Visiting from pennsylvania and stopped in for breakfast. Quality of the food was wonderful with abundant portions and fresh ingredients. Service was fast and friendly and restaurant was clean and well run. Good location with indoor and outdoor seating available. Prices are very reasonable. Food was outstanding. Loved it.

Best Waffle in Burbank! Friendly, easy going, environment. Usually do my brunch there on quiet easy early afternoons alone. Read and eat, and drink coffee!

Clean restaurant, variety of choice. Covered patio seating available. Staff is very friendly and helpful, yet are also not overbearing. The service is quick and the food is top notch. The orange juice is fresh, the strawberries are succulent and even the eggs are rich as if from a healthy hen. When in the area again, I would go back to try more items. Forgot to ask about military discount. Oops.

Hands down THE BEST BURGER IVE EVER HAD!!!! I wasnt expecting to be taken aback by a simple cheeseburger but from the first bite my taste buds had exploded in ecstasy. Super great amount of cheezy ooziness the meat itself is quality and when I looked inside I noticed herbs 🌿 inside of the meat patty. The meat preparation is very thoroughly done the meat is juicy and tender the cheese oh I cannot get enough of that cheeese!!! I have never spoke so highly of a cheeseburger 🍔 hats off to the chef! Respect!!! 👌👌

Food is ok, charcoal service is very slow for hookahs, customer service is meh, but surprisingly when it comes to paying for the bill, it takes forever.

A huge menu selection, came here for breakfast for the first time and all I can say is perfect!The environment was really peaceful, food tasted amazingly and presentable. You get more food than what you paid for which is a huge plus since prices are really reasonable.Would I recommend it? Yes yes yes!

Breakfast is amazing staff is great they deserve five stars. Took a suggestion for my burrito hash browns inside so fire. Then onto the bagel cream cheese tomato onion smoked salmon can’t be beat.

This bistro is ranked the top bistro by the police haha. There were actually some cops when I went there. Their breakfast was by far the best I had during my stay in Los Angeles even though I ate the same at other places. I got juice, eggs, bacon, waffles and fruit and payed like $12.

This is a really cute and quaint restaurant, right in the heart of Glendale. The food is delicious. The pancakes i had were so fluffy, i couldnt finish them; But my buddy did. My buddies had chicken pesto paninis. They scarfed them down so fast, they didnt even get pesto on their blouses. Our waitress was fast efficient and very conscious of wearing her mask. We social distanced on the patio, whilst we were serenaded by jazz music. I will definitely go back: for PANCAKES!

The waitress was super nice and the food was great for dine in all though everything was served in to go containers and there was no refills. You order your food up front.

Said it was open at 7am on the door and it said open on Google maps, and even though the kitchen staff was inside, no one opened the door after we knocked and when we called twice -- waited outside and still nothing after 15 min.

They were really busy, but this is probably the best place to eat breakfast in the Burbank/Glendale Area. Service was slow, but steady. They were very attentive to needs, but ask for everything up front, or youll be waiting for a while.

It gets quite busy in the mornings, especially on the weekends, but their waffles are great (and HUGE), and I think that coffee is better than your average diner brew. Dogs are allowed on the outside terrace, which is also a plus.

Simple neighborhood diner with amazing wait staff who really take care of you. The breakfast burrito and coffee were both delicious, but the real diner wait staff is something that is hard to find here where people acting like they are that type of restaurant is more the case. Oh!! And for the breakfast burrito, hot fresh salsa was a wonderful touch

My friend and I eat here at least twice a month. They have the absolute best variety of choices Ive ever seen in one menu. You can get breakfast any time of the day. Plus they just extended their hours so theyre open from about 7am-2am (check their website to be sure) They become a hookah lounge in the evening. Ive never attended that, but I can attest to the breakfast and lunch menu.

Poor service, had to ask for water 3 times and finally got it after 15 minutes. The place is clearly understaffed. Surcharge or tip is automatically included (20%) and you need to pay close attention to be able to tell. No tab water available, you will only be served bottled water at a markup. Maybe someone should tell the owners that its Federal Law to offer tab water to your customers. Hookah isnt great either, if you are lucky you get one piece of a charcoal extra. Kind of a joke when you pay $28 for a Hookah. All the warm food on the menu is fried, other than the ready soup.

My favorite place for breakfast. The best omelettes. They have great waffles. All of the fruit and veggies are very fresh every time. Their French toast coating has pulverized captn crunch. A very relaxing place to escape the heat.

Great place to chill and eat. Went for dinner during hookah hours - food was good and service was great. Wait staff very friendly. We had nachos and chorizo omelet- super delish! Will be back to try the french toast :-)

We come here ALL THE TIME and it is always excellent. The waitresses are all super sweet and the chefs are consistently great in their offerings. We especially come during heavy weekend mornings for breakfast and have never had to wait. We love it!

This is a nice neighborhood restaurant. We mostly go for breakfasts there, I love the Greek omelette. The wait staff is friendly and very accommodating.

