Purchased a velocity trigger which came with an anti walk pin set. one of the pins was not drilled or tapped. set in for a return auth. heard nothing. called after a week. left a mess. because no one answered. no call back. called again two days later. left a mess. AGAIN. no call back. what customer service? all i requested was another pin. Maybe it would have cost them 5 cents. Dont use this company if you want customer service. i will try calling again. it has now been a week and a half.
