Ive been here twice for prescriptions this past year and both times have been incredibly frustrating. The pharmacy staff isnt friendly at all and act as if you arent worth their time.It seems their estimates as to when the medication should be ready are always off by several hours and on top of that they make you wait an hour just to tell you its not ready.With terrible customer service from the pharmacy I highly recommend you find somewhere else to send your medicine and prescriptions!I do feel bad about the 1 star because the front end employees are actually good at their job and helpful when trying to locate an item but the pharmacy is just that bad.This was the second and last time Ill be giving my business here.

John (store manager)has poor customer service I was waiting in line and he told to Just goTo the self cash out with attitude I went and the item I was buying wasn’t showing the special it was showing on the counter then I went back to Be in line to pay with him and how he approached me as with a what? I was what? This item is not showing the deal it was where I got the items from and he was super rude and said well it’s not on sales.I let him know i was not going to get both items only 1 and he was rude and every word came out of his mouth was giving attitude and it was not a busy moment for him to try to rush out customers. Need to have better customer services. Imagine if store manager treats customers like that how is he training other staffs. I gave 1 star because I was not able To write a review without selecting a star. Bad 🤔😡

The store looked gloomy maybe because the lights werent really bright. Their prices werent great and we stopped by because my mom-in-law was looking for a cat toy.The store was easy to see from streets and the traffic wasnt really an issue since this store located very strategically in the corner and when we pulled out from the store as simple as that.The cashier was helpful and trying to help us as much as he could. I hope they changed the lights or make the store more bright and pleasant.

Very bad service the pharmacy is so unprofessional been waiting for 2 days to get my prescription fill first they told me my doctor didn’t sent the prescription then the next day they said they still didn’t receive nothing then my doctor calls and the prescription has been there since the prior day looks like they wrote it but forgot to fill it this was on Saturday around 2 then my doctor tells me to wait for them to call me but they never did and there goes another day with my kids sick and this incompetent pharmacist couldn’t fill a prescription that they have had since 48 hrs. This is for sure the last time I go there an most definitely don’t recommend going there.horrible service rude pharmacist never answer the phone and they leave you waiting for a long time. Never go there

Very bad pharmacy, waiting time is more that you can tolerate, the staff is rude, no customer service at all. Please, save yourself from a terrible experience DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Move to small pharmacies like Frys, Safeway, they have better prices, much better attitude and they are cordial, this pharmacy should be closed, and the staff fired!!!

The WORST Pharmacy I ever contacted, with the worst Customer Service, they all have an bad attitude, their phone have problems for months they do not care, they hung up on you because you do not understand what they say with the connection breaking all the time. The worst of all of them is the pharmacist assistance Victoria G. She should be working in Waste Management not in a pharmacy where clients depend on their medications and deserve a good service. People MOVE To FRYS good service and lowest prices, I just moved and I have never been happy.

Sorry to say that this is the most inconsiderate and unprofessional cvs pharmacy in the nation. I stayed on hold for 45 minutes to no avail, not to mention when they are rude in person. What happened to customer service . Walgreens is better by far.

Vicky is extremely unprofessional, told me Bill (the pharmacist) is the problem because he is lazy and leaves all the work for her ( her words). She also said she cries every night at home due to this job. She complained they were short staffed but there was 6 people working in the pharmacy. Everyone is in a terrible mood and they never fill your prescriptions on time. If you hate your job so much then quit, dont pass your frustrations onto customers that have been waiting days for you to fill their prescriptions.

Been on hold for pharmacy over 30 mins as I write this outta monotony. Filled script yest morning, was told ready this morning...Showed up 4pm, not ready. Said I really just need 1 thing outta the 4, was told they could do that. Was quite specific but upon returning home discovered it wasnt even what I requested. Its always a wait, busy or empty, I can probably do my taxes while still on hold. THESE GUYS SUCK 8=====D

This pharmacy is just horrble..always the worse experience with getting any meds. You call in and order a refill, come in and its never ready, they give you the wrong dosage and when you ran out, they refuse to give you even emergency 10 pills!!!

