This dealership had a lot of inventory, with great customer service. There was a good mix of experience and help buy those in sales. I haven’t had an experience with the shop yet, or parts department. Overall, very satisfied with their help and getting a new bike.

My go-to Harley Davidson dealer which is only a driving distance for me I can go. Also, compliment on great complimentary coffee which I like the towering coffee machine.

The store is beautiful. You can find variety of jackets and accessories for men and women. Only reason for 1 star knocked down is that the ladies tops are not that good quality but very pricey.

I visited for a test ride of LiveWire EV motorcycle. It’s really fun and definitely want it some day. Staffs are very kind and knowledgeable.

Bought a street bob two years ago, it was a fair price, not amazing but fair. My bike runs great and i have great times riding. Since i started, met many riders with same bike, some paid more some less, most personalized it and never looked back.My advice: Make the deal for yourself, most importantly pick the right bike for you instead of payment, it should be a bit scary, but down the road, for me at least, it made sense to buy bigger engine.

Started with a Sportster 2021 because I have no experience with big bikes before. I wasnt sure if Id like it or not. Before I even comleted the first year (8 months to be exact) I felt the need to upgrade to the next level. Collin was very helpful in presenting my options. On the very same day I brought my Sporter for a trade-in I came out with a Softail Standard (also a 2021). I came home much happier with the upgrade even if it meant that my expenses increased.

There is not enough words to describe how amazing this dealership is. For starters, Brandon the salesman is beyond knowledgeable when it comes to the bikes. He sold me my first Harley and every step of the way was pressure free and answered all questions. Next the manager Grey, another blessing if your looking to buy your first bike. She explained everything down to the last detail with everything I signed. I walked away very confident knowing the deal I had received.Three months after buying my bike I experienced my first “mechanical issues” (which later turned out to be just needing a new battery). My bike wouldn’t start and being that I never owned anything other than a car, my first instinct was to call HOG. Long story short my bike got towed to the nearest dealer for a diagnostic only for them to call me saying that they could not even look at my bike until mid-December and had to pay the tow truck to return my bike or pay storage fee with them. In anger and curiosity, I called Glendale Harley and spoke with Daniel (another great guy) he apologized for the inconvenience and walked me through every step of the way even scheduled a pick up at my house. In the end my bike got a new battery and they even sent me a video from the shop explaining everything to me and walking me through the bike which I though was beyond amazing.All in all, Glendale Harley is the best dealership not just in sales but all around. Their staff are honest and direct and provide any clarification that is needed. If your looking for a new bike or fix the one you have, Glendale Harley is the place to go!

After referring three customers over to this dealer, I was promised a referral fee of $100 per person after purchasing my bike. The dealer gave me $100 for my first friend but wont honor the other two deals, and they wont give the gift card, lol. I love Harley, but this specific dealer is poorly managed. They make empty promises to get a deal signed!

Beware, sales manager thinks he’s very smart trying to charge you the max for a bike. When I mean max. I mean 9k above the value of the bike. A 11k bike ended up costing 21k, tier 1 .

Great Academy! I took their New Rider course back in September with absolutely NO motorcycle experience.. I mean not even driving stick shift. Yet they start step-by-step and are very patient with first-time riders. Both classroom and course parts build on one another and the instructors can answer any questions and guide you each step. The group I trained with was very chill too. We had first time riders as well as veterans who just needed their license, and they happily shared their experiences with us new guys. I left feeling confident and just got my M1 license not long ago. Excited to start looking for my first bike!

When I went to actually purchase my motorcycle, gray helped me through the financial process. They made it fun with a game of poker where I got to go to each of the Departments and learn about the services provided by Harley-Davidson Glendale. I even won a free shirt! After my purchase was complete, the entire Personnel got together and celebrated my purchase. I felt extremely welcome. Not what I expected from a dealership. I asked to purchase a part by phone, was told they have it and will hold until the next day so they can quote shipping. I call the next morning to pay only to be told it was sold to someone else and its now backordered for 3 months! Then, I get a follow up text with zero response. Wish I could leave zero stars for poor service.

They know their stuff...a friend and I have purchased a lot of accessories thru them...and they have a lot of bikes to admire!

Very disappointed! When I called them to schedule a time to drop off my bike for service, they promised the world. I was told that someone would go over the the recommended 20000 miles maintenance report and recommendation plus a detailed diagnosis of the minor leak that I had ($120-$140 problem). 24hrs later they sent me a video to tell me that I needed a new front tire $243 and an entire stator replacement $411. When I said no, they asked me to pay a $64 diagnosis fee which nobody told me about in the first place. It would have been fair if the $64 fee was mentioned before or if they did anything to the bike at all, like a true diagnostic for example. In a nutshell, they wanted to take advantage of me and when I said no, I got penalized for it. I will never go back there to purchase anything!!

The mechanic (AL) and service advisor (zack) werent competent enough to find out why my front brakes were squeaking. they let me drive my harley with squeaking brakes and didnt bother to try and figure out the problem.they need better customer service!!

I moved back to LA from Palm Springs where I had a very close relationship with the team at PS Harley. It was a small, real people, family shop where I completely trusted their team both in skill and price. Its extremely stressful building trust with a new team. After a horrible experience at Huntington Beach Harley I was very jaded. Like many bikers I dont have time to learn how to repair bikes at home so I depend on the honesty of the shop which leaves me wide open to being ripped off.Today I went into GHD to have a rusted set screw replaced. The labor was going to be around 125$ because it needed to be drilled out! about 10 min went by and Fabian in service came out and said the mechanic polished the rust off and it was good as new. They could have easily changed the screw, charged me 125$ and I would never have known the screw was totally salvageable THAT KIND OF HONESTY DOESNT EXIST ANYMORE! Thank you Fabian!

