Wow is an understatement of the incredible service I received from Steven and his crew. I, being the test case dummy, had the monumental task of fitting my 75 TV into our new homes built in bookcase that has a 70 TV cutout. The crew had to create a frame to mount the TV mount to the bookcase so the plugs would plug in for our TV and FireTv, and they framed the TV with the bookcase so it looks custom made. They did a PERFECT install with a very difficult situation to work with. Even my wife is happy with the install, now I just need to convince her that the slight overhang of the TV into the bookcase is cool. So far she is buying it. Their team also mounted a 65 TV into our game room that looks great. Keep up the great work guys!

I’m very satisfied with the service. I got a test when the technicians were on their way and they were very professional and finished the job quickly. I only took away one star because the company sent me a picture of a different technician so I was like who are these guys when they showed up, but overall very goood and quick service.

At the recommendation of my son, after he read the reviews online, I called SG Installations and made an appointment within days. I was so pleased that I could install a bigger TV in my entertainment center. I had almost given up. The only hangup I had was in having to exchange my first purchased TV for a larger one since there was a noticeable gap at the top of the opening. Unfortunately, I incurred a second installation fee. It solved the problem so I am happy. I would highly recommend SG Installations for your media needs.

SG was the second company I called and they had way better pricing and warranty. Glad I found or I wouldve ended up paying close to double. He was able to fit me in the next day due to a cancellation. They were in and out in about an hour. They installed a full motion mount, power outlet, and pass through. They did their due diligence by inspecting the well, taking measurements, and making sure they could accommodate our wants. I will be calling them again to mount our second TV. Great pricing and service.

Steve and Martin called and asked if they could start the job early!?! Which I was very happy to hear. They arrived got straight to work and did a great job. They mounted our 65 Sony, including putting/hiding the wires in the wall, in about 1 hour. We will definitely have them back to mount the bedroom and living room tvs! Recommended.

SG Installations had their work cut out for them when they came to my housel. I have a custom brick wall and a very difficult/complex wiring situation to say the least. These guys came in, analyzed the issue, did some problem solving and then began to execute a flawless install. My honest opinion of SG installation can’t be put into a few words. Most businesses I let into my home I usually kick them out a few minutes later, this wasn’t the case with SG installation. The owner is professional, courteous and genuinely a good person. His crew is professional organized and great individuals. This started out as a 1 complete install job and ended up with 3 TVs mounted. I have a 65 inch curve tv I had been looking for a stand for at least 8 days non-stop. I thought it wouldn’t look good on the wall and the owner respectfully disagreed with me. He asked me to trust him and I did. I was amazed because “I was wrong and I’m never wrong” lol. Called a few companies to do a basic tv mount installation and SG Installations AZ was the cheapest. At first, I was skeptical because they were the cheapest, however I read great reviews. I took a chance with them. I inquired if they work on Saturdays and they certainly do. We scheduled an appointment to come between 10am and 12pm.They got here right at 10am. I supplied a full motion tv mount for our new 65 tv and pretty much installed it without a hitch! The only thing was that our home builder put the top outlet smack dab in the middle of our wall where we wanted to put it. Me and my wife agreed with the workers and it looks great! They were very professional and even joked with me and my wife because our 6 month old heard the loud drilling and got scared. Very friendly and will use again.My only suggestion, especially with COVID going around and having a baby that is crawling around is that they should supply their own shoe covers. When I didnt see them have any, I had some and asked if they can wear them, which they did. Outside of this, they are top notch.

These guys are badass. I had two TVs for them to install.Originally I told them I had a bracket for the 75 TV and turns out it wasnt included in the box - We found out when they arrived. I had only asked for a bracket for our 50 TV.I was ready to hightail it to Best Buy to buy the 75 bracket for at least 6 times the price that SG provided it for. They actually had a mount for the 75 on the truck that worked perfect for us. He had a few choices right there and we went with the flush mount.They cut in a new TRUE power outlet super fast, using romex wire (up to code), and installed pass through covers for the HDMI cables in both rooms so that no wiring was visible on the walls. Steven helped me decide on the height and location to install the TVs.They reconnected all our devices (sound bar, fire cubes, etc...) and configured the wireless and and everything else needed to just sit back and turn the TVs on.They had all the right tools including a vacuum to clean up afterwards. Not too many tradesmen understand the importance of those details.Stevens wife, who I first called to see what their prices and availability would be, was very knowledgeable (she installs the TVs as well, as Steve told me). She knew all of the options and prices right off the top of her head, not to mention she was super friendly. I was given an appointment with a 2 hour window, that was not weeks out but just days out.On the day of the install I received a text with their current location on a map and accurate times of arrival, so I was able to leave my shop and meet them there instead of losing two hours waiting at home.As an owner of a business myself, these guys knocked the customer service and work requested out of the park.I rarely write reviews, but Steven was such a cool guy (as well as his employee.) They kept great conversation throughout the whole install. Not to mention the outstanding job they did.
