a reject notice from Verizon. So there are probably others out there that got screwed and have not said anything because it has taken too long to remember the store they went to for their service. Well I remember!!!!!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The salesperson that helped me was nice and pleasant enough, but I felt that she kept trying to sell me things that I didnt need/want even after I said no thanks, and that I had a limited budget. Also, I was in there for quite sometime, which is not their fault because my old phone had issues, but there was no water for customers and no bathroom. I had to go to the Sushi place a few doors down. I find it odd that in a business where they may be helping people for upwards of an hour or more there is no bathroom, or at least water. Honestly, because of that, I would not go back to this location. Only plus, they are not that busy it seems because of their odd location, so I didnt have to wait at all to be seen.
We had such a good time. The young ladies obviously knew all about equipment and how to transfer same. They were most polite. Will be delighted to come back in case of need.
I took a disabled friend there who was having trouble with his iPhone. Due to his brain injury he is difficult to understand. The tech was excellent with him and quickly and graciously resolved my friends phone problem.

Would like to give it more stars, but this was just the worst experience at a Verizon store I’ve ever experienced. As soon as I walked in the door the sales rep was very unwelcoming with no desire to assist anyone. To top it all off she decides to put all display phones away because they were going to close in 45 minutes???? How am I suppose to buy a new phone and compare? Did not expect this from a Verizon store and I won’t be back.

My new favorite Verizon store, I came here one Friday morning at 9am (the regular Verizon stores dont open until 10am). My 3 month old iphone 8 plus screen was not responsive on the right side. Marci was working and she was so helpful on how to handle my issue directly with Apple to resolve it same day or have Verizon ship me out a phone since it was under warranty still with no physical damage. Anyway, to check for damage she asked if she could remove the glass screen protector to make certain that the cracked was on the protector and not my phone to ensure this would not be an out of pocket cost to me. She even offered to replace my screen protector as soon as I got a new phone at no cost to me, Wow! What customer service! I am so floored at the service I received and the fact that there was no wait when I went back to get the screen put on. I am not sure why everyone with Verizon doest go to these stores. I will be a loyal shopper at this location for sure. Thank you so much Marci!!!!

Terrible location. On a one way parking lot and no where close to enough parking places for the number of stores. Three vehicles had to back out and around the corner of lot to get out. Never try going there again. Bad planning by verizon.

I had a really bad experience from this store. I closed my account June 17th 2016 at this location.I paid all balances and had no more contractural terms. I switched the actual phone numbers to at&t. So long story short I been battling with Verizon about the account being closed since June 16th 2016. I supposedly owe $523.00 for a closed account that has no phone numbers and no data to reference to. They sent it to collections and it really screwed up my credit.

They acted like I was crazy and refused to do the swap from the note 7 to an s7 edge. They dont follow The same policies Verizon does. Once these people sell you something a Verizon store cant help you because they cant accesses any of go wirelesses records. They were rude about whole situation. They told me I would then be stuck with the phone I switched to because they said they have no idea when the note 7 will be released again. They gave me advice on how to lower my chances of it exploding. They told me to keep it away from my kidsSamsung says safety is the most important thing but yet go wireless let me walk out of the store with a potential safety risk to no only my self but my children. Im an very disappointed in this whole note recall and steps i have tried to take to exchange my phone for a different one until the re reaslese but yet I still have a note 7 in my hands that gets extremely hot. How is that by any means ok.
