Went to the Galleria the other day, hoping that this store was still there. Instead it was Replaced with Tokyo - Japanese LifeStyle (which moved from the 3rd Floor). Check online if you still want to buy things from this wonderful place.

I love sending greeting cards for birthdays and special occasions. And the Papyrus brand has become my signature. Their cards are one of a kind and just show the person who gets them that you care just a little more. I have sent these cards across the world to my family and each time I get the same response whether its from someone in town or someone in France, they are amazed on how beautiful the cards are. I love Papyrus cards and the stores are great as well.

They have a lot of cute cards, notebooks, and stationary. The guy that was working was super friendly and very helpful. The cards were a bit expensive but the quality is definitely better than a typical drugstore/supermarket card, so you get what you pay for. I bought a small spiral notebook and the price was pretty reasonable.

This is your super crazy fun Papyrus goods store! Its a lot like Daiso, just smaller. Definitely a great place to visit if you are in the neighborhood!

Rather disappointing experience. Had my wife’s birthday present to gift wrap, came to the store, only to find out that they didn’t have proper size boxes, and only had small size boxes to fit the gifts in. And that is in the midst of a holiday season, mind you! The store employee couldn’t be bothered to offer an alternative solution or simply apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, there are no other gift wrapping stores available in my area. Have to figure out a way to wrap the present myself. Very disappointing!

The female clerk was amazing. Answering phones and gift wrapping on top of cashiering with expedient excellence.

Its a very peaceful place here. Its more like a library than a store. They sell cards and pens here.

Most magical paper wraps and cute small gifts and really high end postcards !! Prices are high but selective one if a kind items for your special ones!

This is a fabulous papery. The cards are cute, the paperstock is amazing, and they have embossers and the like. Ive been to similar paper stores in Pasadena and around L.A. but I thought this one was particularly nice. I bought some half-priced, card-sized stock paper, a kit that makes panda cards, and some cool translation cards/flashcards for a friend.

Like this little store employees are helpful and freindly, but the older lady (manager) doesnt have much patience

I used to love Papyrus, I love to write letters in nice papers and used to abel to but wax and wax seals here years ago. Now they no longer carry them, I can understad since no one really writes pen and paper letters anymore. If they ever bring them back I will return but until then Im out. They do have greeting cards that you will not find anywhere else. So if you want to creat a nice impression on someone get them a Papyrus cards. I tooks two stars off since they no longer sell what I used to buy.

Worst customer service ever. They make you wait forever and then dont even appologize for the wait, instead trying to blame on you that during holiday season the wait time is 2 hours and you should have expected that! Horrible, I ve been twice here and both times got the same impression. I wish I could give them 0 stars
