The sander brothers are very good people to work with, and produce on time delivery along with good quality!however, Jeff who is supposedly a supervisor of some kind, does NOT respect his employees!! also his 2 daughters also work there, you need to walk on eggshells around them!! I worked there for 3 months and Im a experienced machinist no growth at all!! Jeff thinks hes more intelligent along with his daughters, he assumes jobs are too complex for some machinist which includes me, where as to me its elementary, he judges and assumes the worse in people, Jeff makes it a bad place to work!!!! Again the Sander brothers I do highly respect, its a great place but they need to find a better person in charge of the floor with out his Daughters Drama!! hence the employee turnovers!!! -Dennis Olson-

They claim to be working to be a professional manufacturer of aerospace parts but the personal at their facility are rude and unprofessional. I called in today and the front lady receptionist did not let me speak and then proceeded to hang up on me while I was speaking. Very rude. I’ll never ever offer my service to these people and I’ll never ever recommend anyone to ever work or do business for Toolcraft of Phx.
