Dr. Craig Goldman was the best Dr I have ever seen! He listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to help me! This is coming from a 37 year old that has battled bad vision with an astigmatism for 25 years!
I am a Walmart worker, and have a vision plan through Walmart. I came here because its covered through my plan, and online it said that Walk ins were available. I wanted to come and ask him questions about my plan because I wasnt sure exactly what was covered or how I needed to go about having it covered. This lazy worker would not even get off of her chair to come up to the front to ask my questions and they dont allow anyone into the store due to covid-19 restrictions. She was so incredibly rude and refused to answer any of my questions so I decided to step away from the counter and call my insurance provider to ask what was covered and how I should go about making an appointment. The woman on the phone told me that any Walmart vision center should be able to help me, and that walk-ins are available. So I went back to the vision center to ask why we werent able to be seen, and she still refused to answer my questions she was incredibly rude and said like I said I have an appointment on April 22nd. I was very frustrated at this point, so I decided to head over to Walmarts customer service desk to ask the store manager what I could do. I did not take my frustration out on the store manager because I know that is not her responsibility to take care of the vision center. However I will not be returning to this vision center because the people working there are lazy and very rude. If you have a Walmart dental plan or a vision plan I recommend definitely not coming to this Walmart. At my Walmart store we have the goal of working together as a team. Working for Walmart sucks and its important to support each other cuz were all suffering through it. The way that a Walmart worker could treat another one this way is absolutely deplorable.
We have been coming here for the past 2 years. Usually staff and Dr. are helpful. Both of my girls are wearing glasses with high prescriptions. Since the pandemic, their hours and customer service has diminished but Im thankful for Mark P. who always goes above and beyond for our needs and fantastic with any questions or issues with frames and lenses. When we stop in, he is usually in the vision center by himself and is making sure he handles all customers in a prompt and courteous manner. As long as he is working in this location we will remain customers!
You think your business inside the big busy great location as WM and then no need to care about SERVICEs. goodluck with that.
I called to make an appointment and the man on the phone didnt listen to anything. I wanted to make an appointment for glasses. Thats all. He managed to have me on the phone asking me a million of questions as if Im a new customer, even though I told him multiple times, Im a returning client. I was on the phone for 10 minutes just for him to end the call saying Im going to love contacts. Like are you kidding me?? Cheapest isnt always the best. Stay away.
I only give 1 star for the doctor. I went here today to receive an eye exam and the ladies in the front were SOO RUDE. The doctor was fine, though his eye exam was lightning speed...I feel I didnt get a comprehensive exam. He appeared qualified, at least. This center needs qualified, caring staff who have training in customer service.
Called and spoke to a lady and she was nothing but RUDE and argued with everything I asked and said. she wouldnt even look up my insurance to make sure they took it or not. will NEVER go to this vision center and be treated like that face to face
I got my 1st (2) pair of glasses from this center...one of the pairs I did not like the frame, so I was able to return them for different frames with no hassle at all. The associate working the center Mark P. was extremely patient and helpful.
The one star is for the actual doctor. Id rather give a zero rating because the front staff has such HORRIBLE customer service that it cancels the doctors efforts. In - person & over the phone interaction SUCKS. GO to Target they have reasonable deals, check Groupon too. Target here I come! Dont waste your time at this location.
On Saturday 5/21 I was seen by Dr. STERN I found him to be sloppy in both appearance and the quality of the exam. The optician named Victoria was extremely rude I left without ordering glasses. Went back on Moday I again saw Victoria she was again rude and had very little patience. She had to ask the optician named Mark for assistance I have had Mark in the past he provides excellent custmer service.
Ive been here a few times and have never had a problem with the optician or assistance being rude. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and got me in and out with out any problems.
Everyone was helpful and took care of my requests.
The lady who helped me couldnt help me, then she cut 2 people in front of us and felt like she just wanted to get rid of us after checkout
