Terrible place to go for Hearing Aids. First of all its obvious they are a hole in the wall business (run by the wife & slob of a husband (he handles calls & appointments) And the place is filty. Looks like an out of work teens bedroom.All their stock/devices they offer, are 1-2 models old.)They gave me 3 brochures of the best Hearing Aids. All 3 cost $3,000 (paid by insurance) plus $700-$1,200 out of pocket. They also claimed the price quote was for only 1 hearing aid.When I went home and researched the 3 brandsI find that the units offered to me were older models. But worse, I find that the top of the line (Opana I believe it is) has a newer model, few as a set of 2, has Bluetooth, in ear canal, app for your smart phone (to make adjustments real time) & is less than $3,000 total!Hearing Solutions the main vendor, is ripping people & insurance companies off!They told me 2 hearing aids (last years model)Will cost me over $5,000 out of pocket & $3,000 from my insurance for each device!They are getting approximately 3x the actual cost. They are collecting the full amount allowed from the insurance & more than full price from the consumer.All the hearing aids they offered had newer better models to purchase online, cheaper!Fraud like this is why us on Medi-Care (& other insurance companies) do not have coverage for things we need!I need my hearing improved. I do not need to settle for less,get ripped off & pay for the office lease of a slob and his wife!
I’ve been using hearing aids for about 15 years. I went to many hearing aids offices for my hearing aids. All those offices were good.About 2 years ago I searched online for hearing aids offices and I decided to go to The Hearing Aid Station. When I went to that office, I was surprised of how friendly the owners are and how great the service at that office is. This office is absolutely the best of all. Their services are excellent. Waiting time when I go to my appointment is about 5 minutes. And during my appointments, I get more than enough time to discuss all the options available for me. All my questions are carefully and clearly answered. After I get my hearing aids and use them for several months, I easily get other appointments to make some adjustments or maintenance to my hearing aids if needed. The office is a family that is very efficiently running the office. For anyone who needs hearing aids, I recommend the Hearing Aid Station.
Just barely left Ellen Nathans office after having received my hearing aid which needed repair. Got it ahead of schedule and the appointment for pick up took less than 5 minutes.She even left me a couple of hearing aid battery packages because I mentioned I forgot to buy them yesterday. (Good for 2 weeks!)Very professional staff- worth a 5 star review!

She is funny, smart, straight-forward, and honest.When I learned that I was losing my hearing, it was the hardest thing in the world for me to find a professional, who understood what I needed and how to guide me on the best devices in the industry.Over the last couple of years, Ive been so pleased with my experience, Ive since moved to Chicago, yet I intend to fly back to LA just to see them.The bar is set high and she treats her clients with the best care. 24 hours ago, my hearing aid stopped working. I have been on the internet and on the phone for hours and hours trying to find someone that could help me! Early this morning, I received a phone call from the amazing Ellen, who indicated her wonderful husband had spoken to me yesterday and suggested she give me a call. WOW! A God sent hearing aid specialist!!! Just what I was looking for. I kid you not!!! Not only did she fix my hearing aid, fitted me with the much-needed earmold, but took the time to explain, in human/layman terms, how the loss of hearing works. Literally, the most professional, courteous and AMAZING place!!! Hearing Station will be my go-to from now on and I highly recommend anyone who needs assistance in finding the right hearing aid and services to call them. An amazing place!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently took my aunt and my mother to this office for testing and hear aid. I found this office by searching the web and now I am convinced that the reviews online make a huge difference and that is why Im investing some of my time to let everyone know what an amazing this place is. The office is clean, the appointment time is respected on time and the knowledge and the care of the office staff is unbelievable. Both Ellen and Philip are very kind and caring individuals. In addition, Ellen puts 100% of her heart and knowledge into helping the patient. Believe me, she knows a lot about hearing issues and how to best assist you with your specific needs. My mother has suffered a hearing loss for many years and I had been to different hearing aid offices before, but this one caught me by a pleasant surprise. Sweet Ellen knew exactly what my mother needed and programmed the device the way mom needed to fit her needs. She showed hearing aid options no other office had ever done before and did not mind investing all of her time to explain all the details about each hearing aid and the benefits of them. I have recommended all my family and friends to visit Ellen when in need of hearing help. I feel very lucky for finding this place.
I had a problem with my hearing aid and was referred to them by the manufacturer. They were extraordinarily helpful. Rather than have me fill out many forms before even looking at the problem (as is fairly typical), they looked at the problem first. It was quickly diagnosed, repaired, and because it was so simple, they did not even charge me. I was back in my car with a functioning hearing aid within fifteen minutes. Very personal and friendly service. I will definitely go back when I have another hearing issue.
Ellen Nathan is the best. I have been getting my hearing aids through her for about 4 years now and she makes sure everything works well and that you understand how to work your hearing aids. She sent one hearing aid in for repair the day I took it in and got it back pretty quickly. She also checked and found that I qualified for a new pair and got those for me right away too. I would definitely recommend her for anyone who has hearing problems.
Ellen and Phillip are Amazing! We took our 98 year old Father in to be fitted for hearing aids and we were so happy with the service, patience, kindness and overall wonderful experience that we had! The prices are on the lower scale for what most companies charge for hearing aids. The customer service is impeccable and all hearing aids come with a great warranty. Honest, professional people. As a teacher, Its important that I can hear my students comments clearly. I found the Hearing Aid Station on the web. I called and they gave me an appointment after 3:30pm. Ms. Nathan gave me her undivided attention. She clearly explained everything she was doing. I had appreciated this because I was very nervous. Ms. Nathan explained all the different options that I had to choose from. I liked her honesty and kindness.
For the longest time my gramdma was complaining about her hearing aids. Than someone recommended the hearing Station. Ellen was amazing. After the hearing boot and the tests, she showed us all the different options. We ended up with a quality hearing aid and a satisfied customer.

