Rude, unprofessional and discrimination kind of employees work there. I paid 500$+ and waited 25 days for my glasses to get done. Also the material of the lenses is awful for the money.When I ordered the glasses the stuff working there was really nice. After that it was a nightmare, 25 days nightmare. I am European and I am always happy with American customer service. This place discriminated me, because of my accent too. When I asked for compensation the lady I picked my glasses from, laughed at mePlease dont order from there, they dont deserve to stay in business

I have only positive statements about Eyeglass World.I am a veteran and my glasses provided by the VA were not photo gray. Eyeglass World remedied that without a charge, in a matter of minutes.I cant thank them enough.

The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. The Male eye doctor there is great! I would highly recommend this place for both adults and children. This is the second year me and my daughter have gone there and I will be returning when due .

Dr.Cline is AMAZING!He got us in and out fast. Not a long wait like other places.I ordered contacts and eyeglasses with Crystal. LOVE LIVE LOVE HER!!

I had a great experience. Dr. W is really friendly and informative. I got a great deal on 2 beautiful frames for 87 bucks. I bought 2 eyeglass cases for reasonable prices. This place is has the better deals than nationwide vision. Glad I spent my money here. I can see way better with the frames I picked.

You guys had an amazing price on glass frames, not anything too old school neither. Other places I had tried looked like some glasses from the 80s and I’m not that old yet so thanks guys.Also the ophthalmologist is amazing.Takes his time and answers any questions. Do recommend.😄

Worst experience I’ve had here. Upon walking in I was grabbing a paper towel due to my allergies bothering me an the female associate asked me what I’m doing and as I’m blowing my nose she asking me to put my mask back on. I work in retail an firm believer in mask but come on she see’s an hears me blowing my nose seems like a little to much!! The lady that helped was great.

Rip off place. They advertise 2 pair at so much however if you only get one set of lenses they dont give you the second frame. Also they seem to do so little business that you find the staff all gathered in one part of the store and you have to ask for help, even then they are less than helpful.

This company is pure fraud. I was told I could get my wifes glasses the same day. They charged me $499.90. When we finished ordering them and paying for them, they informed me that it would take a week to get them. When we called a week later, they told me they had no idea when we could get them. I have yet to receive the refund from an order two months ago

Took broken glasses in and they said the glasses couldnt be fixed.Went to All American Eyeglass Repair at 89th & Bell and got them fixed in a half hour.I guess they were either incompetent or didnt want to be bothered.

This was my second visit. My first visit was the best visit ever! My second visit was above and beyond the best experience ever. Dominique takes customer service to a whole new level in being a sales rep! I highly recommend eyeglass world! Dominique also put me in the best pair of glasses suited to my face!

Got my prescription wrong three times. Hassle to get it right with doctor. Always a long wait. Got better care elsewhere

Dr Cline and his office staff treat people like family. It is such an enjoyable experience to get an eye exam at this office. I always feel like I’m going to visit friends! Dr Cline is such a lovely man. 5 stars! I highly recommend Dr Cline and his staff

From beginning to end my experience was great! Being able to book an appointment the same day from my phone was wonderful. Because I am a busy mom, getting new glasses is not the most fun thing to do but they made the experience great. my appointment was at 3:15 and I was done and had my new glasses in hand by 4:30. The doctor was so informative and personable. I had my two boys with me (ages 3 and 5)and no body seemed bothered by them at all. Thank you for making my experience so wonderful.

Dr. Dave Cline is wonderful! He is an incredible doctor and human. My family and I have been loyal patients since he first began his practice. We will continue to do so until he retires.

If I could give this less than 1 star, I would. The appointment was booked online, they never asked what type of insurance was had and then tried to charge him for the exam while with holding his referral to an eye surgeon! That proves there is NO CARE for patients eye health unless they can make the money off of them. The manager spoke with me on the phone and was not very friendly.

Dr. Cline was so nice and personable. Really informative and helpful. The staff all was so accommodating and sweet. The eye exam includes the retinal pics rather than the drops which I liked. Also had no problem just writing my pupil distance and perceptions down so I could get my glasses online.

Super friendly staff when they want your money. Extremely rude and dismissive afterwards. Spend the extra money and go somewhere that doesnt sell defective frames.

I went in to get a pair of glasses and wanted to use my insurance. We are retired military. The assistant manager was the one that we dealt with. He ASSUMED that I was under tricare insurance. He then called tricare. I tried to show him the name of my insurance company on my phone. He snapped at me and said that he didnt need to see that. I told him again that I didnt have tricare (pretty sure that I know my insurance as I pay the bill) and he would not even answer me. I then told him to forget it and left. I then went to lenscrafters and told them the same thing that I told the assistant manager at eyeglass world. Lenscrafters then looked up my insurance (WHICH WAS NOT TRICARE) and then I was able to get my glasses. Maybe your assistant manager needs a hearing test because he sure didnt listen to me or maybe he needs some additional customer service training because at this point he doesnt need a job that deals with the public.

Appointment at 9:15 check in and eye exam was completed by 10:00am. I was done picking out frames in about 10 minutes. However it took over 30minutes to being the checked out process. The staff was very nice and I was apologized to for the wait but in reality the store should have more staff based on the amount of appointments/clients that will be coming in. All in all my appointment took over 2 hours. For basic eye exam and basic frames.

EXCELLLENT!! Last minute repair... during this pandemic...able to get me on my way within a matter of a few minutes. Thank you So much!

All the staff there is friendly and treats you like family. Samantha and crystal helped my mother in law pick out glasses and didnt try to force her into something she didnt want. Dr Cline has been her doctor for years and I would have to say this is the best office we have been to. Very clean store.

Started off great....until I went to go pick up my glasses. When they fitted my glasses, I told the woman who helped this is how I want my glasses to fit, she told me that she didnt want to change the nose piece because it was fine. I told her I didnt like how they fit. So she didnt adjust the glasses to what the customer was asking. This is twice in the last years, that they wouldnt listen to how i like them to fit. So, I am unhappy with how my glasses fit and will not be back to eyeglass world. Spent $127 for what. To be unhappy with they way they fit.PLEASE LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER AND HOW THEY ARE ASKING YOU TO ADJUST THE GLASSES. I WEAR THEM AND NOT YOU.

I am impressed with this location and the customer service to to resolve the issues with my glasses. I recommend them to anyone who needs glasses.Thank you Samantha, for making this a great experience.
