Im and out has the best burgers. This place is clean & fast. It can get busy at times but its worth it.
I had a very amazing service from the smiles on staffs faces, to great tasting food, and food coming out very quick. The restaurant was kept really clean as well, tables were cleaned soon as customers were finished eating. The only negative is that I wish they would do something about the transient issue. I wasnt able to go to the restroom. 1st time a transient was basically taking a shower. 2nd time transient going through the trash making a mess. The restroom pretty small and did not feel conformable with my back against the guy.
Its in and out without the long lines of drivers. This one is walk up only. Can still have a little wait but nothing like the normal In and Outs. You can dine in or take and eat in the Americana.Food was good as always and quick friendly service
At last had the chance to visit a real California In-&-Out. Delicious burgers just the right size. Fresh french fries. Fast service . Great burgers.
Good food, good prices and good service. I personally like them better than Shake Shack and its cheaper too. I love their burgers and their pink lemonade. This location is always clean and fast. Would recommend!
Employees should be trained more in talking to customers and their rights
If you have a car avoid this place. Theres a better in n out near the freeway. They have no drive thru and horrible parking arrangements. They offer parking behind but you have to roam around all leves until you get lucky.
Loved it burgers were delicious and the most fun part was the staff they were so nice and loud as we waited It was the coolest time Ive ever experienced at in & out if your in LA you should definitely go get some in & out soon. God bless Amen
Lettuce wrap double double is awesome… don’t forget to ask for their famous spread sauce and chilies on side..😉 enjoy!
Staff was awsome. They seem to enjoy working there. Thats what makes the atmosphere so positive. You feel it as you walk in. Thank you to all the staff for working together as a team. Food was great as always!!!
The food is always good just no parking and no drive trough. If u go during lunch time good luck finding a seat to eat inside.
Very clean and food came quickly. I like how this in n out is quicker than most of the other locations
Always A+ food and customer service and the bugers are top notch.
You can never go wrong with In-N-Out. When you’re around the Americana and you don’t know what to eat, just go to In-N-Out and order a double double. The burgers will always taste great and fresh. Secret tip: if you like a bit of spicy, ask for chilis inside your sandwich, you’ll thank me later.
Not my usual great service experience with this location of in and out, but the food was great and was prepared quickly. This location tends to attract a riff raff crowd from the local establishments and it caused a bit of a tense loud environment. Luckily, i was only in there for a few minutes. I probably will avoid future visits to that location, expecislly after 10pm.
Never been to a In-N-Out without a drive thru it was kinda wierd. Do it was strange, its one of favorites. Love the how spacious it is. And like always great burgers
Service was good, food was delicious, only thing was the tables werent separated right. 3 tables back to back were open. Then one marked unavailable due to social distancing. It should have been every other table.
The young lady cleaning nthe tables is wonderful!!, I was the guy with the city vest today btw😃.
Awesome, just like the one in Houston super tasty
All good, besides outside the restaurant and the stairs from parking are in terrible terrible unclean conditon
The line is long but the staff is efficient and friendly so it more than makes up for it.
It was not so bad the only I missed is the lemon 🍋 for Coke still not bad feels strange but good after a long time not eating inside 🤣 ok!
Ima producer and a writer. The hamburgers and cool drinking with boys and the fries are cool 2.
I mean can you ever go wrong with an in and out experience. The location in Glendale is very nicely kept and its a very large setup which is nice. The burger was perfect as always and I got a Neapolitan milkshake with animal style fries. I asked for extra pickles and most places forget but they were there!I would definitely come back to this location.
Great Napolitan shake (vanilla, strawberry and chocolate combined). It was crowded😔. Good thing that there was an employee cleaning the tables non-stop.
The food was amazing and the place for dine in was super clean and the staff was super friendly and awesome would come back to eat here again
Love how they layer the animal fries. The one in Arcadia only put spread on top
Fresh fast food made to order during a busy time between 12 pm and 3 pm I waited under ten minutes to receive my order which is fast given the position and number I was in line
Fast service, friendly staff. We were really In and Out😁
Good food... good service.
The cook was on their job. Salted to perfection. Just eerie quiet inside tho. I guess ten o’clock is late in Glendale on a Tuesday.
Nice and clean place. Burger was juicy and tasty.Very reasonably priced.
This place is a massive fast food factory! We wanted to do In-N-Out while in California, and google suggested this as the closest location. It took a little bit to get to, as the main boulevard it is situated on is part of a gigantic shopping complex, and we were coming from the opposite direction. Finding a spot in the parking garage was a bit of an endeavor... it was super busy and crowded and we had to drive all the way to the top of the garage. The service was not the quickest ever, but at least it means the burgers are fresh. They tasted quite ok, though I’m not sure if I understand all the fanaticism.Subtracting one star because all the empty tables were sticky and not recently cleaned at all.
We all know how good the burgers are here. I dont need to speak much on the food, but In-N-Out has made some changes in customer experience. Ive been eating here since I was a kid and Ive never been treated with this kind of respect. Considering this is fast food, now Dominic the employee at this location approached me as I sat down. He asked if he could wipe the table down and grab my food when it was called for pick up. It wasnt just him asking, its how he asked that made me feel welcomed. Thank you Dom hope your managers appreciate your hard work.
Good burger. Really loud on intercom shouting.
The double double animal style I ordered was perfect! The animal style fries were decent but a little soft and undercooked. I’m told, I should order them well done next time! This location has a free parking garage attached. I’ve been here a few times now, and I can say the restaurant gets much busier after 1pm. The food has been consistently good for me. Enjoy!
