Absolutely atrocious return policy and even worse service. When the sales associate failed to put a security tag on my jewelry item because she forgot, they pointed to the receipt that says “Some items have an attached security tag. Items without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not be returned.” and said they can’t do anything about it.I can’t speak for everyone, but “Some items” is a very ambiguous term and i would never know that this cannot be returned nor know that the tag should be there in the first place.If you buy from here, know that you will be scammed to never be allowed to return this item ever again. Spend your money at Pandora or any of the other stores in the mall. Be warned.
Probably the worst store Ive ever been to.I know some kiosks in Vegas hotels that give better customer service than this signature store. Whatever you do stay away from this store, no matter how close it is to your home or how convenient it is. Trust me when I tell you, the drive to a different location will be worth it.
Unfortunately the workers were treating customers unprofessionally. Not friendly, no smiling or willingness to help. She was hovering on top of my head and barely helping. And treating me like I am not capable of buying. I wish they show more professionalism
They didnt let me do a return bc something was wrong with the system and then they never contacted me back which they had promised. Online doesnt help either

I got a gift and I told the employee I wanted to return it in store credit. She could not do it so she asked another employee to help her with cash register. They returned the money all back to the credit card of the person who gave me the gift. Instead of cancelling the transaction and doing something, they started apologizing and wasting my time. 🤨🤨This is very bad costomer service and the employees are beyond unprofessional.👎👎👎

I couldnt believe it, i had a gift wrapped and sent to my girl, and they left the price tag on it, after i double checked and asked if they took it off, I feel so embarressed, i will never return to this store again, they ruined a very special day and will keep as many people from this location as possible

I was there today, there was a Armenian girl worker there. She was a very bad employe, she does not know how to treat a customer. And I will never go to that store again because she is alawys there. She has a very bad attitude.
