Amazing store with fantastic staff! I dont know how shipping is going on their end, but I find it hard to believe they spare no expenses to get pieces from store to store. That being said, Ive waited a week for a ring and a necklace to come in when they said it would only take two days. VERY disappointed in that!!

I’m here for fixing my jewelry. This store gotta be kidding. They so understaffed and making me wait in front of store for an hour. Never waited this long even at a liquor store selling me a dollar item.