Were happy that in such a difficult time in our lives we met great people like Ellen and Philip. Both of them are using hearing aids thats why they treat their clients with sympathy and understanding.Before knowing them, we had a bad experience with other audiologists which made my stepdad (Valeriy) wait for months to get his hearing aids. Without them he couldnt hear anything and live a fulfilling life.Ellens team is very competent and neat, and they work pretty very fast. Besides that, they always meet you in their office full of friendly and caring environment.Weve been using their services for three years and are very thankful for their professionalism.Definitely recommend.
This review is just about the guy on the phone which I presume is the husband, Philip. He was very rude when I talked to him on the phone and even hung up on me. If this is the guy I have to deal with to schedule appointments to see his wife, just forget about it. His wife may be lovely as per the reviews, but I wouldnt know because Im discouraged from going here due to Philips attitude.
If you need hearing aids, Ellen and Philip Nathan make sure that you are 110 % happy with their professional service and expertise, before they will even let you out of their office.I came in for the hearing test on Wednesday afternoon, and since my hearing aids had already been pre-approved by my Insurance, Ellen placed the order for my hearing aids while I was there. She made sure that I would be fitted with the best quality hearing aids that my Insurance would pay for.On Thursday morning Philip called me and told me my hearing aids had arrived, and scheduled an appointment for today ( Friday Morning)Friday morning was the BEST Friday I have had in a long time, seriously.Ellen took her time to explain everything I needed to know about my new hearing aids.I couldnt be happier. I can now hear so many things I hadnt heard in years.I have a follow up appointment scheduled for 2 weeks time, just to make sure everything is working according to what she promised.ELLEN GOT IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME !!Ellen and Philip will make sure you NEVER experience another day without hearing something you wished you could have heard.

I drove from many miles to Glendale, taking a chance on Hearing Aid Station for repair of my very old pair of Widex aids. One was repaired during my visit and the other required a few days. The price for repair of both was below quotes Ive received for less involved repair of one hearing aid in the past. My visit was so pleasant the drive home through central Los Angeles traffic was no problem. When I returned to pick up the other unit I learned rather than repair it was replaced with a factory refurbished unit at no additional cost.Working with Hearing Aid Station is incredibly pleasant with repairs completed as promised at prices below competitors. You are well advised to use Hearing Aid Station for your hearing aid needs. I intend replacing my old often repaired set with new hearing aids from Hearing Aid Station.

Very dishonest people!I came in for a free hearing test and was told that I have 40 to 60% hearing loss and I needed hearing aids (over $6000 a pair). I got a second opinion and my hearing loss was only 20 to 30% and only in higher frequencies. NO NEED TO BUY HEARING AIDS AT ALL!!!!!Stay away from these thieves!
My phone took me to this place by accident. But boy were these supposed theives friendly. I only had to pay 9000 dollars for my set of hearing aids that I may possibly need 60 years from now.