Great ambiance, excellent service. Outdoor patio is spacious, staff is friendly and incredibly attentive, hookah is good. Good for both large groups or an intimate date. I like the fact that you can speak Armenian or Farsi with some of the staff. 👌

We got to this cafe by accident, our motel was near. Before a walk around Los Angeles, me and my family decided to have breakfast. I ordered a vegetarian omelet and waffles. We were brought very large and insanely delicious portions! we were happy. Our tasty and wonderful breakfast provided a good mood for us all day. The furnishings and the interior are pleasant, there are many places, the staff was nice and friendly. Thanks a lot to Sayra for good service and attitude! If we are in LA again, we will come to this bistro definitely!

Surprisingly different and super delicious chicken burrito. Service top notch. hopefully I will be in that area again soon to revisit and try another unique version of a otherwise familiar dish.

Great place for breakfast on the weekends. The prices are low and the food is tasty. Their coffee is especially consistently good.Theres always this guy playing guitar there in the morning on the weekends. Hes really good! And they put his sound through the speakers on the front patio.Great atmosphere out there. Try the waffles, pancakes, or french toast.They even do an omelette and waffle combo thats awesome!

My band had just finished playing a show in Los Angeles. Im certain it was well after midnight, and this place appeared to be the only restaurant that wasnt serving fast-food and was still open. So we wander in and the staff politely lets us know that it is nearly closing time. We quickly order breakfast foods and coffee. The midnight breakfast was excellent; despite being near closing the cooks clearly were not rushing our food or skimping on quality. But the coffee...The coffee.It was the best cup of coffee I have ever had in my life. It was dark, it was rich, smooth and not at all bitter. Sleep be damned, I ordered a second cup even though the cup that they served me with was more akin to a bowl. Maybe it was because it was fresh-brewed because were one of the few freaks who would order coffee at this hour, but I would venture to guess that even if it was a stale drip it would remain a formidable cup.

This place is the best go to for any night. They have amazing food. If you come here definitely order the yogurt parfait and the chicken Greek salad.Literally the best Greek salad Ive ever had anywhere. The hookah is amazing too.Always hits well. The place is really clean. The best is their service though. They offer the best service and all the waiters are very kind.The owner is really nice too. Hes always walking around and making sure that everyones satisfied.

Food is good people nice BUT...Servers also clear dishes and work registers and handle your toast and other food like bagels, etc bare handed, thats after touching used glasses and eating utensils and cash at the register. Gross!If that troubles you then speak up, maybe they will correct these food handling violations.

I enjoyed their breakfast. My wife ordered the bfast burrito, I had the greek omlette. I was a little upset I didnt get my toast with the omelette but Im not going to cry over a couple missing pieces of bread because I ordered the waffle as well which was delicious. They have an option for half waffle and a whole omlette on the menu which I may consider in the future but then you miss out on the bfast potatoes which were very good. Service was outstanding, we never had to wait long for a coffee refill, or the check. I also enjoyed the guitar soloist jamming in the morning. Will def be back.

It was ok. On the same grade as ihop or Waffle House. They brought out “melted butter” which smelled like pop corn and looked like pure oil. You can definitely tell everything is made cheap and but still a $30 bill for two people. If you’re going out for that much pick somewhere else.

Hard to get service, waitress with red ponytail seemed to be mostly attending big order tables and neglecting other tables. She would be constantly asking tables with many drinks or food if they needed anything but not tables with 3 drinks or less she would just pass by those and not all if they wanted a refill or anything. Also asked for a soft drink and was given an expensive hot can of soda, without being told the drinks came in cans and before I could ask for a glass she was gone, had to go to the front and ask her for a glass with ice which I got about 8 minutes later.

Of course its a good place for hookah, but they have a fantastic food menu too. I just wish the tea was a better brand and they came around refilling instead of offering 1 tea bag per order...can get noisy and loud sometimes, but its just a hip spot for the Thur-Sun crowd

I mean this spot is just OK, but Id never come back. I headed here after finding out Shakers was closed in Glendale (so sad). Not comparable to Shakers (which is I guess unfair because Shakers had really warm servers who had worked there for years and whipped butter/cream to pour instead of from tiny packets, just a familiar and lovely vibe in general).I had a decent club sandwich. The patio is a nice, even though its along San Fernando so not much to look at, its always lovely to sit outside under shade. Service wasnt terrible but...I didnt get the sense they cared to check if we needed more coffee or anything. They probably do fine for the neighborhood and shine in the evening when they transition into a hookah cafe.Conclusion: I honestly wouldnt choose this place for breakfast compared to other choices nearby unless I had to stop in for convenience.

Im only 3.5 miles away from their restaurant and had a big order for them. Food for like 5 people, I asked if they would deliver to me, the answer was no. Terrible business attitude, the extra 0.5 miles (a few more blocks) cost them a big order and a new customer :(
