I was craving a Carmel Apple but out of Carmel Apples. Only had 1 chocolate covered apple in the display at 11:44 on a Monday. One employee was making something and other employee stand there doing nothing.

I absolutely love chocolate orange peels and their kinda hard to find if you live on the west side of phx and right when I saw these guys had them I was super excited I was ready to buy a lb at least, luckily I tried a sample before I bought it. Im really glad I didnt break a tooth. Im not sure if they were really old or if thats how these guys make them but it was so hard. All I could do was suck the chocolate off of it and the rest was a rock. I guess just make sure you try it before you buy it.

The place switched over from charging by the pound to charging per piece.1.55 per piece. Good chocolate but the price is ridiculous. Neen buting for years there but,I will never go back to that place. Arizona Mills still offers a fair price so I will be buying every thing there from mow on...

I was given the wrong apple on Sunday. I gave it as a gift to a friend, they went to eat it on Monday and realized It was not the Pecan Bear apple, but just the Pecan apple. I was over charged for the correct apple but given the wrong one. I have been trying to contact the store for days now and nobody will pick up the phone! I would go in there myself and speak to a manager but I live on the opposite side of town! Horrible Customer service!

Tried calling to see if they had chocolate covered strawberries, since they tend to never have them when I just go there. For over an hour, no one answered the phone on 5/25/18.

Friendly people behind the counter. Very, very expensive chocolate. They charge like $20 a pound.

Pricey! $$$$ limited selection. All the chocolate tastes the same. Its sugar chocolate, not milk chocolate.
