Brittany helped me find an everyday liquid foundation, she was very patient and knowledgeable. Took the time to help me find, put on, and layer to cover up my problem skin. I ended up buying the face and body foundation which I am absolutely in love with. Definitely not like other makeup stores, I had a great experience. If you need help matching or finding the correct makeup ask Brittany, you wont be disappointed.

Came with like an hour til closing and wish i remembered the woman who helped me name, but it was just her left in the store. She was helping someone when i stopped in but in a respectful time came to my aid as well. I needed fitting for my shade in foundation and compact. She was incredible help and she got me a mix of pinks and yellows in the studio scuplt foundation as well as powder. Only reason i am giving a 4 and not a 5 iscause i wanted to design my own pro pallet with inserts for blushes, which i think it would have been 9-13$ for the pallet, 2-3$ per each insert, and 15$ per blush. I wanted a pallet, two inserts, for 4 blushes. Sadly they gad little to no blushes to order, zero pinks what so ever as it was, unfortunate because that would had been a good lil chunk of change added to my already 78$ order for the foundation & powder. Not including my highlighter pallet and contouring pallet, an additional 80$ maybe more tbh ? - but added to the total however i wasnt able to obviously. And being that i literally made 3 special trips a bit of ways from my home to this location. FYI MAC COSMETICS INSIDE THE MALL MAKES THEIR OWN HOURS, THE MACYS LOCATION CLOSES AT REG MALL HOURS AND THE DILLARDS ONE WAS CLOSED ALONG W DILLARDS ALL 3 TIMES ODDLY ENOUGH. I SUGGEST CALLING AHEAD WHEN YOURE GOING TO THE ACTUAL STORE INSIDE THE MALL ALWAYS!!!

I came here to the stand alone store inside Arrowhead Mall to get my makeup done. I am not a makeup aficionado. Therefore I left it up to Eva to doll me up. She did a fantastic job! She taught me a couple of tricks along the way also. I received multiple compliments throughout the night. The product she used on me was very nice and stayed put. I will be back for some more product. Especially the Fix+ spray. Not only did Eva do a fantastic job but the rest of the team there seemed very helpful not just the clients walking in but to eachother.

Saved me on my wedding day from a terrible experience elsewhere in the mall. They calmed me down, washed my face, redid my makeup and reapplied my eyelashes. They didn’t charge me a penny. Not only could you not tell that I looked like MiMi from the Drew Carey Show prior, you couldn’t tell I had been sobbing either by they time they were done. Extremely talented and caring makeup artists and employees!!

I love the Mac make up I don’t really like the people who work here they are rude and when u come with out make up they treat u different if u are with make up the price is sometimes a joke for little stuff is over price and the customer service as well if u pay for make up u paying for service as well and that’s why they need to treat u better if is a simple question people they don’t have to put you faces

Love the selection and staff at this store! Just wish they took apple/Google pay. With that I would give them 5 stars! I received tons of help looking for what I wanted and got great advice, highly recommend getting your MAC here over larger multi-brand stores.

I’ve been shopping here (the Dillard’s MAC) for over 10 years. Over the weekend I worked with Shannon and she was amazing. I was having issues with my face feeling “cake-y” and she helped me to determine a new foundation and powder to use. It’s been working perfectly! It helps with the oils and I don’t feel like my face is caked on. I’m thrilled with the new combination! Getting older means changes in skin, so I’m super thankful she helped me figure things out. Thanks Shannon!!!

My first experience in a MAC store 🤦‍♀️💁‍♀️ yeah I know. I was blessed with Betty who helped me with everything and oh my goodness was she so patient. She explained the appointment policy and what I needed to do in the future so I wouldnt have to wait, she was a doll 💖

This was by far the worst MAC experience I have ever had. I came in to get my makeup done last Monday for a special photo shoot I had going on in the afternoon. I figured if I came prepared with photos I would be able to get my desired results... boy was I wrong. This makeup was AWFUL! I seriously cannot believe they let this girl work here. I wouldnt be so harsh if she was nice... and that she was not. SO RUDE!! I let her finish my makeup, knowing it was BAD, and knowing I had to purchase product I went on to do that. Well that was another bad experience. I got no help what so ever on what I was looking for, no recommendations, no nothing. and mind you... it was a MONDAY, so they werent busy.Needless to say, I purchased my products, reluctantly and went home, washed off my horrible makeup and did it myself- which turned out 100 times better. Im usually not a knit-picky person, but enough is enough. I never have a good experience with MAC workers and this was the worst. Too bad many of the products are my holy grails- I will be ordering online from now on. AVOID THIS STORE!

Great experience today for my friend and I today. We were immediately greeted when we came in and the the both of us found the perfect foundations for our skin. Two ladies helped us and each did our makeup for us, which was so appreciated because we were able to test the product before we bought it. Amazing workers!!

I had such a great experience here! All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Jordan did my makeup for a wedding and I was so happy with it the whole evening. She took time to find out what I wanted and exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!!!

