Very friendly staff as always. Now that things are operational its nice to see people gathering in small groups. Masks are mandatory.Took my daughter to take a look around in an attempt to hook her in the hobby and the manager made a great impression. He asked my daughter a notch questions six peaked her interest and even gave her a free mini to paint. Well definitely be back for and of the store events and to enjoy the atmosphere.

Hopping back into 40k after 15 years & hit this shop up. The manager, Payton, was super cool & helped me out with all my questions. Will be back to paint my new stuff at the dedicated hobby tables

The employees at this Games Workshop are fantastic. I can not say enough good things about them. They are inviting, informative, friendly and extremely helpful. I have never gone into a Games Workshop where they are so eager to help you learn how to paint or get involved in the community. They went above and beyond to make us feel like we were locals. If we were to move to Cali, one of the reasons would be because of this Games Workshop.Great prices. Clean location (larger store I might add) Wonderful employees. Today was the first time I’ve ever visited a miniature war gaming location. I’ve decided to get involved in miniature painting for the upcoming SPQR battles and bought tons of unpainted miniatures. Knowing absolutely zero about it led me to the store here in Glendale.I don’t know the manager’s name but his attitude and assistance were straight otherworldly. He took all the time in the world to explain every thing I needed to know before actually painting. Went over all the basics elements and then offered me an opportunity to learn by actually doing. I painted my first miniature - well partially, but still. Walked out of the store with everything I needed.Other guys inside the store - whether staff or just gamers - we all friendly and helpful. I simply loved the atmosphere and comraderie. I am far more into historical wargaming rather than warhammer, but anyone who lives in the area and wants to know about miniatures or painting - you’ve got a gem right here in Glendale. You won’t regret making a visit even if you aren’t a fan of wargamingIncredible experience and their entire customer service is unparalleled. Friendly and knowledgable staff, you can not browse inside but at least they will take anything you need to a table they set up at the enterance. Only 3 customers at a time with social distance.

Very unwelcoming. There is an official policy stated by the Manager which requires people to buy something if they want to play in store or hobby. I understand this is a business but its a radical departure from before and an insult to veteran players and hobbyists.

The store manager is a good guy. The warhammer products are top-notched, if expensive. The store itself isnt the biggest, but there is room for some smaller games for about 2-3 groups. In addition, there are some tables for assembling miniatures and painting as well - which can accommodate 2-4 people.

Shad was very helpful and very personable... he was very knowledgeable and the store was clean neat and well stocked

Great place to start or countinue your warhammer hobby. The manager there is the best. He is top notch when it comes to his knowledge on the game and will spend the time with you to show you how to play the game. He will treat you just like your a regular there. The store has everything you need to get started. The community that the game has are great people and accept everyone into there family of gamers or hobby painters. Again cant say enough about the manager of the shop all around great guy.

If youre looking for anything Warhammer, citadel paints/brushes, or for advice on an army youre building, this is the place to go. The staff knows their products inside an out, not only what individual units can do, but the lore and strategy needed to play them. Great store!

Very Good Store! Chad is nice and helpful, the store is always packed, and its fun to hang around with the other dudes! It gets a bit hot there, though, due to the big glass windows.

Got here 2:10 but theyre closed until 2:45.. I guess so the guy thats handling the store can take his lunch.. they either need to schedule their people better or hire another guy.. poor management..

This place is great, the staff is friendly and extremely helpfull and the store has everything you need all in one place.

Had a limited edition book delivered to this store which was supoused to come with a free anniversary book according to both my online order details and the check that came with the book. My box was unsealed and the anniversary book taken out. Apparently their employees think stealing from clients is not a big deal.

The manager (Shad) was very kind and friendly and helped me a lot about what to buy and what paints to use. Also the few people who were there were very friendly. Unfortunately the economic situation of my country makes this hobby prohibitive. But outside of that an excellent place.
