Just took my phone in for a screen repair. The store opened a bit late and its seemed that Breana made up for it by providing a very high level of customer service. From this point forward this will be my #1 store and even if I have to drive past a few other T-mobile store that level of customer service is well worth it.

This store used to be Sprint store, and I was customer with them. There customer service is 💩💩💩 I heard T-Mobile has a good deal,so I whent to Sprint and since I was customer I asked if they can give me better deal like TMobile and then guy who was wondering there told me why you are not going to TMobile if they have good deal then . Today I went there as a Tmobile customer and again NO Customer Service, the staff are manager Javir if Im not mistaking are disaster, didnt what to call there customer service to solve my problem . Upgrading your phone is always an ordeal that takes longer than it should, and that is not the fault of the folks that work at the Sprint store. I admit that I get really anxious during the wait because I cant wait to have my new phone, so it is never a good feeling to wait around. I have been to several Sprint stores over the years, and I have had some good experiences and some exasperating ones. My visit to this store was probably one of the best I have had. We mainly worked with a guy that was in training and I believe his name was Anthony. Despite being a trainee, he was knowledgeable and very helpful. Our account is old and has some plans Sprint no longer offers. This led me to see that the teamwork in this store was great. They helped him out and showed him what he had to do. They were great at helping each other. If one guy had another customer, or has to step away, one of the other guys would take over to keep things working smoothly. By the time we left, my husband and I had our beautiful new phones and a ton of accessories. These guys really did their best to make a universally unpleasant experience as good as possible and they have a great team.

Amazing, there are 5 sales people in the store chit-chatting with each other. They repeatedly tell you, well be right with you yet you wait close to 30 minutes just for someone to speak with you. So much for their 100% satisfaction guarantee to the customer. One star is too generous.

This is the best Sprint store I have been to. Julio and Nelson explained the contracts without confusion. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase. They went above and beyond. Thank you guys for making mothers day a great one.

Pretty bad experience. I did most of the work online before i went into store, as I was planning to activate the phone myself. I just needed a sim card, and the sales workers said I could just set it up in store. The Salesman was pretty incompetent, about what the prices were, and how to set up everything, and it should have been pretty easy since I had done everything prior. I was basically telling him what the promotion price was, and everything else. Also when I checked my bill, I noticed I had been mysteriously signed up for insurance, when we had never talked about that at all, pretty sketchy.

Andrew Suffolk gave me excellent customer service: he spent time troubleshooting a major issue with my cellphone plan while managing the needs of all other customers during the super busy rush. He is a great multi-tasker and is very skilled in putting himself in the customers shoes.

My complaint is against Sprint Corporate and Sprint store 301 N Brand Blvd Glendale, CA. Let me just say first and foremost, I have never had any issues with the my Sprint service. I have been a customer for 5+ years now. My issue begins with an iPhone purchase last year October 2015. Im happy w/ my purchase of the iPhone. However, it came with an LG G Pad (Tablet Plan 1GB) The Sales Rep (Kenny) insisted that I take it, (we practically played a game of Hot Potato, I did not want it, I had no need for it.) and assured I would not be charged for it. We are now in June 2016. Ive spoken to Sprint agents numerous times over the last few months and Ive made habit of asking about my charges for the tablet. THEY also assured that it was all FREE. (Nothing in this world is free) I have now come across my Sprint bill breakdown. I asked for the agreements that I signed in Oct 2015. Yes, I see my signature on every single page. BUT, I was never shown a breakdown of my costs the date of purchase. (these documents basically remained hidden until now) I am now receiving charges of $250 + for ONE LINE. This is such a huge disappointment. Sprint is clearly taking advantage of those whom give them business. I will take my business elsewhere.

I actually went here to upgrade my phone to the rose gold iphone 8, then I was told that I can get a free ipad. I must not have understood correctly because there was then a $30 per month charge for the ipad service fee for 2 years. I was so upset because I didnt think I would have to pay a monthy fee. You may be thinking well why is this review 5 stars then?Thats because I went back and told the manager what had happened and I thought there was gonna be some big hassle. But he simply took it back, and didnt even charge me a restocking fee. So no harm no foul.The manager there is excellent!