Great burger. I also love their Kona coffee, and ice tea, both fresh brewed everytime. I get the double single burger. The closest In n Out to me is just off the intersection of the 2/134 freeways, exit at Holly Or Harvey. The lines can be long but the burgers are great.
Great burgers. Came all the way from Detroit for them and a busy location
Solid burgers and fries, family enjoyed the meal. They are getting very skimpy with the topping for animal style fries now, and thats not cool.
Delicious as always, with great service. Con: no drive thru; Pro: rarely packed.
Very good quality of food but was very crowded
What can I say about the legendary In-N-Out burgers that hasn’t already been said? A family-owned chain of burger stands that has been around since the dawn of (burger)time that offers the basics—made-to-order burgers, fries and drinks. Their food is well worth the money, but because the food has been reviewed (extensively) elsewhere, I will leave it at that.Did you know that In-N-Out is credited with being the first drive-thru hamburger stand? Interestingly, the Glendale is one out of only five of their stores without a drive through (probably because you’d have to drive through a mall!) an omission which does little to decrease popularity much, as they are busy from open till close (10:30 to (at least) 1 AM).Because it lacks a drive-thru, parking is definitely an issue to consider as part of the experience at this particular restaurant. The front of the store faces Brand blvd and has a LA Metro bus stop located at the curb. If you are heading south on Brand-immediately preceding the storefront there is a small turn-out lane intended for brief loading/unloading only, but people (read a**holes) do park there. Immediately after the storefront (going south on Brand) turn right, into the driveway alongside the restaurant. After about 200 feet turn right, into the multi-level parking structure. Turning on the first left will take you up, into the structure and taking the second left will lead you to the street and/or a second parking structure. Patience is a necessity due to an unexplained loss of skill and common-sense, which commonly occurs when others are driving in Glendale.Perhaps due to the extra frustration imposed on customers while parking, the staff at this In-N-Out are extra courteous and helpful. One in particular, Krystine, seems almost telepathic in anticipating what I want to order. She also has a 10k gigawatt smile which almost shines through her facemask and makes my day everytime I visit. Kudos— to the entire staff for a burger well made and a job well done!
Indoor seating is very limited. Customers claim tables before ordering (often sitting for like 20 minutes), which makes it challenging for customers who have received their food to sit and eat (and are forced to wait longer). Otherwise, in-n-out rules.
Not exactly thrilled with the employees at this location. I honestly did not feel a single ounce of customer service from any of the employees I came into contact with. They were all incredibly short and unfriendly. They were not very busy at all but took an inordinate amount of time to get orders to customers. I was specifically asked if I wanted extra spread for my cheeseburger or ketchup for my fries, I answered yes but didnt receive any of either. What really irritated me the most though was the fact that I received vanilla shakes when I ordered chocolate shakes... Not a big deal at all! However, the attitude I was met with when I took the shakes back to the counter to get replacements was so dismissive and rude I seriously couldnt believe I was in an In N Out. The person didnt speak a single word to me but just grabbed the wrong shakes and threw them away, got replacements made and then shoved them back across the counter at me. There are other In N Outs around LA, I would suggest patronizing another location for far better customer service.
Food was great, as usual. Also great to see the employees telling those unmasked individuals to either mask up or leave.
For how busy the place was, we got our food very quickly. The line was out the door.
Cant go wrong.
I love in n out but they were low on essential workers so they weren’t able to provide that day! I also saw a mask irresponsibly left out in the restroom! Not safe, the other locations seem to be great so far though!
Overrall good experience and good food
I was there today with my family a guy named Ignacio took my order with such good customer service and he also gave my kids stickers wich I think was really awesome the food was great and on point thanks Ignacio keep up the good work
Been here a few times while on vacation. The food is good, affordable and staff are great.
Spot on experience. Courteous staff, predictable food, clean facility. Wish they would come to Washington.
Wonderful service. Food is excellent.
The best burger and animal fries💪💪🤤🤤🤤
Best burgers 🍔in LA
I came to this location because there wasnt a line stretched down the road for many blocks like the Sunset location. I was fine with leaving one location a d driving to another because In-N-Out is so special that my household had to have it. I was able to order my burgers, fries, strawberry shakes and pink lemonade and everyone in my house was happy.
Great place for a quick lunch...
No other burger restaurant like in n out. This location was very courteous and clean.
What is there to say about IN & OUT! Their burgers are unique.
The service was very good but the customers have a very privileged vibe here from my experience.
Great burger, fries were ok
Need AC!!! We are in SoCal it’s HOT in here 🥵
The space inside is big enough to keep people separate during this pandemic and the workers keep count well enough so as to not overcrowd.
There was a long line and only one cashier work. This makes no sense at all.
I dont even want to write this review. This is fast food... I ate a gourmet burger the day before to give contrast to this place. The Animal Style Double laughs in the face of your fancy burger. Sure it doesnt beat say....Tucker Dukes but its $8. Uuuugh it was so good. McDonalds, you are dead to me.
The best burger in town
The food is always delicious but the doors leading to the parking lot are closed so you will have to walk down the alley. I didnt like that, there was a homeless man next to the big dumpster, to me walking by myself that wasnt safe.
The fries tasted like they were thawed out and then frozen again and thawed out again (possibly freezer burnt). Cheeseburger was great!
Always good food, always good service, had my first protein style double double and it was fantastic!
Worst In-N-Out experience Ive ever had in my entire life. Native Californian of over 32 years, I almost never want to come back to an in and out because of this experience
Convenient parking, but will usually be busy youll be encountering a wait time of 10-15 minutes depending on service.P.S. No Drive-Thru
Very good food
Goodness Gracious Im glad I live on the East coast or I would be another 50 pounds !
Great helpful costumer service and amazing clean store
