Poor Toys RUs. They are closing soon. The items werent put on nice display anymore. They put them up to 40%.Only times will tell when they are officially is closing.

We left Toys R Us because they offer a variety of toys that other stores dont carry. The prices are a little higher than Walmart but you have a bigger option.

My wife went to this location yesterday to purchase a tablet for our son’s birthday. She was told by a manager at the Arrowhead location that they had one left. When she arrived the store associate states I don’t know why they sent you here. Then the manager Paul came out and said we haven’t had tablets in months and our system are incorrect. Paul went on to ask who the manager was at the other location as if he were going to call. But he did not he went back into his office while my wife called the other location. Although everyone said sorry no one showed any empathy for seven almost eight months pregnant wife. She then asked if they could look in the system to put a note in so no else would have this experience and was told by a Paul the store manager that would be a waste of his time. I guess like my wife wasted time and gas. The first manager should have been aware of the system issue and Paul and his staff should have shown empathy. My wife was so upset she started to have contractions on the way driving home. If you have a Customer Friendly job then you should display Customer Friendly reguardless if you are about to lose your job or not. You get another job in the area in Customer Services and we will not forget this awful experience.

Going out of business. Staff is friendly. Most items are at least 50 percent off.

This building is pretty old, but still has the adequate aisle space to shop and move with ease. It gets very busy in the afternoon so its better to shop in the morning or on a Sunday. A lot of parking space. Babies R Us is in the next building. Many restaurants around the area also in case you want to have a bite.

Clean store. Well stocked. Wasnt offered help from staff, but thats fine because I enjoy shopping alone.My toddler was happy looking around.They have a small baby section.Baby dolls, lego, cars, board games, train sets, music toys and little people toy sets.Wide range of dolls of different ethnicities and sizes, as well as lots of kitchen play sets.I wish toys r us was a bit cheaper selection, but the store itself is nice.Very clean and well ran.

Definitely going to miss this store once they close. I loved going here to buy my kids toys. I even enjoyed this place when I was a child myself. Going to miss the best toy store Ive ever been to

Havent been here in years! Did some Christmas shopping here. It was crowded, of course! Lots of the toys packaging were smashed up, and bashed in on the corners. When we get to the register, we were not even greeted by the cashier. What happened to great customer service, even during Christmas?!! I gave her a cheerful HI!! She responded with hiii, in the lowest, depressing tone, ever!! Her name started with an A, which was not even pronounceable. She asked me if I was on the rewards program, and I said No, I would like to sign-up. She rings me up, then I ask Okay, so how does the rewards work now? Her reply was Oh, did you want to sign up? I replied Yes, I said that from the beginning, when you first asked me. So, what happens now? Do you just redo the transaction? She says No, I already did it, but you can sign up now, and when you make a purchase for $100 and over, you will receive a $5 reward emailed to you. REALLY?!!! So, just forget that I already spent over $100 NOW!!! AND, she told me that the sale prices will come out at the end of the transaction. Well, that didnt happen either! Now I have to make another trip there to get a refund!!NOTE: Please hire nicely trained staff that are competent, and smile, and maybe like their job a wee bit.

This place is nostalgic to me, always going here as a kid was an awesome treat. I remember my parents always saying that it was expensive though, and I could only pick out ONE thing.Now, as an adult, I see what they meant. The prices definitely seem higher than.This specific location is fine, cashiers are friendly. There is usually a wait to check out, the process seems slow.Sad to see so many closing their doors. Try revamping your style!

Its all on sale with 10 - 15% off on top of an already 50% off marked item. Everything is super cheap. Buy what your kids want before its all gone!I bought 3 Minnie and Micky dolls for 30$ when Amazon is marking them at 65+ a piece.Also got some foam mats ! 😁 really feels bad theyre going out of business but still its an awesome liquidation!

Went in there on 3-30-18 and wasn’t really a big reduction in prices, but I did find some cute sandals for my daughter some peppa pig toys and a paw patrol sleeping bag. It’s sad that toys R us will not be around anymore, this is childhood memories 😞 and it’s sad my daughter won’t have that chance to be a toys R us kid. Kay Bee Toys is supposed to make a comeback so maybe my daughter will be able to have a good toy store to grow up with

Good place, was looking around for Christmas ideas, and 5 different employees asked if I needed help, without any pressure in buying anything. This was good because at least I know they were helpful, and cared about the customer

No wonder they went under. Poor customer service. Didnt go in for deals or anything, just wanted some of those water balloons that fill up quick. Couldnt get help, just ended up leaving with something else we needed I happened to find on my own. Girl at the counter asked if I found everything and didnt suggest a solution. Why ask?!

Great staff, super helpful customer service. Poor quality toy. Bought a baby doll and the leg broke off within 15 mins of opening the package. No returns due to going out of business. Big waste of money. Probably old and the plastic was brittle. My girl cried for 15 minutes, heartbroken.