Absolute worst pharmacy, Id give it a negative if it was possible. Im pretty patient but this isnt the 1st time theyve done this Im 8 1/2 months pregnant with diabetes so I need my prescription. Ive called everyday for 4 days of why my prescription has been in process forever and I was running out. Everyday they kept saying oh a couple hours or by 3pm. Till I ran out and been without for 2 of those days now. Youll be on hold till the end of days and if by miracle they do pick up some of them have an attitude, or they straight up lose and dont know where they put your prescription. I dont leave reviews but its a warning because some people need their prescriptions because it could be dangerous and this is not the place. The Walgreens on 67th filled BOTH in less than 3 hours compared to DAYS

This used to be a good pharmacy. Now it is the worst was on phone for almost 2 hours waiting for pharmacy to answer of course no one answered. While I was on hold went to the pharmacy store manager standing in pharmacy doing nothing, guess manager to important to answer phone. Had already been waiting for prescriptions for 2 days had to verbally tell them about prescriptions waited another 40 minutes in the store for them to be filled. Something needs to be done about this pharmacy was not this way when previous pharmacists and his staff was there.

They have the most friendly staff who greet you EVERY TIME you come into the store or leave. The pharmacy staff are really great. They go above and beyond to help you with your prescriptions. I used to use another drug store for my subscriptions but my insurance stopped using them and I had to switch to CVS. I was genuinely mad about it, but after just the first to encounters with this pharmacy, I am no longer mad but happy because I didnt know that I was getting sub-par service at my old pharmacy until I came to CVS. CVS is the new poster child for excellent customer service for me.

After being without my heart meds for 4 days and my PCP called for them to be filled I call, on hold for over 35 minutes they finally answer and Im told medications are not their priority. She goes on to tell me Covid 19 testing and flu shots are their priority. Disgusting! That day I transferred my scripts.

Horrible pharmacy! They never answer the phone. Prescriptions filled late. Inconvenience to the max. Hold times over 40 min. Going to Walmart pharmacy. You can get them on the phone in less than five minutes.And now 10 months later years a re-evaluation: horrible! As soon as we can find another Pharmacy after this pandemic is over and we have more time we will. Between my incompetent ridiculous lackluster doctors office valleywise Community Health Center in Glendale Arizona and the CVS Pharmacy on Bethany Home Road it is nearly impossible to get prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Either the doctors office is too incompetent or this Pharmacy is. Today I went over to pick up a prescription that should have been filled 5 days ago but wasnt because the doctors office was incompetent and couldnt get it in there in time. So they finally did and I went to pick it up today .....but it was a wrong prescription. After leaving and having found out that they gave me the wrong stuff I went back, they said I could pick it up in a couple of hours but I couldnt come back that day so I said Ill be back tomorrow. After getting home I opened up my bag which should have contained my check card like it usually does, but it wasnt there. So I had to return again to claim my check card. Also if you try to call this place youll be on hold for at least a half an hour each time. Its ridiculous! I know the pandemic is making things bad but this Pharmacy was like this before the pandemic ever hit. Moving here from Ohio two years ago my experience has been that Healthcare and education are much more messed up in Arizona than even in Ohio.

If there was a negative option I wouldve chosen -10. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!!! Their excuse after telling you your prescriptions will be ready in an hour is and quote straight from the tech Steves mouth We are having staffing issues thats why they are not filled on time, and looked away after I questioned I have waited a day to pick up. He was soooo rude and looked at the lady behind me and said Can I help you. I told him I am also here to pick up my husbands prescription as well. Might I add I didnt wait an hour I waited till the next day to pick up prescriptions because this is ALWAYS the excuse why our prescriptions are not ready. Besides prescriptions not being ready the rudeness from ALL staff has definitely made me make a change to have my prescriptions filled at another store.

