I wanted to buy a screen protector from them but they didnt carry the type I wanted. I asked if I bought a 3rd party screen protector if they would still install it? They agreed they would as long as I paid required 14 dollars.I bought a 3rd party screen protector and took it to best buy to have them install. I was informed they would not install it because it was a 3rd party. I protested but the employee insisted.Every time I go there employees are on thier phones and too busy to help me
