Best phone, watch and iPad screen protector ever! They have them in matte and shiny. I love the matte option as it doesn’t show fingerprints. I have dropped my phone a lot and it has protected so much better than class. Raul was so professional and helpful! Highly recommend!!!

The glass screen protector is BAD. Not worth it! Save your money! If you want a glass screen protector just buy a cheaper one because it will probably be better. I got the expensive glass screen protector and it chipped without me dropping my phone within 6 days. I went back to get a replacement within their 7 day warranty and they refused to replace it. Customer service was a complete 360 from when I first went. When making the sale they were nice but when I needed help they immediately wiped their hands clean. Will not be purchasing Glass Armor again.

Thought it would be a good experience since I’ve shopped with them before - they did my iPhone 7 Plus a couple years ago and did a decent job (couple air bubbles on the edge). But with the most inopportune hours in the middle of the work day, I called on Tuesday to see if they had an iPad Pro screen protector in stock so I could coordinate coming in today (Friday, since they’re closed on Wednesday and Thursday for some reason). I even called right after I got off work around 5:45 to check if I was still able to been seen today since they close at 7. I drove forty minutes to Arrowhead from Scottsdale, arrived at 6:35 to be turned away because the guy had two phones and a watch to do before they closed at 7?? I guess he just didn’t want my business or the $120 it would’ve been to wrap my iPad. Very disappointed, wouldn’t recommend, horrible customer service, give somewhere else your business.

I have had Ghost Armor on my last 3 phones, and never had a cracked or scratched screen. So of course with my most recent phone I drove to the nearest Ghost Armor (25 miles) to get their matte screen protector put on! I seriously will not use any other screen protector! I drop my phone A LOT (in all fairness it is usually the kids that drop it) and this stuff really protects my screen! great product, great customer service

As expected, this location gets packed but Treat was very nice and attentive with everyone around. If anyone had a question, he was quick to answer with a smile. He also made sure my protector looked nice and smooth. You can tell he takes pride in his work and I appreciate that. Do not usually go to this location but I will for sure be back.

I have used Ghost Armor for the last 5 years! Its is hands down the most amazing product to protect your phone, tablet or watch! They do cover more than this.( I know cause I asked a guy once) they have changed a lot over the years but there is no denying this product is the BEST! I only recommend this!!!! Its all you need to protect your device.

I only gave them 4 stars for the time it takes. It takes a while, yes. But they do a great job. I have had mine on my phone for ever. Never have had to replace it. I am the most clumsy person ever and drop my phone when i have the chance. It protects your phone from scratches and cracks. I wouldnt buy anyother screen protector.

Ordered a tablet cover in april... its now June. The sales staff are too retarded to get the order processed correctly. Ive been here 3 times to have the cover put on but the first time they texted saying it was in but wasnt. The second time it was the wrong size... and the third time it was clear AND the wrong size. I told the inept manager I wanted my money back and he directed me to corprate... maybe corporate could give their managers a little more authority but the fact that he has a 2 inch coke fingernail... I can see why they dont..ANOTHER ISSUE... Ive had my note 8 screen protector reapplied (for another fee) at least 3 times because the edges peel up.

These guys are nothing more than seedy used car salesmen. It took them 4 times as long to install it than they quoted. 4 months the corner started peeling up and they said they had to replace the screen protector and it would be $10. I asked why this wouldnt be covered by workmanship warranty and they said it was probably a product defect and I had to replace the cover. Overall the product is good but I strongly recommend against going to this location. They go out of their way to make the sell but once they have your money you become a nuisance to them.

Put a shield on my phone a few weeks ago . I was told that there was a warranty but was not told that every time I need to replace it Id have to pay. What kind of warranty is that? Its only been 3 weeks and it already fell apart Do not trust them. Went back today and they showed me the fine print where it States that theres a $10 fee for every time they replace it, SEEING MY ANGER, HE LAUGHED IT OFF! :( . Do not go here ANYONE HERE THAT RATED THEM ABOVE 1 STAR WORKS WITH THEM!!!

I got the $50 deal, they said if Im not pleased or want to return it, I can in 7 days. My girlfriend bought me a screen protector that same day. When I went back to return both products, they said they could only return one or the other. Its so dumb. Loss of 30 bucks pretty much.

I always wrap everything I have in ghost armor! My watch, my tablet, my phone ect. I used to use invisasheild, however with time their protectors get sticky... Sometimes you get it put on perfectly the first time, sometimes it takes two tries. However I wont go anywhere else!

Crooks and Bad Customer Services. I had the film put on my S8, the guy doing it left bubbles on my screen and said they will go away. Never went away... all that went away was $38 out of my pocket to his and wont give me a refund. Crooks I say

Worst service I was toll that they always was going to have the screen protectors repleisment and by the time I needed it they were out of stock plus they toll me that it was going to be 5 dollars for repleisment and when I when to the store it was 15 dollars

Customer service and support never returned call after multiple attempts. Staff in this store is not helpful. I would have given no stars if thats an option! This store is the worst!!
