If your a truck driver its a little tight to maneuver especially dock 13 is tight but doable

I arrived the day before the appointment, and they did not unload me, they said come tomorrow, but they were allowed to stay overnight at the factory. at the next day, unloaded quickly, in about an hour

Went there to unload roll stock and no unloaders working so luckily we have a yard here so I could drop load there. And yes I had an appointment lol. It is what it is.

Waited 2 hours to get unloaded. Only had 8 pallets. Once they started unloading, it only took them 10 minutes. Not happy.

Just tried to call the company and see if local businesses could actually pick up shipping packaging supplies and I spoke with a girl named Lisa she was the rudest person and professional I think that Ive met she was in a hurry to get off the phone with me and basically hung up on me while I was still speaking net dont know much about the company Im sure its probably good company but obviously need better customer service

Brought a delivery from there paper plant in Washington. Got here and the two in receiving keep switching storys about if Im going to get unloaded been here 4 hrs still no door just b.s. storys and yes they are very very rude

Very slow unloading I’m here from 4 hours but they didn’t even start unloading... very rude girl in shipping and receiving office ..