This store is horrible, never waste your time to go there. They just stand there and talk to each other as if there isnt any one in the store to help. Alex is one of the staff who claims he is the store manager ( i dont know if he is lying or not) because if he is the store manager then Sprint should have some solution to train a store manager to be polite and honest before anything else. If he is not the store manager then the real store manager should know about it.Dont get me wrong Sprint is a good company but this store must be more organized.

If I was able to rate this place a negative number instead of 1 I would. I been a loyal customer for over 8 years with this company. I have a family plan, spend a lot of money. I would at the very least expect better service when I come in to the store. NOT only are they rude in person, but by phone they are ridiculous. I call so SPEND more money, asking if they have a phone in stock, the guy answers like its a huge inconvenience to answer the phone. I ask him about the phone, he says NO and quickly hangs up the phone. Didnt even ask if there was anything else he could help me with.. literally left me on the phone talking to myself. This store needs a serious turn around. I been going to that store for years, UNFORTUNATELY!!! trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they were having a bad day.. hey.. who doesnt.. but enough is enough.. Those employees INCLUDING management need to fired or RETRAINED.

The last time I went to this sprint store it was to update my phone and plan in the hopes of lowering my cost, and getting a better phone. I was helped by a female representative named Stephanie who, in my experience, was the best customer service representative i have had at a sprint store. She took care of my needs and was very patient and helpful in regards to any questions or concerns i had. 5/5 would shop there again.

At first they wouldnt return my phone when I only had it for a day. I talked to someone from the corporate office somewhere in the midwest. He made them return it since I had 14 days required by law. Then I switched to Verizon since they had better coverage and call quality. I paid off my cancellation fee and I thought I was done with sprint. The month later they sent me a mysterious bill of $189. I refused to pay it since I already paid the final bill. They ruined my credit. What a bunch of crooks. Plus people dont fall for free tablets. They give you a free tablet then they charge you 15 per month.

BEWARE! STAY AWAY from Sprint! Wish I could give ZERO stars! I went to the Sprint store in Glendale, CA (Store #560 at 301 N Brand Blvd) last week to get a new phone and the sales rep filled out my contract, added additional items and unauthorized charges to my contract without my knowledge or consent, and then he FORGED my signature on my contract to boost his commission. Totally illegal and unethical business practice and I will be contacting an attorney, the Better Business Bureau, the FCC, and filing a police report. He also tried to scam us by saying if we pick up a $100 accessory, then the Sprint store will cover our sales tax on our new devices. This was a lie because we called the Sprint corporate customer service number and they confirmed there was no such promotion going on and that there’s no tax on a leased device in the first place! So we spent an extra $100 each (because my fiancé also got a new phone at the same time) on an accessory that we didn’t want or need and I took the accessory (which was sold as a scam) back to the Sprint store yesterday to return and they said they wouldn’t accept it! And on top of all of this illegal activity and scams and incompetence, the sales rep sold me the wrong (more expensive) phone and so I had to spend a total of 2 hours at the store while he corrected his error to get me the original phone I had requested. The time I have spent on the phone with Sprint’s customer service (who even accused me of lying even though I was holding a copy of my forged signature in my hand!) to get my contract straightened out after the sales rep FORGED my signature with additional add-ons that I didn’t ask for has been HOURS this week which is totally unacceptable and highly infuriating. I have been a Sprint customer for 7 years and I can’t believe this is what this company has turned into. I will be taking my cell phone business elsewhere.

As with any phone company I find myself going hot and cold. However, the last few times Ive had dealings with them I left the store with my issues resolved, my wallet still contained money and I hadnt had to beg or grovel at all. In fact, they expedited my upgrade and got me into an unbelievable phone for only $20 month plus the plan. In case youre not aware, the LG V30+ can compete head to head with the newest Samsung Galaxy and Apple iPhone. If you dont believe me, go check it out.

Ill never be back to this store. Ive made appointments for activation, replacement phone, and other services. Never once have I come away with a positive experience. And thats best case scenario... A more common case is the under-trained employees, unable to assist me, give wrong/bad advice making a frustrating experience much worse. On one occasion, an employee ripped my phone open with his bare hands (it was unibody).Whatever your issue/situation... Call ahead. Talk to other stores about your situation and how they may assist you. Dont make my mistake and come here simply out of convenience.

