I took my Kirby vacuum here to have it repaired they told me I needed a cord charged me 100$ for the cord and the service when I went to use the vacuum it wouldn’t even turn on I called and took it back he had my machine for another almost month he was suppose to call me never did when I called he said I needed a new switch and would need to pay another 100$ to put the switch on. How is that even possible when I already paid for a service and he was suppose to tell me what was wrong with it and didn’t I’m very disappointed in the service and will NEVER go here again. The guy I was talking to said he didn’t remember servicing my machine I’m 8 months pregnant and honestly feel as if he was trying to take advantage of me I wouldn’t mind paying for the part but I’ve already paid for him to fix my unit which he never did.Edit- I went to pick up my Kirby and when I got there he had found my receipt and offered to fix the unit as long as I paid for the part. I definitely took him up on his offer. Now my Kirby is working again.

I paid for my vacuum part a month ago but due to a car crash i had recently I was unable to pick it up. When I tryed to pick it up today the man working was wasting time looking for a green bag when all i asked for was the vacuum part I took to get fixed a while back. He processed to tell me that he threw it away to make more space and they wouldnt even give me a refund . Even though I asked for one.

Manager was very helpful in helping us find a part that was discontinued. He actually found the part in an old kit, and was willing to swap it out for us. Service like that will keep us coming back for all of our cleaning needs!

Repaired, the machine to perfection, explained what was repaired, why and where the machine is at in its life and what will be required in the future. Reviewed worth of the machine, replacement costs for new, used or for future repairs. Upon request reviewed and presented options for replacement machines in future needs. The repair was a day later than originally presented, but sometimes quality service is worth the wait as in this case

I dont usually write reviews but I feel I must after my experience here today. I brought in a Bissel ostensibly because the vacuum stop working. I know nothing about the machine and was only following my wifes instructions. The fellow behind the counter tested the machine in front of me and stated that it was fine. He could have totally taken advantage of my obvious lack of knowledge like I think at least half of todays businesses but he didnt. I applaud not only your honesty, sir, but also your expertise and courtesy. You are a credit to your industry and to human beings in general. Thank you.

We didnt find what we were looking for. The items werent well-organized and I smelled something funky inside the store. It was a bit difficult to see the store from the road.

Very dishonest! I brought my vacuum in for repair.They told me the part was not covered and that he called the company. Not believing his story I called the manufacturer and they told me no one called and the part is covered. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY! I do not recommend