Best Harley dealership Ive been to, period. Its small but staff are super friendly and you can find pretty much anything you need as far as clothing, accessories, parts and services.Freddy is my go to man and hes always super friendly and open to resolving any questions we might have regarding the bikes.Ask if you can visit their Harley museum! Its a small spot on top of their warehouse but they have some pretty awesome bikes there.Richard always takes care of us when we rent and weve had no problems whatsoever.Free coffee and some snacks are offered in their little lounge and restrooms are always clean.All in all, this is the best Harley dealer Ive visited so far and I will continue to purchase my bikes here.

They got us a new tire, did a check on the bike and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours! We can’t thank them enough! Honestly my experience was great for me but as for my wife no one guy was speaking to her about shirts asking her name and just flirting my wife was only there because i like motorcycle not once did he ask my name or help me my wife felt uncomfortable that he wouldnt even ask her name because it lead from tshirts very unprofessional they need to train there staff better on handling situations with women seriously

Most Harley Davidson shops you walk into are populated with workers who love motorcycles. That make you feel at home and you feel like you belong there. This place is one of my favorites. The bike culture is alive and well here. The employees are incredible, no pressure and are there to help you out. They have a motorcycle rental program which is pretty cool. Especially if youre looking to buy but would like to spend a date test-driving you might just get lucky and find that they have the model youre looking for as a rental.

I will be honest I was a bit nervous going into the dealership only because I had never stepped into one before. The gentleman who goes by the name Rock n Roll Russ, greeted my friend and I politely and courteously. He made sure that we sat on any of the bikes we were interested in, and that they had available there. On top of that he even showed us the used inventory in the garage they have out back which was really cool. It showed us that he wanted us to know we have options when it comes to purchasing a bike. Everyone from the sales team to the parts/accessories are helpful. Without a doubt I recommend anyone to go in.

I had an excellent experience at Harley-Davidson of Glendale. Zack sold me a BEAST of a bike, a 2019 Harley-Davidson Heritage Classic FLHC 114. That was my first HD. They flew me from San Francisco to SoCal. I met the complete staff, the manager and the rest of the staff treated me as part of the family. I had a complete tour of the dealership, including their museum of vintage Harley-Davidson and Indian motorcycles. RLTW

I had a bad experience with this dealerships service department. I brought in my bike and told the service advisor who took care of me to check a couple things for me ( rear brakes, inspect/adjust a couple things, adjust the steering head bearings and do fluids ) and figure out as to why the bike was running lean because I had just changed the spark plugs which they were completely white. In addition, I deliberately told him to check for anything else that the bike may need and Id take care of it then and there. After the service was done and completed he told me, everything is well and fine, and with that I took off. As i was leaving however I noticed a sound as I was rolling the throttle to move, however did not think much of it since the advisor just told me everything was fine. Well, I took a trip to Sacramento and went to Temecula Harley Davidson to buy a windshield. The first thing I noticed was that my rear brakes were already starting the fade on my way to SacTown. Second, while I was at Temecula HD I passed by a motorcycle shop where their technicians noticed the sound and offered to take a look for free . They quickly found out there were two nuts missing from my rear exhaust and fixed it ;they also noted that this has the potential to ruin my exhaust gaskets considering how hard I was riding without them and that I should have them checked out and replaced. Also it was a major SAFETY ISSUE !!!!! With that information, I was livid on account that I had just taken the bike into the shop and deliberately told the service advisor to make sure everything was ok. After speaking with the sales manager and service manager they only offered to take a look at the bike but after this experience I just did not trust them with my vehicle and if I were you I would not either. Something could have seriously gone wrong, and they shouldve replaced those parts regardless, on part of their negligence, I would/may have to deal with the future repair costs. Careful who you trust with your bike.Jon and Marco are always helpful in the Parts department at this dealership. They are great associates and excel in their customer service skills.

Employees here suck, we bought a bike and they said they were going to give us another key (most places will give you 2so you have a spare) but they never did! We followed up with them twice and they just dont respond. The person who did the financing was also a piece of work, treated is like we werent worth his time a real d-bag

This place is way too expensive and the staff there got no customer service skills I would never go back to that Harley-Davidson store you think everybodys a thief that has tattoos and they just are really really rude and the prices are ridiculous out the roof but dont go there find yourself a better store to go to this place sucks.

Out of the many wonderful staff in this dealership. Adam to me stands out the most. His exceptional customer service and professionalism is what brings me back to this shop. With multiple visits to this shop due to constant battery failures and a part recall. He always calls me with updates on the status of the bike. The day after I picked up the bike. I received a call from Adam to follow up on the bike. Outstanding.

Traveling through town when I heard a pop and some god awful sounds from the primary. Tom got me in right away. Rey figured it out immediately and had it fixed within the hour, then he went the extra mile and fixed some other things I had been putting off. Fabian and Bam showed me a good time and kept me from freaking out about everything that could have been broken. Frank hooked me up with a good deal. Very Military Friendly. Turned what could have been thousands of dollars and a very bad day hundreds of miles from home into a nice tune up and a great memory. Bikes never rode better. From hearing the first sound to leaving the dealer was less than 3 hours. Truly Amazing.

Despite, the craziness of Labor Day weekend w hefty load of customers, I received a very pleasant and friendly welcome from Pat is the rental section of store. He is calm, cool, fun and extremely detail oriented with his delivery of the motorcycles. He instructs both the basics and advanced nuances of each bike.If you want or need to rent a Harley, this is the place to go. I highly recommend them!!
