First off: they sell RV size mattresses and most you can try before you buy which no one else does anymore. Next: we went here twice. Once to just look and received wonderful service, got all our questions answered, and no pressure to buy. We then went back to buy. Again, wonderful customer service and they rembered us. No pressure to buy again, but after doing a month of mattress research we chose to go with them. Received mattress in a week and are extremely satisfied. Would highly recommend this store!

I’ve been in this location several weeks prior to today casually shopping around with a friend who is looking at other mattresses. I had been to the other company who also makes mattresses in Arizona, but comparatively, they only offer three models. I decided for a personal upgrade to my mattress and returned to this Glendale location because of their holiday sale. I thought I was going to select one model, but after the help of Viviana, I checked out two other models and selected the Spartan. Sales staff were very helpful and never “pushy.” Gosh, we all hate pushy sales. Although I didn’t need it, BB offers discounts for veterans and first responders. Much respect to any Company who offers those discounts.I highly recommend BB at the Arrowhead (Glendale) location. Go jump on a mattress and tell them I sent you!!

We enjoyed our time in the store. Even with 4 kids running around and causing havoc, the manager was patient with us and helpful. We did purchase the mattress we liked most that was most affordable, the Spartan. It was middle of the road in terms of their pricing. Our experience was 5 stars but the pricing was a bit steeper than I anticipated, although we did get the storewide 25% off. Will update this review after sleeping on the mattress for a while.

We visited Brooklyn Bedding twice and dealt with Jason and Wendy. Both were professional and extremely helpful. We decided on a split king Sedona Luxe with adjustable base, and because of the extra generous Veterans’ Day discount, ordered an identical queen combination for our guest room.We delayed delivery of the queen as we wanted to be sure we were happy with our choice. Within a couple weeks we both found we were sleeping better than ever.Our guest room bed was delivered Friday. That night I noticed one side of the king bed was elevated. The remote for the guest bed also operated the master! I called first thing Saturday and Wendy and Jason assured me they would resolve the issue. They checked with suppliers and Jason came to our house Saturday after work to sort out three separate remotes.What great customer service!! Went to Brooklyn Bedding to shop for mattresses after researching their products online. Among all the other mattress brands that we tried out, we liked this one the best. It was a great mattress and a great buying experience. Our salesperson, Wendy, was amazing. Super nice super friendly and my personal favorite—no pushy salesman tactics. She didn’t hover over you making you feel uncomfortable like our experiences we’ve had at other furniture stores. It was a true no pressure situation. We tried out a bunch of different mattresses in the store and she let us just roam freely but she was always within hearing distance if we had any questions. Jason was an excellent salesman . He showed me all the products and told me the difference in firmness and I settled on getting the Addison. In the last 6 months I have tried two other brand mattresses and havent been satisfied and hopefully the Addison will work for me and my back. With the 120-day sleep guarantee Im sure that if I have any problems Brooklyn bedding will take care of the issue for me with no questions asked.

I love that it is locally owned and a local factory.I had looked online for organic and this was less than half of the other prices. I’d highly recommend them and their sales people!

Wendy is a smooth talker and knows how to work the room. Mismatching box springs were delivered and the bed we bought was nothing like the one we tried at the store. When we informed Wendy about the issues with the bed we were told we had to wait 30 days to be able to refund or switch it out. The bed was indeed defective and waiting 30 days to exchange or refund was not an option as it was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Finally we were told we could switch it. We opted for a different bed when we went back and was told it would take another week, which we agreed. Two days before we get the bed Wendy decides to send out a message that stated the new mattress may have “loose threads and it’s totally fine”, a $1700 brand new bed is okay to have loose threads? Sure enough the bed has loose threads, which is not acceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

My entire experience buying a bed was wonderful! This was my first time ever buying a mattress and Wendy was wonderful. She was patient, answered all of my questions and was friendly. My son was looking for a high quality bed. He did a lot of research and narrowed it down to 3 companies. We happened to be shopping in the Phoenix area and decided to stop by their store. The customer Service was excellent. When trying out the bed it felt like a spring mattress, but with an added feature...memory foam support. We were sold. We bought it. My son loves it. I had researched reputable, comfortable and quality beds. Came across this Arizona company. I looked at their store off of Bell and 75th about six months ago and then ended up moving about six months ago so didn’t buy. Finally time to buy again and remembered Brooklyn bedding. Love that I can go into the show room and really try the mattresses out. Love the idea of the cooler mattress and healing components of the Spartan. Highly recommend and can’t wait to get our bed! No complaints against the pTo duct or the People. It’s against their delivery. I requested a morning delivery when they tried to come the first day without any warning they wanted later in the afternoon I said I needed a morning appointment. So they said OK will reschedule it for a week from now when they came the second try I wasn’t the first stop I was the last stop. order canceled