Made an appointment for full face makeup at 5:00PM and when I got to the store no one even knew I had an appointment. Then they told me I could not get in until 6PM when I had to be somewhere at 7:00PM. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a MAC store. What makes it even worse is that they said the managers are the only ones who make appointments. I literally rushed to this location from Goodyear only to be told I did not have an appointment. NEVER will I come to this location again.UPDATE:MAC turned my experience around completely! They squeezed me for full face makeup & had me looking gorgeous! And although I was just a smidge late to my event, it was well worth it bc they turned my frown upside down & I can say that I will go back to them for my makeup. I was getting complements all night on my look!Thanks MAC Team!

I went in to get some make up because my sister send me a gift card for my Christmas present but it was not the best gift because I had no help and when someone did help me she was rushing me out the door now you would think its Christmas get your commission sell as much as you can possibly get it but not here at this location it was what you want here you go get out my face then I told her I had a gift card the lady never say anything to me I get to the counter in the ladies like oh we dont except gift cards here youre going to need money and looked at me as if I couldnt afford it without the gift card I went home and when I looked in the mirror the little make up that she did put on my face it didnt match my skin I look pale yellow so now I have to go back and return it. unfortunately I would never want to go back to any of Mac stores if Im going to get this type of service Im sorry my Christmas sucks because people dont want to do there jobs

The young lady with the green ombré hair helped me out. even though it was a short visit she made me feel like she was happy to help me! didnt at all feel like i was rushed. she was with a client already but politely took the time to ring me out. definitely going to that location again.

Terrible service that didnt represent the product well. Ive worn MAC since their 1st campaign and Ive never been disappointed with the PRODUCT. There are only three brick n morter locations in AZ and all but Gilbert SUCK! Scottsdale rude and doesnt know the product line. Glendale disinterested and never has product. Not due to traffic, just failing to order correctly. Maybe if you have a pasty white complexion you might make due.Ive resorted to ordering on online. I get what I need and the service is just right!

Hailey helped me today. She was knowledgeable and her suggestions were on point! That face was beat and an added bonus was she didnt force product on me which allowed me to pick the product I came in for & a purchase per her suggestion! Would have given five stars but 3 things stood out and not for the good....1. They were having register issues....Hailey informed us and we were perfectly fine with the register lag issue! 2. Short Brunette with a short cut walks up right in front of us and says forbadum .... Dont bother telling the customers about the registers just make conversation. From an in store standing fine as for me a customer hearing this from staff...not cool to Hailey and definitely not to me the Customer! The Black jackets/higher up may have been close due to the register issue but Hailey is ringing her sales and you 3 of you behind her over her shoulder just eyeing....it shouldnt take 3 and if so dont just stand and glare! Greet your customer ....theres one behind her... Lol ..one can fix the wall display....one maintain the displayed fragrance and lipstick at the register! Cmon I love MAC but this visit stood out for all the wrong reasons excluding Hailey! Sales are on thing the product is good the price is fair...the customer experience just needs to be a focus as well.

I came in to get a foundation, but wasnt sure which to buy. I tried to get help from one of the workers, but the one and only woman on the floor decided she wanted to go ring people out while two other women were already up front ringing people out. Mind you, there were less than 5 customers in the store at the time. Then when she finally came to help me she couldnt even answer my simple question about her opinion on the foundations I had asked about. She then pulled another girl who had been hiding in the back to match me to the foundation I had chose. The new girl who came to help acted so rude and inconvenienced to DO HER JOB. She spoke but two words to me mumbling that my foundation would be up front. I didnt even walk out with the correct color. DO NOT go to the small store, go to the one in Dillards. Trust me.

Shannon was wonderful. Showed me how to contour and helped me obtain a natural look. My 2nd experience with MAC and I am very pleased. I think Ive found my favorite makeup retailer!!!!!

Emploees here are incredibly rude...they treat you different depending on how much you purchase. I have spent hundreds here yet depending on the visit the treatment differs. I am going elsewhere with my business at this point.

I have always loved mac makeup but after going to this location Im not sure il never buy it again due to the horrible customer service i recieved. From the second i walked in was ignored and i already knew what i wanted. People that came in after me were being helped first. It was just an overall bad experience. If customer service is important to you dont go to this location.

EVERY single time I go in there, the same chic is somehow ALWAYS there & ALWAYS extremely rude! Blonde hair, bad extensions or just bad hair and looks like shes 55 years old trying to be 25! Her eyelashes are always falling off AND she acts like shes BETTER than God himself! The ONLY reason I continue to go is bc of the product! This lady NEEDS to be fired! Next time I go in Im getting her name and complaining! I spend a lot of money in there and refuse to be treated that way any longer!

Great mac up when finding the right color

Felt rushed... The rep knew that the foundation sold wasnt my color even complimented me. I gave the wrong number but she insisted I was right, if only she took the time out to say Hey lets try another color or lets double check!