BEWARE!!! 5 days after going to this store my bf had 2 IPhone 7 lines opened on his account! 2 days and hours on hold to still not get in touch with the fraud dept! ( not an exaggeration!) They disconnect you after being on hold an hour. A supervisor finally took the information to forward to the fraud dept. After this is cleared up hes changing to T-Mobile.

An awful store from management to the staff, dont waste you valuable time with the gold diggers. they are after the money in customers pocket.Especially Alex and Janette, If you go to this store ask them to write every thing down, otherwise they will trick you and the manager is backing them up. Horrible Store. Drive to other stores and see how polite and professional the staff are in any Sprint store except for the Glendale store.

As I was leaving I was told come back so we can double check but the guy behind the glass refused to double check so the salesperson just turned around and told me I know we dont have it.

Beware - this store is as fraud as you can imagine. I got two iphones for me and my wife and the guy said I had to upfront the sales tax for the phones values - an outright cheat.Then, he sold me a wireless Motorola headset, which did not work properly from day one. Unfortunately I left for the Rammstein Tour the day after the sale (I wanted to have the iphone XR as it runs my US plus my German number via eSIM on one phone). I called and they said no problem, come back after you return, which I did today. Now it is more than 30 days since the sale and they do not want to hear any of it. I asked of there was some kind of warranty, but the guy just picked up the phone and took continous calls until I gave up and left. There were three other guys not helping anyone who could have easily picked up the phone for the customer calls coming in. I sure will never return.

I took my phone to them because my battery wasnt holding the charge. They took my phone and did a hard reset twice. That did not fix the problem. The next time I left my phone for an hour, and when I came back, the tech hadnt even looked at it. They sent me away for another hour and when I came back, the tech was barely looking at it and he had a confused look on his face while looking at my phone. He brought it out and claimed that he had changed the battery. I dont believe he did, because the phone is still giving me the same problem. And to top it off, he didnt give me back my SPen for my note. So I had to drive back once again. Horrible customer service!

Had to go here three times just to get one of the few sales clerks that seems to posses any customer consideration. All I wanted to do is lower my plan. Had to get a doff phone from Ebay just to do this. If you need help at this store ask for David. He was to the point and got me an answer on how to do what I wanted to do, not what was best for the company.

Went there to upgrade to the new iphone 10s max and they told me they didn’t have any in stock. when i had talked to a representative over the phone and the online chat they clearly told me they had every modle available. This is not the first time ive had problems with this store only this one in particularl. They had promised me to Credit me the $280 they had charged me for ONE LINE. How is it possible to ha e that much charged for one line! Its been over a year and still no money has be returned or credited.Like how bad can you be at your job it is sad that the staff there even have a job after all these negative reviews that are 100% true!

After switching to sprint the day prior and not being able to get service inside of any buildings I called here hoping to receive my phone back from a contract buy out. The sales person had a bit of an attitude about my request and explained that it wasnt easy. They left me on hold for over 45 minutes never to come back with an answer. I finally hung up. Shocked at how terrible Sprints network is in a city as big as LA and how unhelpful of an experience this was.

Had to return my Note 7. They couldnt figure out how to transfer my call logs, txt msg, & photos. After I got my new replacement phone, they told me that they had rebooted my old phone. I asked to see it, and it still had everything on it, like it was never touched by them. Made them reboot while I watched. Didnt received my $100 credit that I was promise for returning my Note 7. Also, my bills keep saying that I still own the Note 7, so I am paying for two phone when I should only be paying for one. Oh, all this took around 2-3 hours.

Its a nice big store and they have alot of workers there, but only two work at a time while everyone else stands around doing nothing or in the back of the store talking and having a great time while customers in the front wait and wait and wait, i always have this problem in all the Sprint stores, i cant believe its happening in a brand new one that just opened on Brand Blvd.

Sprints customer service is horrible. At the first time we went to malls store. There is just one person that she ignored us. We had to go to the other store that they said they are close.Next time, our contract with other compony expired and we really needed new plane. This time they said they need our information from other compony that they can give us those phones we chose that we didnt have it. We had to came back next day.This time they didnt have those phones that we chose and said they dont know when can have them.:ONow I know why they are cheep cheep. If they didnt our credit ran I have NEVER EVER make a contract with them.

