Gentlemen behind the counter was helpful but they did not have the product that I was looking for. Not a lot of inventory to select from. Nowhere near the size or type of store on Bell and Tatum.

Good little store. Has pretty much all you need for sprinkler or background irrigation needs... including hard to find items in box hardware stores like threaded 3/4 to 1/2in reducers. Pretty inexpensive too... Ill be back!

I came in asking for off pvc pipe and elbows for a class project. As a teacher this comes out of my own pocket. John was very kind and took time to talk to his boss and they gave me the supplies at no cost. That meant so much that there are some companies willing to support teachers out there. Thank you Glendale sprinkler world for your thoughtfulness.

Overpriced compared to Home Depot. Limited inventory - were looking for larger pipe and fittings for a solar water system and didnt carry that.Friendly folks, though.

Great people work here. They are very knowledgeable. Everything Ive purchased here has been way cheaper than any place else. On top of that their products are much higher quality than you can get at the big hardware stores. I highly recommend this store!

Wow...Sprinkler world just went above and beyond. I had a simple problem of a half inch flexible sprinkler tube leaking in a spot. I went to Home Depot and waited for help to find the repair items I would need. After a considerable wait, the home depot employee addressed my need. Though I only needed a two foot section of half inch pipe, I would have to buy a 25 foot roll. I asked the employee if anyone sold it by the foot. He told me that Sprinkler World might but wasnt sure they were open. I called and they said they only sold the pipe in 50 foot rolls...but then he quoted me a price and gave me a price. It was cheaper to buy a 50 roll from Sprinkler World than a 25 roll from home depot. I am a bit believer in free enterprise so while thinking I would now have 48 feet of left over, I wanted to support the business with the best price in the market. When I arrived at Sprinkler World, the staff behind the counter were all friendly and the fellow that had spoken to me on the phone went to the back for the product. He came back with a 4 foot section of pipe and said I could just have it. Very nice. I then went to pay for the two connectors I needed and realized I didnt have my wallet. I did have my Iphone however and could make payment that way. He handed me the connectors and said it wasnt worth making a fuss over it. I was to fix my problem on their good will in giving me the pieces I needed to do so. I will run by with my wallet in the next few days and insist on making a payment but wanted the world to know how treated me and my issue

Great place to go for DIY sprinkler installation, but you will definitely need to know your stuff. Staff is friendly I did have to take a star off as I orginally went in thinking I could run through sprinklers as I did in the days of my youth but apparently thats not a thing here

Used to like this place for all my sprinkler needs until today. Bought a sprinkler valve that was defective since the top cover had a dent and water would squirt out. Brought it back the next day and was told I was the one who made the dent. I did not do this an am surprised they would not believe me, basically calling me a liar. This has never happened to me before. Not a safe place to shop. Will never be back.

I see reviews about how nice these people are. We just went in and they were not nice. Kind of rude. We went into Sprinkler World thinking world, they must have more than H.D. or Lowes, nope. Yeah, that was the answer we were given twice. Hello, do you have full metal sprinkler heads? NOPE How about with the metal tops? NOPE Do you know who does? Home Depot? YUPI look around the store and they had everything but sprinkler stuff displayed.How is this place called Sprinkler World?Would not recommend to anyone.

Great place for your sprinkler needs but prices are a little high.

They were so cool I took in my timer to figure out what was wrong with it...they troubleshoot the timer my board and my system... Now it is fixed wow couldnt have asked for a better bunch of nice guys to help me out.

The older gentleman at the front counter was very rude and condescending. If you try to ask any questions they will talk to you like youre stupid. Very poor customer service and unprofessional

Didnt have 10ft lodge poles amongst other things, and this is what I always liked about sprinkler world, they had everything, well not anymore!!!
