I had an appointment on the 8, 11 - 2 time frame, and I was to receive a call when the installer was on his way. He arrived an hour late no phone call. After he left I found that I was receiving worse reception and fewer channels, I had replaced an old, inexpensive, and broken antenna. I called and another appointment was set to remedy the problem. He showed up early, no call. He told me that the antenna had been calibrated to channel 3 and that was all that was required. He suggested I purchase a more expensive antenna and I might be able to view the station I enjoyed. I am a senior citizen, when I was in the business world this would have been called bait and switch and was against the law. I would not allow him to remove the antenna because the receipt stated there was a restock fee and I want to warn people not give this company more money.

Fred was a life-saver for a project I am working on. I read some of the previous reviews and Im not sure what they saw but my first visit to the store was excellent! I was able to get the mounts I needed and even got a little bit of a discount for buying 2!The Man Cave section is badass!Thanks guys - made my day a heck of a lot easier!

They are advertised as a direct tv store when they only deal with the equipment such as a remote. . No bills and no customer service for direct tv. . Very rude once they realized we were there for a bill and not to buy equipment... They need to take their advertising off of direct tvs website. . The one review that was good was posted by an employee... That should tell you enough. .
