One employee was more interested in catching me stealing than actually assisting me. I did not grab her name and only remember that she had horribly cakey eyebrows. She followed me throughout the perfume section and did the typical pick up item, pretend to look at it, place it down and side eye the customers. I didnt think much of it until I noticed my friend and I were the only ones in that section. What upsets me is that I had asked her for help in choosing the right shade prior to this to which she give me vague, halfhearted response and overall just seemed annoyed at me. I paid then left feeling gross.

Nice staff and a well stocked store inside the JCPenney. Smaller then a regular Sephora, but I didnt mind.

I wish I remembered the young girl who helped me and my niece! She was so kind 😊 plan on coming here again with my niece

I was absolutely blown away. I was helped last night by a gentleman named Albert.He spotted me looking around and immediately jumped in asking how he could help. Dropped everything and 100% focused on me. I am starting my makeup collection from very scratch as I unfortunately had my entire (10+ years) of makeup taken along with other items, when my car was stolen last week.Now I dont know about you other ladies and gents but nothing wreaks havoc more on my self-esteem than not being able to put on makeup when I want to feel presentable (looking at YOU, adult acne)Anyways, Albert helped me tirelessly to pick out a foundation that was EVEN better than my previous match!! And picked out some basics for contouring, brows, and mascara. Just the basics to get me through my audition really. After going up to the checkout, he gave me my birthday gift (my birthday was 3 days after the car theft.....SERIOUSLY.) and snuck some other freebies and goodies to round out my kit. I didnt realize how out of the way he went, including my last years birthday gift of tarte blush, which I missed terribly!! I came home and opened the bag and was just floored at how sweet of a care package he left me with. (There may have been tears involved)Im beaming over how kind he was through the whole process and Im so thrilled to go back and have him help me with my eventual stage makeup needs.Seriously Albert, you made a hell week a HELL YES week. Thank you so so much

This Sephora is incredibly understaffed. Or they don’t mind making guests wait 20 minutes for someone to help them shade match. Unclear which at this time. If you know exactly what you want, walk in. But if you want any sort of advice or help avoid this location like the plague. After 20 minutes I still didn’t have anyone helping me. It took me ten minutes prior to that to find someone who could ask for someone to help me because she was with a client. So the only helpful person was someone that was Already busy with a client of their own. So. Again. Run away. Don’t walk in. You might die of old age before anyone can actually help you.