The worst of the worst. Took time off work to go there, they said phone beyond repair and to call the insurance. Went home, and insurance told me to go back to store and have it repaired. Came back, and they told me to it would take 7 days to get it repaired, they have no parts. I was stunned at their incompetence. Went to the next store, Ubreakwefix store and got it repaired in the TEN MINUTES. These sprint stores just should not be in business, period.

Literally every time I go to this store, the people are standing around and doing what I refer to as active ignoring of people. They put people in a corner to wait, and make them wait and wait and wait, and the people that work there (if you can call that working) pretend they dont see you and if you ask them for help they say they are super busy and then go back to standing around doing nothing.They tell you your device will be available on a certain date and it isnt. They re-image your phone and wipe off all your apps even though the problem is obviously a hardware issue and not related to the OS or software.I dont believe anyone at this store has ever even heard the term Customer Service let alone actually given any.This place is a nightmare, and Id go to the store in Burbank, but they keep sending me back to the Glendale store because they dont fix phones.The Sprint company and phone service isnt bad, but if you can go to ANY other store than this one, do yourself a favor and avoid this store like the plague.

Zero stars disgracefull service and experience. I dropped off my phone for service, on the led display and a ratteling noise. I came back only to be told they tried to fix the display, and that the noise was normal. I would just have to live with a loose piece in my phone and ratteling, or buy a new phone from them. I told them that wasnt going to be satisfactory. I asked what was covered by the phone service and insurance, I pay for every month? They said normal wear was not covered, and extreme situations were not covered. I asked then what is covered?. One guy just walked away, and the other guy just wanted to try and up sell me on another phone. When I asked about my coverage again, he raised his voice at me, and told me to sit down. I asked if this is how Sprint treats its customers? He said, Only you, because youre being difficult. I said, Why because I asked a question about whats covered on my phone, because I dont understand?. I ended up leaving, and called Sprints 800 number. I was passed to 3 different representatives, who didnt know how to speak with anyone at corporate. I was told I would get a call with in 48 hours. I recieved a call 4 days later, when I was unable to speak. I was then called back another 3 days after that. The lady Gloria in Sprint escalations department, only offered to report the incident back to the offending location on Brand Ave in Glendale, CA. What a joke. I would do not recommend anyone go with Sprint ..... horrible customer service. ... especially Glendale location on Brand.... even the customer service phone agents are sucky .... still trying to deal with them a week later. DO NOT COME HERE. sucks cause this is one of main stores with a repair department. Next time will definitely go the extra mile to drive to Pasadena. To start I already had issues with my new HTC bolt, had to go in and repair it. Guy tells me they need to have it for an hour to service it, come back to say it just needed an update. Didnt even make it to the corner and screen went blank again. Fast forward they surprisingly changed my phone to a Sam. 7 cause I had already switched my bolt 2 times. I walk in empl. Andrew ignores me to help a customer with an upgrade. I tell him i was next and nodded it off my bad we will help you next. Dennis was even worse had no customer care at at. Dennis claimed to be the manager when I asked for one, that no one else can help. When was going to get my replacement Sam. 7 she just gave me the phone I asked her that I needed a charger, earphones and instructions being that it was new to me. Nope thats all your getting, finally she gave me a charger cause she noticed it was a different charging port. Long story short I called Corp. on them and they were surpised how they even answered the phone. Finally got the Ass. Store manager Yendi with Corporate on the line as well to explain what happen, o sorry Ill discipline my staff and Ill call you in 2-5 days with your earphone, its been 2 months ans still no call!!! I called back to the store 2weeks later and to my surprise Yendi is ether always on lunch, helping a customer or simply leave me on hold for more then 15 min. NO WONDER HER STAFF SUCKS WITH TRAINING LIKE THAT!! No help at all they need to get fired asap.

IDK what happened with all the previous reviews, but Alex at the store was great. I bought a meringue cake for a birthday, and Alex was able to sell me a Samsung S5, Tab 3, Mirrow toggle device, new service, and get me out the door b4 the icing even began to melt. Great job guys!

