I went to the Sunglass Hut in Glendale, CA because I had purchased a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses from another Sunglass Hut while on vacation in South Lake Tahoe, and these sunglasses had an issue with noisy frame hinges.Evan, the Manager of the Glendale store, was very understanding of my situation and kindly offered to exchange the sunglasses with another pair.Evan located a specific pair of sunglasses I had requested in a store in New York, and he made special arrangements to have them shipped to the Glendale store. He held these sunglasses for me until I was able to return to the store several weeks later. I was completely satisfied with the replacement sunglasses. and was very impressed with the excellent customer service I received.

Walked in was greeted with respect, very kind workers (Alissa and Evan). I was helped by Evan, told him what I wanted he was very patient and he had great customer service. Made my experience very smooth. I got the glasses I wanted. Overall 10/10

I returned my sunglasses 10 days ago but they didnt deposit the money back yet. i keep calling the main customer service and the store. they just telling me i have to wait more days. that is just not so right. im so mad at them.

Sunglass hut is part of the giant organization that basically owns all sunglass manufacturer around the world. Believe it or not they are the same people that make the sunglasses, market the sunglasses and even are your eye doctors if you go to one of the chains.I need thing they have is if you buy one of their sunglass spray cleaners they will refill it for you for life. A great bargain at $7.95.

Nice store and employee are great. They provide great customer service however i didnt find any sunglasses that looks good on me.

BEAWARE.....This place is so unprofessional that They keep their expensive glasses in raggedy old plastic bags all stacked up on top of each other. I bought a pair of sun glasses and realized it has small schratchs on it the next day. When I wanted to exchange they didnt take the blame for it. I told the girl I bet if she get another pain it will have schratchs as well because of the way you handle them. She said your wrong and she grabbed a new one to show me, guess what it did have schratch on it. However I was the only one who could see it....lmao . she said she cant see anything . :) I was tired of arguing with them so I just left.

Horrible place, refused to accept a return after 2 weeks, saying they would refund only half the price! After I spent 800$ at one their other locations, Such a rip off. I should have stayed away from this shady retail brand as I was told by friends, Rude manager, unbelievably hostile, after a long argument accepting the return, manager telling me “just sign and leave”. Where did these people learn customer service ?