Ive been going to this location for 11yrs this is the second time ive been on hold for awhile now. Im just trying to get my meds the doc called in i just want to see when there ready, so I used my husbands phone while im on hold with mine . I spoke to Manager Brent, i have been on hold for 38mins 35sec and still holding he has informed me that Walgreens has stop taking Mercy Care so that is why there overloaded and they dont have enough people in the Pharmacy to handle all prescription! This isnt our problem HIRE PEOPLE CVS STOP BEING CHEAP IM SURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY FOR MORE EMPLOYEES!!Im sure you things wont change so im pulling all my scripts out im sure you wont miss one customer after all im still on hold why i have made my review its now 47mins 17 secs

Ive tried to get my stomach meds for 2 days now! Said would be ready yesterday then said today now after saying it would be ready at 6pm 12 hours ago!!! It now says it wont be ready till they close im now unable to eat or drink anything and im non stop puking because somone couldnt count 30 little pills and put them in a bottle in 2 days!!!! And dont try to call they dont awnser!!! Waited 2 hours

For pick up prescription it takes more then 50 minutes in line. If you come here be prepared to wait a long period of time. They never seem to have prescriptions ready. That’s in and out through the drive through. Horrible service!

Convenience location, nice and organized. The young girl/cashier at the register was extremely nice and helpful but everyone else at the pharmacy was unpleasant especially.. the pharmacist and the two women with black hair. Terrible customer service. I will never go here again.

Is it just me or is this CVS having problems with getting your prescription? Last 3 months I placed my order on the app I waited about 4 to 5 days to make sure my scripts had enough time to be filled when I get there they dont have it I never had that problem before WTF is going on? You better be prepared to wait, especially at the drive thru. ALWAYS call to follow up on your prescriptions after they have been called in or requested, my experience, too many times to count has been they dont fill them until you call and force the issue. They do not fill the app refill requests or call you if there is an issue. It takes days to fill simple prescriptions. And many times they are out of common medications. I got out of surgery and dropped if my prescription for pain meds and it took 5 hours to fill. If my insurance didnt require me to fill at cvs I would certainly take my business elsewhere. Staff is usually friendly at least.

Standing in line while I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes I’m watching 4 people walk around in the pharmacy ignoring the alert that now says 10 pharmacy calls!!! 10 people are waiting on hold with no one answering! Plus there are 5 people ahead of me! If they answered the phone it would reduce the amount of people walking in and waiting in line! All I wanted to know is if my prescription was ready! Now I have to wait in line to find out??? This makes no sense! This pharmacy needs to be closed down they are the worst pharmacy on the planet! DO NOT send your prescriptions here! I am canceling all my prescriptions coming here! Put them out of business! Stop coming here! And to make things worse they Closed the drive through pharmacy! It’s blocked off!

Convenient, friendly staff easy location. I alway shop at Walgreens and thought CVS was pretty much the same . After this shopping trip I realized there not . CVS has a bigger selection on what they carry . They do not sale cigarettes, but a ton of help aids to quit.

Everyone who answered the phone was so unreliable and not willing to work a bit extra to help their customers . Needed my daughters perscription and it took forever to find her in their system, when they actually had it the whole time. I work in the Healthcare field and I understand how important it is to help patients out, we should all be willing to go and extra mile to help others out

I usually use Walgreens but when I got my new prescriptions I decided to use CVS because it is a little closer. Well when I dropped them off yesterday the technician seemed like it was a bother to help me I chalked it up to maybe she was having a bad day. Today I went to pick them up and the same woman, I forget the name, seemed rude again . They werent ready because of a mistake on my insurance so I went back a couple of hours later when the problem was fixed and a new guy helped me this time. He wasnt that pleasant either. I never go to CVSs but from my short experience their workers have terrible attitudes and Id rather just take the little time extra to drive to Walgreens. Bleh