On December 1 I went to this store and was attended by Denise, I asked ALL possible questions and took notes before switch my service just to make sure I was doing the right thing and got back later, when I got back I was attended by one of the managers Alfredo, so, I had TWO employees from Sprint working no my purchase ( previously Denise and now Alfredo one of the managers ), ok took me more than an hour to finish the purchase because they help me to switch my phone contacts and photos. I left the store and when i was walking home I thought ...hum...Im going to double check to see if everything is ok ( Sprint employees do NOT gave me the contract so I got back to the store and they print 3 pages of contract with UNLEGIBLE font that nobody on this earth is capable to read and my signature on it ), I left again and when I was almost home I decide to call Sprint 1888 number to make sure everything was ok. I called and it was not ok because somehow one of those TWO Sprint employees ( Denise or Alfredo ) enrolled me in the wrong plan ( or their system did ? no one knows.... ) anyways, I went back AGAIN spoke with a third Sprint employee and after a while he told me he fix it and I was enrolled in the right plan, but it would take a while to show.....today is SUNDAY December 27 and I just got a message from Sprint telling me that my account is past due already since December 24 ( how is this possible if I start on December 1 ? keep in mind I enroll on December 1 so theres no 30 days and my account is past due already before the normal 30 days billing cicle ? YES.... this is not right, I called the 1888 number and spoke with Tia at their costumer service and several other Sprint employees..... nobody seems to be able to wave any fees .... I enroll to the $25 plan but Sprint is charging me $125 for the first month because they charge PROBATION FEE along with other fees !!!!! So thats how Sprint clients are treated even when they are never late on their phone bill before. At least thats what happened to me. By the way I think Sprint should review their company policy and also training the sales team to give clients the information that matter writed in a contract that can be read. The information that clients usually want the most is HOW MUCH and WHEN do I have to pay, those numbers MUST be really clear and it was NOT clear. Also somebody should record conversations and give some decision power to wave fees that the client didnt know ( I didnt know my account would be past due after 24 days, not 30 days as normally is. I dont like to give 1 star for nobody but in this case its well deserved. If the service improves with time I may change my feelings for Sprint but for make me stressed out and curse on SUNDAY after Christmas Sprint deserves -0 stars. Send an automatic text message to my phone tell your NEW client that their account is past due ( when should be not because has NOT being 30 days yet ) around the Christmas time on SUNDAY. I spend abou 4 hours of my sunday after Christmas working on this so -0 stars for Sprint.

We are told many lies in life. Santa is real. Youll get a job after college. And your Galaxy 5 phone with OtterBox is waterproof. But these are all lies. I know because my Galaxy 5 phone with OtterBox got wet this weekend. When I bought this phone, I was told tall tales that this phone can stay underwater 17 minutes. I was told OtterBox had a lifetime guarantee. Yet when I called both companies, they explain their products are only water resistant. I explained their product couldnt resistant a sneezing child, but there was nothing these multimillion dollars companies could do.When I think about the failure of our country, I often say the problem is we put policy over people. We lie to sell. We hold no accountability. And our greatness dies at the bottom dollar. This is one situation, but all of us have experienced the death of America through the failure of costumer service. They dont need us, yet they have made it almost impossible to leave them.None of this matters. Even with insurance, Ill have to pay. Ill get a new phone and Ill continue with my life. But this is where our country has gone. Greed is more important than pride. And no matter how hard you work, there will always be a cooperation willing to screw you over. Today, it was Galaxy 5 and Otterbox. Tomorrow, who knows...And this store sold me this phone and told me these lies.

This store sucks. STAY AWAY! The rep is slow, not knowledgeable, and unprofessional. She spelled my name wrong and now I have to go through the trouble of correcting it. Also, she never asked us if we want insurance on our phones and that costs a lot. Also, she didnt tell us about any of the discounts and I had to call the customer service to find out about them. The whole transaction took 6 hours, which is ridiculous. The store manager is rude and does not care about the customers. No wonder those are the people working there.

This store has the worst customer service. I came to speak to the manager becuase my mom transferred 4 lines from Verizon and they did not applied the offer she was given the day of the purchase. Weve been waiting for the manager for an hour now. And almost two months after coming to the store and calling customer service, the issue has not been solved yet.