Lots of inventory & the prices were very high. If the items were more specialty this could be justified. (we went there with a gift card) The store looks aged inside & out but our cashier was super friendly.

Still like this place. Massive selection and you can get a better feel for the item unlike online. Hope they weather the storm.

Love taking my son to Toys r us. I remember my dad taking me and checking out all the toys . I love that in a digital age toys still capture the hearts of kids .

I came to the store since they are closing. They are having sells on all items. I did get some baby outfits as well as towels for my son. I was looking for a floor mat for him to start crawling on but I wasnt able to find one that was thick enough to protect him from hurting himself on our tile. They did show me one but it was not as thick as I was looking for. Their stuff is usually very friendly and I also enjoy that the store was not too busy. On the bonus sides there bathrooms do manage to stay clean usually which matters a lot to me. I will be returning soon to buy some more products for my baby and my friends that are pregnant.

Awesome deals now that theyre closing. Pretty crappy that they wont allow use of gift cards. You already got the money!!! I should be able to use it!

Sadly going out of buisness! My 2 youngest got to experience this awesome store at a minimum because there are only 7 days left to visit. Right now everything is 60 - 80 % off.

Awful customer service. Initially they said they do not have an item, but when I told them that online it says that it is available in store they checked again and found it. I asked for a manager, no manager came to see me because they were chatting with other employees, cashier was not nice as well. Not my first bad experience at this store. They do not care about customers. Not shopping at this location ever again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Condescending and hostile employees. Besides the employees making it obvious that they hate their jobs and customers, they wouldn’t return an item at full price because I received a promotional gift card, even though the cashier double charged me, & even though I would have still qualified for the gift card with my return. In addition, the ASM (Pearl) was very rude & refused to return the rewards dollars that had been spent on the double charge. It got to a point where I just had her refund my entire purchase & relinquish my rewards dollars & gift card. I refuse to spend my earnings where my business is not appreciated or wanted. I have been a loyal Toys R Us customer for years, but I will no longer shop at this location, or any store that doesn’t value customer service.

What can you say? This place is going out of business because their toys were always 20% above normal retail. Even their clearance prices only brings the toy store normal price at any other store.

Selection seems small. Prices are ok. Better off looking online. Cant last too much longer i think.

Organized, lots of toys. Some prices are very low but you have to price match for the item you want to get the best deal.

I was extremely disappointed to see the so called discount due to store closing sale. Prices were not even comparable for the exact same toy that can be bought at Target or at Wal-Mart.

I ordered a present on line and went into the store to pay and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

They are closing but still have a few wonderful baby beds and furniture

Well I wanted to call to check the availability on 2 Nintendo 3ds consoles and 1 leappod. As you know this was an expensive set of purchases. I called once and got hung up on, so I called back and it took 10 minutes for a worker to answer and answered with attitude. I told HER I wanted to see if they had the items in stock, she put me on hold for 20 plus minutes. How long does it take to type in a few items? Youd think if someone was about to spend hundreds of dollars at your business you would want to help them to the best of your ability. If she worked for me she would be fired. Ill go elsewhere for my items.

The store was a mess and looked like it hadnt been upkept well at all. Baggers were harrassing customers right outside the doors with the lamest stories making entering and exiting a pain. None of the employees were helpful and didnt even know what I was asking for, even though found a section dedicated to what I was looking for on my own.

Go in happy BUT...workers come across as unfriendly (at a toy store for kids😬) Ladies are very unfriendly/rude at the front desk and certainly not eager to wait on you. They were out of the things we were looking for. The worker didnt know where they moved the Littlest Pet Shop isle...found it on our own😕 I was afraid to get my list out of my purse in fear they would think I put something in it. I noticed that workers hover around customers in fear of Everyone might be taking stuff. LIGHTEN UP...THE MAJORITY OF US ARENT SHOPLIFTERS!! Uncomfortable and ridiculous. Why ruin it for the majority of shoppers. So I left grumpy😧

Husband and I did not receive help when we asked an employee for a price check, she called someone else over and we were told that there werent any in stock. Person at check out didnt greet us and didnt respond when we said have a nice evening. Leave youre bad attitude at home people.

Well I drove 15 miles to find an empty store thanks alot ex-associates of Toys R Us just because its last day of business doesnt mean you couldnt respect the people and leave a message on the landline business phone message stating you were officially closed. My 1st job was at Toys R Us. We used to have clean floors and smiled when we worked.... What happened? They seems to be left in the 80s. They need to update and revamp the experience.

Fairly small store for a ToysRUs. Didnt have what I wanted but none of the stores in AZ and CA. Salespeople tried to help.

Decent selection of products, easy to navigate the store and find what your looking for. Staff usually approaches you and offers assistance.

Easy entry from street. Parking free and close to entrance.

Lines went quick and prices were ok. I expect the prices to go down considerably in the next few weeks.

Hi discounts with a very poor selection of anything youd want sad to see such a great beloved to a company go under due to poor management, and manufacturers overpricing their toys to where parents dont want to buy the garbage they make these days.
