I was given better service & offered more money cash back to replace car windshield just by going through this company. AUTOGLASS 2020!I seriously dont normally leave reviews and thats good or bad.Im leaving this review right now only because this company is deserving of the 5 minutes of my time to express my thanks to them for making my experience doing business with them an easy one. I am also going to mention that their technician that came over to my house to replace my windshield was a very kind & professional person but also a fast worker and extremely good looking. Haha I know its not very professional to say things like that but its not my place of employment I am the customer & so there ya go. (:

They didnt even answer the phone and when you get all the way over there at least they answered the door. But I did look and couldnt find what gift cards they take. Ive take alot of stuff over there some brand new and they have bought nothing from me or any of the several people I know thats gone there.Dont waist your time!!!!!

Cool place but low ball you to the maxI took my 14k gold necklace thats broken so i was thinking of selling it so i came hereThey gave me an offer and i accepted it so when verifying the necklace they said its gold plated and thats its copper that they are not buying it from me, made me feel like i was hustled for this piece of gold soI went to a different jewelry store called MAYAS JEWELRY they tested it out and even offered double the money for my necklace.

I had such a great experience at this store. The name of this store says it all they buy gold, gift cards and electronics. I came in with some electronics that I don’t use anymore and was pleasantly greeted. They quickly verified sold listings and explained the price they offered. I was really impressed when they told me I could most likely get paid more if I tried selling on my own. I just decided I didn’t have the time and I didn’t need the stuff anymore. I believe I was treated fairly and everything made perfect sense to me. I was treated kindly and respectfully and that’s really all anyone can ask for. I didn’t feel pressured to sell anything. I have some gold jewelry and gift cards left over from the holidays that I plan on bringing to them as well. This is a fantastic small business and if you don’t want to spend time trying to sell yourself, I would definitely recommend paying this store a visit. If anyone says otherwise it is because of unreasonable expectations. I truly just want to thank my new friends and We Buy Gold Gift Cards & Electronics!

I sold a gift card and found out they repair computers, replace watch batteries and provide notary service. The staff was very nice. Ill definitely be back.

I brought your laptop in there to see what they would offer. But they do not test it out and say it is too old for anything. I know and I have test my laptop out and it still works to this day. And the guy has bad communication on the phone

Had some unwanted gift cards from Christmas, took them to B&D unfortunately wasnt the price we were trying to get but the staff was very friendly, upfront and honest.. thats hard to find from most of the similar types of businesses around here... Highly recommended

I had a great experience when I went to visit this store. I usually dont write reviews but I read a crazy one just now and I know it was from the crap competitor down the street. Look at the name on the review! Not even a person! I went to visit a friend in AZ and had a couple things I need to sell to make some extra cash. I took my items in and got solid offers. They had great customer service and actually walked me through their process. I LOVE transparency. Afterwards I went to the crap competitor down he street and got a low ball offer. What a joke! That also could NOT explain why they offered me such a low price for my iPhone. I quickly went back to We Buy Gold, Gift Cards & Electronics and sold them my stuff.If you are looking to sell your electronics and are in the Glendale Area they are the only option in my opinion. I would recommend them with more than 5 stars if I could...and shame on you Mr. Pimpen(yeah right like thats a real name) for hating on your competitors because they are doing a better job then you. Offer better prices for your stuff and stop hating on the honest good businesses in your area.

They seem to know their stuff and have offered fair deals for stuff Ive brought in. I would definitely recommend (and have recommended) B&D to friends looking to both sell gold and those looking to have electronics repaired or sold.

Wow what a wonderful experience I had walking into b&d we buy gold gift cards and electronics. First of all, I always dread walking into these stores because I have had bad experiences with other store similar in this area. But I was shocked how friendly and honest they were. I had a few gift cards left over from christmas along with an ipad that had a cracked screen and they offered me a great deal. I was even able to buy a couple video games for my xbox and still come out ahead. More important to me was being able to hang out in the store and just chat with the owners about random things. They proved my opinion about gold store wrong for once. If you need to sell anything or are looking for a great deal on electronics i would recommend going there and just checking them out. Glad i did!

Terrible place. I took a gift card in they said the system was down that they couldnt verify it. The guy said I dont know what to tell you. I walked out the door called the card and it gave me the available balance. I will never come to this place again. These people are very rude.

Just another mom an pop store that sells refurbished outdated junk for a higher cost than the origional brand new price. Mr. And mrs. Scam artist manage their instore yard sale and yet have terrible customer service skills and failed to reach any target market. They would be Better off renting out a vendor spot @ the indoor swapmeet or flee market with all the other scums in the market. At least @ the swap meet their scandalized idea of a buisness wont stick out from the other going out of businesses/yard sale. Ebay is not a bible nor the best place to search up a prod. Who in their right mind trust and purchase anything from there!! In there eyes the customer is wrong and google search is wrong untill the see the best fitted minimum price and excluding the real value and hope to sucker the seller to hand over there unwanted possessions in persuasion of denying any value whatsoever. As soon. As they run out of merchandise from thiere home, I foresee their insurance being defrauded for robbery. If you like getting bent over and taking it in the anus this is the scandel for you if not be smart go down the street to a well respected company. These owners need to change their game plan before there scam turns against them.. Wouldnt have given them one star not even a half. But five stars to their ignoranceand deceptions.
