Had the best service at this Pier 1! I was shopping for a new apartment and found a piece of canvas art work I really liked. I purchased it but was unable to fir the art in my car. A workers by the name of Kim offered to drop the art off at my apartment because she had a larger vehicle. Excellent customer service going above and beyond! Such a kind gesture and an unbelievably nice woman!

It was great place but it was sad they have to go and the service was great.

Pier 1 has such unique items you wont find in most stores. I love different.

The woman who helped us went out of her way to find a nearby location that had the items we were looking for as gifts for family members for a death in the family. We couldnt be more grateful, they were so meaningful to our family.

A handle connection broke on a table I got from them and they worked really hard to be sure that I had the parts to fix it, including making a number of phone calls to me and conferring with others to help me. Excellent service!

The last time I was here the employee was far more interested in talking to her friend than helping customers.

This store is in a smaller location than usually seen from this brand. It makes it a little cramped and hard to maneuver through to see everything as they still have just as much stock displayed as possible.

They helped me out with what I wanted found the item for me and my wife at another store called them to make sure they had it for us . They put it on hold we got to the other store and sure enough it was on hold for us thanks

Walked into and out of the store and no one ever greeted me or asked if I needed help.

This store has some nice items, but theyre very overpriced. You can go to Home Goods, Marshalls or Hobby Lobby and find some of the same items for less.

So sad to see them closing 😢
